The GEARBOX picked up my BMW X6 and fixed the issues that four other garages could not. The price was reasonable and the pick-up/drop-off service was a life saver!! You da realest!!••••••••Heres the thing... Ive always had pretty good experiences with them. They work with me. They take my bs when Im moody and dealing with fussy clients but now... they changed the policy so that its only online payment which is annoying to say the least because my clients typically pay after.. which means that its coming from my pocket first which isnt always the easiest... whats up freelance life. Now that Im trying to create an account for the company as to add a card to that account I cant do it just via email. Tried to do like what I would consider their guest check out and still faced problems. Its really really unfortunate that there wasnt some sort of email blast or something informing the consistent client of these changes.

The attendants are often very rude, the gear lineup is inconsistent and incomplete, management does not exist or maybe just can’t be bothered to support with customer service, feels like being treated like a thief every time you try to rent anything.The delivery came 40 minutes late from the agreed time, none of the lenses came with lens hood, apparently professional photographers don’t use them (that’s seriously their motivation lol)Only positive note is Archie that at least tries to make this hot mess look presentable and approachable. Bottom line if you need gear go to a real rental place

They want 15k deposit! I would go directly and buy the item instead

Great place to get camera’s, photography accessories and videography equipment for rent at very affordable prices. All the products available for rent are up on their website. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, the only issue remains is finding parking at rush hour.

Awful customer service. From condescending behaviour to blaming customers for their own mistakes. Not sure how long theyll survive. In my opinion you are better paying a bit more and going to a more professional outfit like Hot Cold Rental.
