I used their photo printing service, honestly its the best service of the kind in all of UAE for a hobbyist photographer like myself, the web UI experience is pretty polished as well, ideally they have next day delivery which can take longer sometimes I suppose.They are an excellent print service while being extremely competitive on price especially at larger sizes such as 12x16.

I’ve used Riot on numerous occasions and I have always been impressed by the quality of their products and also the excellent customer service! The sticky wall prints are of excellent quality and look fantastic! Guests are always asking about them! I had a really miserable experience with these guys. so they have a feature called auto enhance which is available to select before paying for the printing process. Enhance as a word, to any one who understands English means make better. In this case it increased the contrasts heavily, and made the photo much worse than it is. When I went back to them with a complaint about the same they blamed me for selecting the auto enhance feature as apparently its something that works differently in different cases. No where does it say that this feature works differently on a case to case basis and they refuse to agree that this in any way their fault. Somehow they insist that than I am a professional photographer (which by the way I am not and Ive told this to them a dozen times) and that I should have somehow known that Auto Enhance would make my picture better. Now they are unwilling to refund my money or re-print my order correctly instead are asking me to pay another 50% more for my order. This is really poor service and if you have any good pictures, I would never recommend Riot Photos to you!

Riot studios are very professional and were able to talk me through the steps needed to make my own calendar. The quality is very good and they even processed one of my calendars earlier than expected which was a very nice gesture from them. I will definitely recommend them & use them again in future!

I am really appreciated Riot Photo books stuff could make great free design and response quickly. This photo book is memorable for us. I am satisfied with photobook. Thank you.This is my fault but, when I checked photo book pages layout before printing, I checked only photo images and they were nice. I did not pay attention with book title(This is the title which I inputted when I applied the photobook for the first time.) The photo book title is a little bit poor. So it is a little bit disappointing for us. This is my fault, but I think if Riot stuff could ask me to check not only images but also book title, that was really appreciated for me. Thank you.

This is the very first time i triedan online service for pictures. I was very impressed with the product true to what they when they say premium photobook. The produxt turned out exactly how i imagined.Customer service was excellent. I definitely recommend.

Overall great experience, I consider my self a very tough customer with the need to achieve perfection in the everything that I do. I had some setbacks with the design in the early stages but the team did not give up on my vision and eventually accomplished the outcome that I was looking for. My point of contact was Ms. Manisha who was extremely helpful, prompt and up to the task.

SUCH A RIP-OFF! And the worst customer service. Charged me 500 dirhams for photo prints, then claim that i hadn’t selected shipping for my pictures and have to come to pick up in person or shipping will take a week. I offered them solutions to send me my pictures via another courier but they refused to do so, and refused to give me a refund. TERRIBLE SERVICE, and THEY THREATENED TO SUE ME. if you think you’re paying for the convenience youre actually getting a headache. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!! Save yourselves

I ordered a book as a gift for my partner and was hugely impressed with the whole process. I am not very computer savy but I wanted to design the book myself, the program which is used to do this is easy to install and navigate.The book was for my partners birthday but I had left it tight for time and I requested it was urgent. I recieved a phone call from Riot Photo Books to alert me to the fact that it may not arrive on the date I hoped, which I really appreciated. As it turned out they managed to get the book to me a day before, which was an even better suprise.We were both really happy with the quality of the book, the lay out, the photos... even the photos that the program had flagged as being low quality but I chose still to put in, turned out well.Makes a great and special gift, Id definitely use them again in the future.

I just picked up a flat book that i ordered online and I am very happy with the quality of the print. The app for designing the book had a very friendly interface and so many options to choose from, for sure anybody would find a way to create the perfect book for his own taste. Before ordering the book I visited the shop to see if what i find online matches reality. It does, 100%. The lady there was very nice and replied patiently to all my questions, showed me all the options available and explained the differences between them and let me know they can also design the book themselves, for an extra fee. Overall, i had a great experience and totally recommend this place for both professional and personal use.
