Service was slow, due to system or maybe from insurance, they were very polite and patient with our impatience, they gave us the medications without having to check with insurance but we decided to leave and cancel our order due to latency

I don’t know why they are not opening on Friday?!!! When I check out their timing it’s show working hours on Friday from 11am to 7pm . I went to take my medicine they were closed

My god at that pharmacist... the arab guy ... wow i have never seen someone unprofessional as him, he doesnt focus on questions , he doesnt follow up properly when it comes to updating us inregards to a specific medication .I honestly have no idea how he is incharge of that place... he is literally a 1/10

Pharmacy on the ground floor of Marina Plaza thats primarily there to service the Novomed clinic upstairs on level 30. Its quite small, but its mainly dedicated to providing medication prescribed by the clinic as well as some common off-the-shelf medical items rather than competing with the larger pharmacy chains offering a more extensive range of items.I had a prescription filled from a Novomed appointment and service was efficient. Your insurance details are stored in the common system so prescriptions can be filled very quickly if not even before you arrive. Service is otherwise OK - they just seem or act busy most of the time and if theyre busy youll need to wait your turn.
