I am very disappointed with this pharmacy . My husband asked for normal vitamin C and the Pharmacist kept pushing a ridiculous medication for 140 AED! We needed a spray for the throat similar to hexoral as a I have a very soar throat , guess what the pharmacist sold my husband? An expensive mouth spray . These are Not doctors and this in Not a pharmacy , it’s a bunch of extremely greedy people , who don’t care about patients and only need your money . Shame on you.

UPDATE: After leaving a 1 star rating, 800 Pharmacy has responded in a professional way, apologising for the incident via different channels (see reply here + phone call) and even sending some free gifts/products for my injury to my home. Due to this great incident management I have adjusted my rating from 1 star to 4 stars and hope my next shopping experience will proof it right.ORIGINAL: I had a sport injury and ordered via InstaShop a bandage compression and beads with a comment that it’s urgent. After 55 min someone called me from the pharmacy and told me that they don’t have one of the product and the other product can be delivered only after another 30 min.

Yes they are a bit pricey but dont search for bargains if you live in the Palm people. I was served in a very friendly and professional way by the pharmacist from Egypt, shes amazing and with her help I felt better in no-time. Now I am no doctor, but this lady got skills!

Seriously you cant sell to customers more than their need, I send my colleague to get me one box of pills they gave him 3 boxes instead and when he returns back they said its nonrefundable! such an attitude! and this is not the first time to have this attitude from same branch (DIFC)!!!!!! IF YOU WANT TO ACHIEVE YOUR SALES TARGET THIS IS NOT THE CORRECT WAY !!!!!!!!

Well , It varies on this branch , sometimes its fast and convenient and sometimes very slow and unhelpful , I was there 2 days a go , When I entered the pharmacist was busy with another customer who was buying cosmetics not medicine and she stayed with her for like 10 minutes without turning to me , No one even said hi , What really bothered me is that I was in need for fast help to get medicine for my sick baby and yet they were busy selling a shampoo , they need to have more employees and serve better

No response.When I called them for some inquiry and intentionally they disconnected my call..Very rude
