Recently i visited aster tecom. I really appreciate the customer service. While giving the medicine the pharmacist explained all the details it helped me a lot. Great work guys.

I dont know what is the issue but I get less product for what I paid for last time my medicine strip was less and these time my insuline nidle are less when I reach home and check it was less in count really dissapointed second time so decided to write guys please chk next time before leaving the pharmacy

Very helpful management. They try to accommodate requests even if medicines are not available with them. They used to offer cheaper alternates, complete details like price, quantity etc, delivery from other branches as well. And all this they are doing without even being asked. Quick response even on WhatsApp requests. Fair delivery time.

Very bad service.Never leave without taking complete quantity of covered medicine because they certainly will make you wait for the balance.No update being done as well as to when your meds are coming.Deepa the pharmacist doesnt even know how to apologise when confronted with the question as to why nobody took the time to update about availability and delivery,even tried to lie about trying to call me when I certainly did not receive any call from them.Very unwelcoming staff in the pharmacy,total opposite of those in the clinic.

Service not good

UAE is a country based on the system of equality, however it’s not translated when it comes to Aster Pharmacy. The walk-in customers without insurance are considered superior here as compared to the one with insurance, so you can expect to wait until the last walk-in customer is not dealt with even if they came way after you. Disappointing!

Service is not so fast, staff struggles to manage the crowd, instead of having appointment i had to wait for 1 hr for my turn, even for tests service was not satisfactory, even doctor was trying to show himself the best...

Nice and clean neat places good

Open 24 hrs had the medicine I needed, no queues.Clean, well lit, the staff helpful and understanding. I got an inhaler.

So expensive

This ASTER pharmacy is directly linked to ASTER Clinic situated just next to it... so it becomes easy to verify with the doctors if there is any doubt. Also the staff is very very patient and sypportive in terms of getting approvals from insurance companies, which can be a tedious task!!The premise is clean and bright, the total atmospher is clinical and fresh.

A normal Drug store. There are a few others in the vicinity and I usually call and enquire on the discounts and offers I can get for the medication.
