Wanna say Big Thank you ! for the Pharmacist on night Duty 01.09.21(do not know the name) by selling me medicine which ended my pain and problem. Rare for the pharmacists as they usually trying to sell most expensive stuff and not always effective.So Thank you very much, God Bless you!

Product quality and handling of damaged product replacement is abysmal. I have never seen anything worse. A trister heat jel pack sold that cannot be heated to a sensible degree without bursting... the pic is the second one after replacement.

I’m a regular customer of life pharmacy, but this branch staff are really bad. Not recommend.

Very bad experience i had in this store. i bought vitamin c sunshine product and ask the cashier 2nights ago i was buying vitamin c and the one for dieting i forgot the name and i saw one with sugar free and i thought it was the one and i repeatedly asked her if it is the vitamins from sunshine product that when u drink u will not feel hungry for half day, she said yes yes and i bought it, later i realize and asked my sister and showed me photo and i bought wrong item, and i try to go back and exchange that was 3mins only ago and they insist to me that they cannot even the manager there ;didnt agree to change the same flovour for vitamin c from the sugar free one, it was my frst time to experience like this in pharmacy in my 6yrs here in UAE.. even if it is in promotion or not! very disappointing staff that u cannot even give chance to void and exchange unless u just dont want to to ur job well.. see how bad the reviews u have!! the lady in cashier is indian and the guy im not sure but tall and white.

U dont even need to earn even one star! service is very bad! indian cashier the and tall white guy maybe manager.. u cannot void the item or exchange even i just went out for 3-5mins same time! u guys dont know how to do ur job well. very disappointing!! will never come back to this store if this people still on duty in there..
