I visited the Pharmacy and the staff was really helpful. Especially when I request medical consultation the pharmacist “ Obaid Farooq” was more than helpful to assist me. The medical knowledge was simple and time allocated to me was outstanding. Thanks to this amazing service and help and special thanks to the amazing pharmacist

For many years now, Dr Navas has been consistently kind, friendly and highly professional.It’s always a delight to visit the store and be assured through his vast knowledge of his attention to detail.A great store, a top service.

Visited binsina dubai mall and pharmacist Obaid Farooq gave medicine Diclo 75 ID 75 MG tablets for cough n cold n ear congestion. Upon repeatedly asking thats its pain killer .but he confirmed its right medicine. Once back home ,in Google search site webmed found these is for pain swelling ArthritisUpon revisiting ,he told we dont take return on medicine. I have a question if pharmacist gives Incorrectly one then also customer is responsible and financial damage is on me and he is a happy guy and store.

If you dont know exactly what you want, BEWARE of entering this shop. You will be accosted by salespersons wanting to enhance their commission income by dumping on you expensive and unnecessary stuff.Plus Check what you ask you asked for to verify it is what you want, as they are careless and unbohered by mis-selling.I am not exaggerating. Ive experienced the above precisely and repeatedly.

Very helpful staff. Especially the sales guy called Obaid. He was very helpful to check and find the medication i needed. It wasn’t available in the shop that day. He checked and later gave me a call back letting me know that I can come back for collection. When I came back, he prepared it in a nicely ice packed package. Was very happy. I visit Dubai Mall almost everyday for my banking purposes. If I need anything from pharmacy, definitely will visit only Bin Sina.

Its been more or less two years that my (now) 10 years daughter suffers from very bad smell on her scalp. We have tried a lot of advises, medicines and special products for this matter prescribed by dermatologists and other doctors. Nothing worked! This month in BinSina Pharmacy at Dubai Mall, the manager, Mr. Navas, gave me a very simple product with specific directions and... THE BAD SMELL IS GONE! For the first time in 2 years my daughters head smells good! Not only this gentleman helped with our matter he was also very kind and listened to our needs. Thank you Mr. Navas for helping.

I have never had a better pharmacist experience in Dubai before . Dr Neha has attended me. She truly cares about peoples health and called me as soon as euthyrox was once available back in the market..It was quite long time since I asked about it hard to find. once it was available she contacted me and gave the medicine at earliest . I literally love her.I moved away and I still visit the pharmacy every now and then to her because she is the simply the best.Its really quit rare to find such people who is kind hearted and work full enthusiasm like herFrom my heart thank you, 😍

Went to the one at the ground floor, was very helpful and amazing communication skills thanks to one of the stuff members Dr Aisha, great greeting way to the customers and helped me a lot in things that I really needed and she found me other alternatives for things I was searching for, would totally recommend!

I have to say i have a great time visiting this branch. They have great customer service when I went looking for a cream for my pimples. The staff are accommodating and really knowledgable with the products. Mr. Majid at the cashier made sure everything went well. He made sure I have got all I needed.

They gave me a wrong type of medicine and refused to change it for me!? I’ve been buying from them for 10 years and decided not to use them anymore !

I have to say before 10 days i have a great time visiting this branch. I meet Sudanesoke doctor Rasha 😍 she took care of my and she answered all my questions and give me service when I went looking for a cream for my pimples and vitamins. She is accommodating and really knowledgable with the products. I started used it and my sciin goes very well and improved. I well come back again for good care

I had an amazing visit to this store. Staffs are friendly and accommodating! Special mention to Ate Gemma and Majid. Ate Gemma assisted me and even gave me advise/consultations + free stuffs. :) Majid gave me discount and a pouch. Will definitely come back!

As soon as you enter BinSina pharmacies you are aggressively ACCOSTED by their commission-driven sales staff (a common Dubai thing). Amazingly this includes the Pharmacist as well, all Pushing on to you the most expensive products and regardless of whatever allergies or side effects the medication may have!If you have to but from them, simply IGNORE Anything the staff say, find what you need and REFUSE Whatever the staff try to push on to you.

I want to share my experience in Binsina pharmacy and say a huge thank you to pharmacist RejinDue to some complications during pregnancy I had to start injections immediately and in all Pharmacies across Dubai mall that medication was out of stock.Rejin ordered it for me and assure that next day I will receive it . He called me immediately when stock arrived.Then I had a lot of issues with insurance company and Rejin was given me advice what to do and always kept stock of medication for me. He was always supportive and provided the best customer service I ever had in Dubai. He went above and beyond and it’s not enough words to describe how thankful I am.Thank you Rejin and thank you Binsina for hiring such amazing person!Best regards,Tatiana

Awful experience!Came home to find out the price of the product I bought was DOUBLE to what it should have been.Horrendous, never going back. Please reconsider your work ethics!

Spent over 5 minutes waiting to pay something. Listening to all the stuff chatting with each other or talking on the phone. With 6 counters in the shop, only one are open and the staff was chatting with the customer for over five minutes. With over 15 workers in the shop, no one cares about those who want to give them money and exchange for their goods.Well, if you dont want to do business, its totally fine.

Good Pharmasy from the diversity of goods but poor services, knowlege and poor attitude from the Pharmacist.

The female staff should be trained to receive customers a unique style and inconvenience to the customers. When we tell them that we do not need help, we respond with rudeness and ridicule and continue to chase until we leave without buying any product.
