Staff in this branch is much better than one in Ansar mall.

They accept most of the insurance companies. The doctors are taking good care of the patients.

They were helpful one of the medicine was not available they arranged the medicine by contacting nearby aster pharmacy in muhaisinah

Suggesting extra product to buy with prescription. Doctor and pharmacy suggest expensive product for treatment. Not insurances covered solutions

First time i ever had an experience that the medicines are given just like that without any presciption about the intake. And we need to call 1000 times to get the correct information. Even without asking the name of the patient they will tell us how to take medicine.. and is exactly opposite to the doctors prescription that we identified later on!!!

Only one staff working and you need to wait till your call come

Go in casually and watch how shamelessly they force unnecessary vitamin supplements on simple minded customers who come in for something else. You should watch this big lady in black suit and a bunch of white coat advisors peddling vitamins.I got stuck with a credit note for almost one and a half years due to getting influenced to buy a costly fairness cream for my aunt while I went in for a medical cream to treat extreme dark skin on her feet. I went in that very day to return back the product, but they didnt give the money back. Its company policy. Since I dont fall sick always (thankfully), I couldnt use the total amount of the credit note yet.
