Extremely slow processing.. In a non-peak time, if it is soo slow, I have no idea how are they managing peak time.

Lazy workerssimply telling waiting for insurance apporval

Very poor service from pharmacy staff. I have waited 1 hour for to get the medicine. In the counter two staff was talking with phone.

Operates from morning 7am to 11pm.Best to avoid visiting during the rush hours. It takes lot of time for them to get approvals from the Insurance companies and results in the delay.Most of the prescriptions are stocked and available.More multi lingual staff will be helpful during the rush hours.For non-insurance purchases I found their services to be quick and satisfactory.

Keeping in mind the system and the rules there I would say very good service, helping and supportive staff. Would recommend this pharmacy to all.

I was at this place a week before to buy medicines .Staff were good and helping ,the pharmacist came forward and attended me swiftly . The staff were well mannered and i would recommend to others .Had a pleasant experience .

Absolutely rubbish. We waited 40 min for a prescription also the pharmacists won’t shout out your business. Very busy and extremely slow service. We will be moving from NMC medical center Deira also as the service is very poor. Not for brits am afraid. Very low quality care the medical center and the Pharmacy as well.

For me, Ill rate this pharmacy 1 star only, the reason why? every time we go their to take a medicine, their process was too much slow thats why many people are became angry, like for the last time I go there with my husband were waiting for almost 1 hour , Im so disappointed for that, they call through phone to someone, I dont know what they asked and also my doctor gave a list of medicine to me for 2 months then if we came in the pharmacy they gave only for 1 month. I dont know whats the problem. How can I recommend this pharmacy to my friends? I hope this pharmacy will change for their procedure. Thank you!

Very slow takes 2 hours and very few employees... hire more staff!

Employees are very slow and giving favor to some people with tokens ahead of us OI 97 is coming after Oi 105 ... what is the logic??
