Khaja faisudeen mohammed is the worst and most rude store person available. I strongly recommend against going to this branch when this store person Is around

Called the Pharmacy 048851933 at 8:34 am today to purchase medicine for sore throat . Called DIP area as Im living in Jebel Ali Industrial since this is the nearest location. Staff advised that they can deliver the medicine at 5pm . Followed up at 4:52pm to reconfirm my order If it will be delivered at 5pm as I am having a really bad sore throat and cannot eat because of the pain. staff advised that they will give a call back .I received a call at 4:56pm from 044202448 advising that they cannot do the delivery and can only do it at 11pm.I asked why its taking time since the delivery time should be at 5pm and I need the medicine. Staff answered that the staff from DIP called Marina area as they dont have the items therefore they are the one who will deliver and they are not aware that there was a delivery time promised to me . I asked the staff if the same procedure they will do if incase the customer is already dying and needs the medicine right away are they going to let the customer wait that long. Staff answered in a sarcastic way that my medicine is not for dying person as this is only a sore throat. I asked a question which is just a scenario but the staff answered in a sarcastic way. They might not understand the pain Im having but this pharmacy failed to realize the urgency and need of the customer. I patiently waited again until 11pm for my medicine. Called again at 11:07pm and yet my medicine is still not here . Staff advised that they will check and will give a call back .Until now 11:24pm while writing this complaint my medicine is still not here.I wonder how they can provide services to those people who are sick and need the medicine if they dont have the sense of urgency and time ethics! They provided delivery time which they cannot commit and at the end a sarcastic answer from the staff a customer will received .If there is a rate of 0 , i will rate this company as 0 !!!

Refused to take stuff back, as it must to be provided by law, didnt mention that is homeopatic. In combination with so high prices, looks disgousting. They will smile, but you cant take your money back, i payed 50dirhams for the stuff than discover it just a pills maded from shugar.
