I requested for a tea cup maltese puppy and they brought me a normal maltese and asked for the price of a tea cup one. Fraud

Purchased a singing canary bird from them this week, I’m very happy.The bird sings all day long and especially when the tv is on 😊The shop is small but they do have lots of products and prices are very reasonable.The cages for the birds was well maintained and they even had fresh fruits.Will come soon for new toys for “sunny”

Horrible experience, my little brother went to this store and literally got scammed, they charged him 3 x the price because he’s a kid only for us to find out later. Never go to this store, stay clear, immoral people and horrible service

I live in the area, the parking is very convenient and they do good job on hair cuts for my 3 kittens.The shop is small but they have everything I need.I also use them when we travel during our staycation in RAK last month I kept them at their hotel for 3 nights. The place is very clean and I was happy with the service.

Nice neighborhood pet store, I live close by almost walking distance. I usually have my 3 dogs food bought from them, they have a great selection of dog toys and the prices are reasonable compared to most of the other petshops.The staff is very polite and helpful.recommended although I am yet to try their grooming for my dogs.

Bad customer service the ask to pay bills before the service usually i deal other shop for 70dhs. The full check up cut his nails with machine not manually and was only manual cut and his nials stall sharp and paid 59dhs i ask for mangers but no one call me stay away from this shop

This place offers a lot of stuff for your pet. Its cool! Visited here a couple of times and tried their grooming service, they are well-trained and professional. The staffs are also very accomodating. Kudos to them! 👌🏼

Ive been looking for pet shops this past weeks for a grooming session for my furbaby and I discover this shop in The Dubai Mall near Cinema Parking. It was awesome to see the shop, I like the Pink theme.They have complete products inside, for different kinds of pets. I like also their Christmas Collection inside. Its so cool to dress up my baby for this coming Holiday Season.I do also recommend their quality grooming service. 3 Thumbs up for them on their extra care.

They did not ask for vaccination book and my dog had wounds after his grooming. No apology, no compensation and they are not allowed to give managers contact.

My puppy is well groomed and take good care of the staffs while Im away. They also have their complete things just for my puppys daily needs.

They are conveniently located in Umm Suqeim 3 and offer pet services like grooming and pet hotel at decent rates. They also sell a wide variety of pet food. I have used them now for 1 year to groom my cat and am happy with the service they provide.

Took my two Havanese puppies for boarding last week for the break, staff is friendly and the place is very personalized, I really appreciated the fact that the staff took over 2 hrs with me to take all the details of my pets and actually had them all written down to know exactly what to do when I was gone. They also sent me photos and videos daily and kept me updated. They are truly amazing and the experience was amazing, mind u I had tried two other places last year around al quoz area but wasnt happy at all as my pets were startled on their return.do visit them if your traveling any time soon if you want a place with good service and a small number of pets only being boarded at one time, I think maximum 10 only.

These guys are great! I had my cat in gir grooming and that did it with the least amount of stress and he smelled so great after! Would definitely reccomend! They even have fresh water lobsters to buy as a pet!!

The pet products are way cheaper than the other stores. The staffs are nice.

I was able to get my persian groomed there for a good price compared to the rest of the groomers I checked up on. Im satisfied with the results but was a bit worried with how rough the handler was in shaving the matts off her fur.Anyway, the redness of her skin faded. They trimmed her nails, shaved off her matted fur, took her a bath, etc. So far, were happy!

I feel comfortable with the staff and the way they provide grooming service to my poodle. I would do recommend to try their grooming.

Very disappointing. Brought the dog for a groom and they said approximately 2 hours madam and we will call you. They called late and when I said I will pick up in an hour - they charged me extra for keeping the dog an hour for me to get there !!! No mention of any extra charge prior and they expect you to turn up 1 minute after they call you !! And the person on the phone was probably one of the rudest customer service agent I have ever encountered in 11 years in Dubai. Try somewhere else.
