Randomly came across this place with my girlfriend. I needed to buy a new aquarium and they had tons of options. Their selection of fish are great and the staff know what they are talking about. They have all sorts of accessories for any pet. For my friends who have animals at home, I really recommend this shop.

I got worst experience with their delivery service. One order they could not deliver 2 days, always late.After their apologies I placed a new order with a hope that they improved their delivery service.It was my fault to trust their promises. My new order AGAIN IS NOT DELIVERED!I don’t recommend this shop at all, as you’ll waste your off days waiting for the delivery and nobody will bother to deliver your order.I was lucky that I did not pay it upfront and selected an option to pay on delivery.My order number is 616838.I hope the management of this shop will read my comment.Guys, I was your permanent customer for a year! But last month you show me very bad attitude, disrespect to my time and rubbish delivery service.So no more! It’s enough from me. This Petshop mostly has products made from the EU so the price is high. They have an aquarium and small animal too..The staffs are very nice and attentive.

Its a well stocked petshop and featuring home delivery for orders over 100AED, it isa place local pet owners will have reason to get familiar with. Not only dog/cat food and supplies, they also feature a rather nicely stocked section of live fish, aquarium supplies as well as the basics for getting set up with reptiles. All well and good, but unfortunately while pricing is very competitive for some items, other items (cat trees specifically) are almost double the price of online merchants. I expect higher prices for retail showrooms, but not double or more. Either way, it is one of the best pet supply stores in town, and I go regularly.

The store is great and staff are helpful. I was looking for fish tank accessories and they had a good variety of decoration, you will also find a wide variety of fish for your sea water or fresh water tank.While the store is well equiped and staff are friendly, sone of the items o the shelves like the aquarium tanks were missing a price label and the only staff member available in the upper floor of the stor where the tanks are was busy downstairs with a customerso i wasnt able to get an answer regarding prices andeft the store without knowing.

Great stock and choices, though they do like to push Trixie, which isnt the best.HORRIBLE customer service. I always seem to have a problem with them, or theyre late with delivery, or the discount doesnt work, etc.In-store or for online delivery is just as bad. In-store is terrible service, you have to go looking for someone just to not find an answer. They dont know anything about their stock or pets in general. You have to keep calling them over for every question. Not the cleanest in store.The only reason I still order or shop here is because they have the brands and items that I like to buy. I wouldnt otherwise.Its still a growing market so I hope some other stores come up with competitive stock and much better service.UPDATE:You have apologized and though that may be nice, from a customers point of view, I got nothing of tangible value. As an unfortunate loyal customer, sorry doesnt cut it everytime. Exceptional Customer service goes above and beyond.

I went here for rabbit food thinking they have it but unfortunately, they only have hays. Good for cat and dog owners maybe. But no food selections for other small pets especially rabbits

I dont recommend this place i went there today first of all when i enter noone was in the store ground floor then i went to aquatic area first floor two guys were there one hiding in some room and the other cleaning the floor and adding some water to the tank the same guy didnt even attend to us and didnt even ask if we need help i had to call him and ask few questions English very poor and knowledge of job is zero even the display tank is mostly dead tank no body care i left him and i bought few accessories for my marine fish when i went down stairs to casheir again she saw us but went some where then came back didnt have change of 50 aed and she make it like customer should come with change or no need to come. anyway better not to go to them again it is very stressfull visit while there are million shops willing even to come to you and help you at your door step

The pet shop is massive and has just about everything you need for your furkids or scaled kids, however I do think they need to expand their range for small pets ie: food, hiding huts, bedding.Staff were helpful and friendly. Store is easy to find and more than enough parking.

A Shop for those who love their pets. Their collection is just vast and amazing and surely all pets owners would find something for their beloved little friends. They do have an effective Online Order and Superb delivery system.

One of the best pet shops in the area! The Pet Shop is where I get food for my freshwater fish. The staff are also very friendly as they are more than happy to help you pick from aquarium food to aquarium decor (Depending on the type of the fish). They do have a wide variety of fishes in stock but I have never purchased live animals from there and tested their health. They also have actual aquariums and filters, lights, etc. There is also a floor which has cat and dog accessories and food but I have never bought from there. If you do own a aquarium, you can call them to your house to get the water tested, changed and also get valuable advice from them. They even charge a reasonable price for their services. Would highly recommend this shop to any pet owner!

Good store with wide variety of products for pets. I would only suggest to include a wider selection of foods and couple of good specialists to consult in store. Customer service is not spot on if have any inquiries and never call back even if they promise. Overall good but there is room for improvement.

We love shopping at Dubai Pet Food but we did not enjoy the experience here in the SZR branch. Would recommend DIP but would not the branch near FAB Metro station as the service is very poor.

Utterly disappointed with the Pet adoption organization that you collaborate with. They are quite negatively judgemental and add a bullying environment in the name of caring for pets.

Dulan was extremely helpful and knowledgeably about betta fish and their health. Made a some good recommendations on what I should do to improve tank conditions / medicine for my sickly betta.

Yes they have a good and healthy collections of fresh water livestocks! Based on my experience i wasted my 2 hours time going to this shop buying nothing.1. They are posting in social media the list of collections new arrival (but i found JUST 3 strain)2. Just to make sure of not wasting my time, i confirmed the list through whatsapp. (COVID pandemic situation)3. I need pairs of livestocks but they almost gave me a wrong gender, same male (they put male to a female tank)4. I sent a message through facebook messenger to tell about my experience. (READ, but no response)

After the worst experience with another on line shop i decided to stick with what i know and went back to Dubai pet food.

I am a mommy of 5 pets and this place is my haven. Great options of everything, from food to toys. The staff is super helpful, they provide great phone customer service too, and they have great discounts. They do deliver, and as far as I have experienced, they deliver the next day which I love.

Used to sell and keep stock of goods for a large variety of pets including reptiles, fish and birds etc. This now greatly reduced. Also have a strange policy whereby you cannot use debit or credit cards to pay unless the value exceeds AED 50.....

I go there for aquatics. They dont stock as much as in DIP but you can find most of the things you need. Ask for Michael or Anthony they both know what they are talking about in terms of fresh or saltwater animals and equipment

They got a pretty good shop with everything for your pets at DIP .But Not that great online service maybe due to lock down . I had a situation with some employees who is not understanding the baby birds cant have anything else than the formula hand feed and it was emergency to deliver the product soon as i specifically mentioned all other stores were closed and dint had the formula feed and i had not more than a few spoon left for the unweaned birds in home.Employees lacked in knowledge .After many calls about talking to 6 people for 2days i managed to get the delivery on the 3rd dag atlast found someone understanding and that saved my birds thank god and the guy called Zyn .Went through a lot of stress and tensions at the beginning tough .

No response in both online portal (zendesk) and whatsapp - - and my message was only seen by the admin. Seriously? My inquiry was prior to making a purchase so as to avoid incovenience before processing my order. If the guys moderating their online portals put in their work, it would have been an awesome experience. If they could not even respond to simple queries of their customers how much worst of an experience it would be once the customer has already spent the money on this store? Gave em a 2 star though for the website but not for getting snubbed. Customer service over cost! Not all customers look for the best value rather on how they are VALUED.

Superstore with all my pets needs (dogs and fish). Prices are a bit high but when compared to other pet stores in Dubai you can find some good deals here. Their online customer service loyalty program is far better than the in-store loyalty benefits.
