We took our dog for grooming recently, the staff were so friendly and welcoming and the whole place is very clean and tidy. They have a great shop with many pet essentials which we browsed at while our pup was being groomed. The groomer was great and put a lot of effort in and I can tell that they really care about dogs. The grooming facility was great and all of the equipment was clean and the products were high quality. The added touch of the perfume and the bandana is so nice and we were very impressed with the final groom. Prices were very reasonable and we will definitely be back again soon :)

Definitely a winner in our household of dogs. They love the groomers, staff and shop. Who are we to argue?!

I love this place. I never worry when my little dog is here, and I love that there are so many other little dogs here too. The owner and staff are all so friendly, to humans AND the dogs, and theyre so so so attentive. They notice and let me know if even the smallest little thing seems possibly a tiny bit off with my pup. They even go through all of the toys and treats in the bag that I drop her off with for overnights, which other places had never done before. I cant say enough good things about this place. :)

I can’t thank the groomer and the staff there enough. We have a Mini Maltese boy who was traumatised by extremely bad groomers in the past (outside UAE). He is otherwise an extremely loving darling and but every grooming session stresses the hell out of him that he fears grooming tools and groomers as such, Inspite of trying to groom him at home myself who he is extremely comfortable with, I failed. We returned to Dubai and tried two places but again in vein! That’s when I was recommended pretty paws. I was surprised at the confidence the groomer had and at the ease he handled our lil one, inspite of his several attempts of biting him. Anthony the groomer, patiently worked with him and helped us. I’m sure with a few more sessions, he will be stress free and start loving grooming sessions. Finding this place is certainly a blessing for us. Definitely the best place for grooming and a big five from us! Highly recommended.

The best place in Dubai

Absolutely loved that place! The staff is very friendly and took amazing care of our yorkie. With all the commercial places all around town it was amazing to find that place where dogs are treated with such love and care! Amazing unique products and reasonably priced as well, our dog was really spoilt today!

A number of things about this place: 1- it is very clean and smells very good unlike many other pet places 2- their rates are amazing 3- they use top quality shampoo during grooming, I noticed the improvement in my dogs fur the second time I took him there 4- they only sell high quality food and treats which means they give their customers zero chance to go wrong with their pets (i.e. they are not about the whole sale they are about quality), I can not recommend them enough, my dog loves them and is stress free there! Keep up the good work guys!

Took my elderly cockerspaniel, who can be a bit grumpy at times, to get a wash and cut at pretty paws, Ryan is an absolute superstar at what he does, so good at reading dogs and really patiet and knowledgeable. Rita the owner is just a lovely person with great values has loads of knowledge of the high quality products they sell. We will be coming back 😊
