This place in insane especially the staffs over there are great the management is changed hence the team is doing really great I loved the experience I have been there many time checking in the food stuffs to feed my pets and this place is very clean and iam getting very good service from the team..

The hair cut for my cat was fine however I could only pick my cat up 4 hours after they finished and until then she was kept in the carrier without even water. On top of that she also got ear mites and had to take my cat to the vet costing hundreds of dirhams. Next time I’ll make sure to take my cat to a more reputable place where they properly sanitize the equipment.

They didnt work with my cat who hates water or being touched, I was later informed that my cat has ringworm. My cat is 6 months so he told me it was not good to cut his hair until he was 1 year so I payed 95aed just for nail cutting and shower and not even a discount. When they were drying my cat they tied him with a leash and used the hairdryer. He hated it and tried to get away, unlike other stores when they acted calmly. I had to may 4x the money for medicenes and vaccination for ringworm and ear mites. I spent more time applying ointments and oils to my cat and had to take many precautions when he had caught ringworm. After the first visit, I stopped going.

I waited 2 weeks for my appointment and when I got there they told me that without passport and vaccination they couldnt do the grooming for my cat.they didnt even give a solution or apologise

I must appreciate Roxy and the guy who groomed my Maltese. To the point ! the exact cut what delivered without one issue at all ! Extremely happy with their service. Do not forget to take your pups passport or updated vaccine card if your going there ! Super overall :)

The staff were not patient with my cat who is scared of grooming and she also caught ringworm after the visit. She was shaved in the lion cut but still had knots of hair around the neck.

Low hygiene and the workers traumatize the dogs. I have a large puppy so was able to manage and I’m glad I was there but If you have a puppy or a small dog I do not recommend such a place.

I visited Pet Village on 1st of September for grooming. 2 weeks after my dog started showing signs of ringworms. Till now we are treating ringworm, which are very contentious even for human. I spent a lot of money to treat my dog till now and I dont know how long it will still take. Just to say that my dog is very homey dog and dont meet other pets in or out of my house. So this is so disappointing to have such bad bad experience there.

The person who takes the calls (nazeem) is absolutely DENSE. We called him 3-4 times for an appointment and everytime he would first confirm it and when we called to reconfirm we were told we were not given an appointment. This happened 3-4 times and we finally gave up trying to get thru to him! He claims to be the manager and the owner of the shop, which seems hard to believe thanks to the level of intelligence we were faced with. The guy doesnt understand english and has absolutely no manners. Never going to them again!

Though I was using their grooming service for a very long time and my cats got used to the groomers, unfortunately one of my cats got a terrible ring worm infection from there and hes been on treatment for almost 3 months and it hasnt been resolved yet. I also learnt from my Vet that they got a few cases of ring worm who were going to the same place

Had a voucher but they did not tell me to get a printout. Then when I asked them whether there is a business centre around they were so rude and told me that they are new. I have waited 6 months for an appointment and how can they be new? I literally had to tell them to lower the tone and to be customer oriented. Will never ever go back there as I love my pet and if they can be rude to people I wonder how they will treat my lil one.

They did a very nice grooming with my dog. The staffs are friendly and genuine pet lovers. They even offered a service ride a few kms to my place when the taxi driver turned us down. surely a 5 star rating. Thank you Raul & Roxy.

The WORST customer service EVER! I was never been treated like this in my entire life!!I was looking for a pet grooming for my cats on Groupon and (due to being near to my place) I chose this company. Called them to book (as normal procedure), the gentleman which picked up my call, first gave me a very far date (first week of November) I explained that I needed a not too far date, so he offered me the next day at 3.30pm which I agreed.The same date of my appointment, he called me early in the morning saying that since it was a 2 cat appointment, he needed to move it earlier (2pm) if it was ok for me. Obviously, I said yes, cause they really needed a grooming... However I asked the gentleman if I can drop the cats a bit early and pick them up later since I had my day organized as per the previous timings, he said yes, no problem we are open until 6pm. So that is what I did.After 2 hours (3.30pm) he called me, asking me to collect my cats cause they were ready. I clearly told him that I will be there in one hour and a half, and he agreed. While being on my way to the place, he called me once again and in a VERY RUDE tone to tell me if I was coming to pick up my cats or not, that he has another customers and bla bla bla. I got super offended since I explained him since the beginning the possibility of my coming late considering that he moved the appointment and I had to re scheduled my meetings and work load of the day.When I reached to the place, I asked who was in the phone and told him thats not a proper way to treat a customer, super rude and not having a single drop of empathy, it was totally clear that it is more important the money than the actual service.IMAGINE THAT IF HE TREATS CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS (AND WE CAN TALK AND EXPRESS) HOW DO THEY TREAT THE PETS????FIRST AND LAST TIME WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

I had my cat for 6 years and my first time grooming at pet village was awful!!!!! Despite the bad grooming style they gave her, I started noticing in a week time some strange spots on the body and was getting worse that turned out to be fungus that are usually transmitted from non hygienic tools and I blame it fully on pet village center since my cat never leaves the house. I even called them and they didn’t take any responsibility.

I would NOT recommend this place to anyone who loves their pet! We lost our 9 month old kitten due to aspiration pneumonia less than 2 days after taking him here. After our kitten passed away, we went back to the groomers asking to see the camera recordings of him being groomed to ensure he was safely groomed and the owner informed us the camera wasnt recording on that particular day. Please, if you care about your pet dont take him here!

Poor grooming service. Poor Hygiene. Rude Customer Service. Hanged up phone when they receive a complain. Refused to show CCTV recording at the time of grooming to help us investigate the reason our cat got seriously infected right after being groomed in their shop.

Even wondering why this shop is still open:1) CHEATING ON CUSTOMERS..2) SUPERVISOR SHOUTING AT THE TOP OF HIS LUNGS (over the phone) TO ME THAT “YOU ARE JUST A CUSTOMER” (After asking why the cat multivitamin that should be around AED 40 (or so) plus tax, has been given to me at AED 90), as a customer I have the right to ask, isn’t it? And besides, MR. SUPERVISOR, you didn’t even provide a SINGLE RECEIPT on what should have been purchased, why? Because you know very well that, you’ve JUST inflated the price.3) No consideration on animal welfare!!!CLOSE DOWN PET VILLAGE IF YOU WILL NOT CHANGE.. you’re losing valuable customers because of some people’s mistake or greediness of sort.. Not only were they rude but they had the audacity to wrongfully accuse us of not knowing information they failed to give us. After caring for many pets over decades and encountering many pet care stores this pet store is undoubtfully the most unpleasant and unprofessional chain. If they treat humans in such a manor god only knows how they treat our beloved pets behind closed quarters. I hope the authorities realize this atrocity and act upon it soon before our helpless pets have to unnecessarily suffer.

**AVOID PET VILLAGE**If you’re reading this, I can’t recommend enough to look for an alternative business to take care of your beloved pets.If you’re the owner and you’re reading this, I suggest you immediately look at restaffing your operation.We waited a couple of months to get a booking with Pet Village (no problem, that’s understandable if you’re busy) and on the day we went for our booking we were met with frustration the second we entered the premises.Incredibly rude staff, some of the worst in my 10 years in this country.Then upon sharing our Groupon details, screenshot of our booking etc. we were told that they only accept print outs. This was even more frustrating as I had called that morning and asked should I bring any additional proof of our groupon booking and it was not specified.Then the most disappointing part was your groomers. We politely asked could they be gentle with our boy because he’s a little older and gets a little scared by the sound of razors and dogs barking around him.Note - at no point mentioned anything about aggression. He’s as meek as a lamb.Then your staff accused us of having an aggressive dog and that even though we paid, they refused to take him in.So now, we’ve paid and we are being refused!!!I left because I was so incredibly angry with how we’d been treated and how much of our time was being wasted.I am still in disbelief at how difficult your staff were being and how shamelessly rude they were.Never again will I go near your business. Unfortunately I can’t give less than 1 star.

Dey were very rude to me.. dey were kinda warning me saying dey might not groom my cat because they thought my cat was aggressive.. wen i asked dem if i wud get my money back if dey cant groom her dey replied negatively.. what about the time i managed to show up, the effort i put to travel .. nothing did mattered for dem.The Staff over there thinks dey are the King and they rule that place.. Kindly letting u know that there are definitely alot more other places to groom my cat who doesnt think shes aggressive and will take good care of her.People dont go to them unless u want ur pets to be traumatised like mine.. apart from that she was bleeding after the nailcut.

Cat hair length not as i requested. Took longer than specified. Cats nail was bleeding. They shower the cat before they cut the hair so when you take your cat back her hair will go everywhere.

Would not recommend it -Booked cat grooming offer via Groupon on a specific day then called to postpone and re-schedule. Was told theyre fully booked and they can reschedule in 14 days... I nagged a bit and they managed to squeeze an appointment for 3 days later..When I arrive to my appointment; its empty and no one is sight... so much for fully booked.Suddenly 4 employees emerge from somewhere and they didnt seem to expect my cats grooming appointment...ok so far its passable.I ask if they have a chart for the cut (medium; super short...etc.) - they dont so I go on to explain what should be done.They ask if the cat is agressive as they would not go on with the cut if he is. Surely hes not at home where hes cuddled all day and Im not usually present when hes at the grooming session so I dont know. My cat is 2 and 1/2 years old and went on numerous grooming sessions and no one complained.I suggest they start on the spot (since clearly they didnt have any other customers). The guy puts the shaver on my cat for 2 seconds and says sorry he doesnt like it and calls another person to help him tackle my cat. Bearing in mind, my cat didnt even make a sound or bite the groomer or make sudden moves.He kept saying sorry we cant cut .. and I was explaining surely the cat is stressed ; what do you expect ? You wanna tell me all the dogs and cats who come for grooming are not stressed when you put them on the table ?I idnt feel my cat would be safe if I left him there..so I preferred to not go ahead and took my cat right off the grooming table. He was not agitated ; not meowing or anything.I would not go back to this place and personally would not recommend it.

Got their groupon voucher calling 5 or 6 times continuesly for someone to pick up the land lineOn 4 Aug booking was done for Thursday 11 Aug then i have to change the date so i called back on 7 Aug to postpone to Monday 15 Aug the lady answered and confirmed groomer will be available, everything okay so far...On 11 aug they called to confirm my old appointment! !! And said they have no record for the reschedule! !!Tried to book on Monday 15 same I requested but they said groomer will not be available! !Tried in Tuesday 16 they said sorry we are fully booked !!They are so rude staff unhelpful at all in dont trust them for my puppyThey even said u can come Monday for wash only !!!
