Groomers know how to approach dogs, how to calm them down and make friends with them fast to make the best experience for our dogs. This is a hidden gem. Good prices, good customer care, gentle care for pups and great location. Its the first time that my puppy was so happy after a grooming session. In the past, he always looks sad and his body is overheated after a session, but not here. Highly recommend this place. ( P.S- Theres free parking too)

Wilson is an amazing groomer! My maltese is 5 years old, been through a lot of grooming experiences but with Wilson it was the absolute best! When I came back to collect her, she looked happy, and gorgeous. Greatest hair cut, smell is amazing and she got beautiful ribbons. Couldnt be more satisfied

Absolutely amazing place to take your pet to get professionally groomed. Andra, was very helpful in finding the exact location. It was my kittens first time getting groomed and they were very mindful of that and made her feel very calm and secure. She got a full on pamper session & your first visit is 50%OFF!! Great customer service from all staff, i got help to carry my item all the way to the car. This place has lots of things which cater to pets, such as food, toys, clothes, litter and mini accessories which i loved, and many more. In general, great place to take your pets to get groomed well and professionally for a good price. I will definitely be going there again :)

Been there for nail clipping on my 2 Cats, and it was everything very smooth. The groomer was very gentle and professional, the cats felt well, and all was quick. The Pet Shop as a great variety of food and toys, at good prices. Parking is practical and convenient, when you find the access, which I missed on the first time :) despite their good indications on WhatsApp.

I took my furball on 27th April 2021 for the first and last time to get complete grooming session and it was horrible. Me and my wife waited patiently seeing my fur getting stressed out and the unprofessional way the person handle the situation by treating him just like an animal with no sense.Will not recommend this place for anyone who cares for their pets as one of family.Even the end result was pathetic totally ruined my furs look from what we were expecting.Waste of time money and unprofessional.
