Horrible and nerve breaking experience for my me and my family. I cannot recommend this place to anyone.We bought a baby rabbit at the end of June (together with the cage and bunch of accessories). One week later we spotted missing bunches of fur on the rabbit’s back, and just within 24 hours the spots grew in size, started bleeding, causing pain and irritation to the poor animal. I sent a message to the shop explaining the situation and asking for advise. They never replied (though promised to help if any issue would arise).We rushed the rabbit to the vet (which are very difficult to find, hardly anyone specializes in rodents). The doctor said the rabbit had been infected in the shop because such a development indicated the infection from another animal.We received the medicine and continued the treatment at home. The rabbit got better within 2 weeks.Until August 2nd he was fine. A fewDays ago the same problem returned. This time we decided to report the issue to the pet shop hoping to get some advice or support. In return we were offered TO REPLACE THE RABBIT WITH ANOTHER ONE…..Whaaat?? The rabbit who we call Dolce became a family member. Our daughter bonded with the animal.. how could someone be offered a replacement like that??When I told the guys at the shop that the replacement was a crazy idea but the store credit in the amount of the money paid for animal would make more sense - they called the manager named Nadir… who in the rudest form possible told us to ‘to go and do whatever you want. We are not gonna do anything for you’.Such a shame… instead of some sort of support, compassion or a little actual customer care we were given plenty of rudeness, indifference and zero involvement to improve the situation…

But again, instead of showing that you care about me as a customer you would rather bury me in paper work from the vet clinic (which is by the way next door, and this is the only clinic that has a vet that can diagnose rabbits). I bought a live animal from you, it means that I will be spending around AED100-150 on food, bedding, supplements or else every month. So, you could potentially have around AED3000 per year just from me if you chose to establish a decent customer relationship with me. Instead you preferred to be cheap, send a useless email and scary me away forever. I will be looking for another store, guys, not yours, and will never recommend you to anyone. Maybe this way you will learn to take care of your customers like any other shop anywhere else in the world would do. And maybe the owner of the shop will realize that the staff needs to be trained to build a rapport with the clients, not telling them go and do what you want.

Their grooming services for birds is veery very very bad, ZERO knowledge in birds feathers cutting, my bird almost killed of bleeding and they made me pay for stopping the bleeding in their clinic which was their mistake, hopefully my cockatoo feathers will grow again, i wish no birds owner takes their pets to this shop they cut the feathers like trimming dogs or cats hair i hope no pet owner or any pet goes through my experience

Purchased Bird food from their online Noon.com store - not only was it OVERPRICED, what I received was EXPIRED (Product clearly states to use before September 2020)The price difference is also ridiculous, normally I get this for AED 160-170 from other pet stores, but this was not available from any other store, all other stores clearly stated that what they had was old stock that they cannot sell and that the new stock would arrive by the end of October. Here they charged AED 250, I didnt mind as I was relieved that I managed to get it from some place, but was disappointed when it turned out to be EXPIRED as well.

This place is a must visit for anyone who has a pet and anyone who is looking to have a pet. They even have ice cream for dogs!Apart from Dogs, cats and snakes, I got to see all kinds of pets. So amazing!

Amazing experience. We just went to buy goldfish supplies and the staff was super helpful, knowledgeable, and didnt try to upsell. We were behind the line of someone spending 20,000 dirhams and got the same, great treatment. Our sales associate added on a 100 dirham discount (I assume because we are first time customers). We actually went to this location by accident, but will definitely be back!

Wouldn’t advice on taking your pet here.My cat was scheduled on being pickedup by them at 13:30. At 12pm i get a call if the driver could come earlier, thinking that someone canceled their appointment and my cat could get her grooming earlier.I get a call from the petshop at 13:45 asking me what type of cut do i want for her because the driver just arrived. Meaning that my cat stayed for 1:30!!! Hours in the car, and the drive from my house to the store is just 10/15 minutes.At 16:15 i had to call them myself because i had not heard anything from them yet, the lady told me that my cat was ready for about 30 minutes already but the driver was not there yet and she didnt know why.When my cat came home i wasnt happy with the cut at all!!!! She was so full with loose hairs that i had to give her a shower.When i called the store to tell about my experience, the only person i could reach was the groomer, and he said that my cat was getting aggravated when they started cutting her (something that is not crazy for a cat waiting for more than 2 hours in a small place she doenst know, as we all know cats get stressed easy) and that i could go back for them to finish the job?!When i finally got ahold of someone in charge of the store he first disagreed with everything i had to say, only to tell me at the end that he was going to talk to the manager about it and have to him to call me back.Its been 5 days, no one called me and when i call the store myself the manager is never around!Truly a bad experience, paid 200 dirhams for have a stressed cat and have to wash her as soon as she got home.

I brought my 11 months mini Pomeranian there yesterday for a standard grooming. I was still in the shop buying few bits and bobs for my dog when I heard his screams, I went to see what was happening.The two groomers were brushing him quite roughly, and that made me quite uncomfortable, so I enquire if it was normal that my dog appeared so distressed and they reassured me saying he had some mats so it was normal that he would face a bit of pain. I am not a grooming expert so I trust that the ‘groomers’ are trained and qualified to take care of my pet, hence why I am paying for the service.I left the Petzone store waiting for their call to come and pick up my dog. He was ready in 35-40 mins, though all my previous grooming appointments in the past took a good 2hrs + I don’t know if they have rushed the job but I know that 30 mins later I came to an unrecognizable dog.He kept on whimpering and screaming all afternoon. I thought it would past but it went on all night, he didn’t get any sleep all night or did I for how much my dog screamed and cried. He is traumatized he hides under the table and chairs of my apartment. I am sure I am not the only one that consider my dog as my child and seeing him in so much pain broke my heart. It’s now been 24 hrs and I still can’t approach or touch him without him screaming, he weed in the house... something he doesn’t do since a good 2 months now. This morning I have called the pet store asking for advice what I could do to soothe his pain and enquireing if anything happened during the time I wasn’t present. The staff wasn’t helpful whatsover and they kept on saying they informed me that the de-matting would be a bit painful, but this isn’t just a bit of pain my dog is traumatized and scared, he has bold patches everywhere, his skin is swollen and red. That might be from how roughly they were both brushing him, I am not sure.He can’t sleep eat or walk. I’ve requested to speak to the manager, I received a call 4 hours later by the store manager advising me that it is normal when they have mats that they have pain, though never have I ever face this kind of experience at my previous grooming appointments. I am left with a traumatized and scared dog, that I now have to bring to the vet.I did informed the ‘store manager’ that i would write about it as he seems so unbothered by the current state and well-being of my animal, and he just replied with a simple: ‘ok!’. I’m shocked.I would strongly discourage any pet owners to put their innocent dog or cat or any pets you might own in the hands of people that do not care about the well-being of your animal.Shocked about the service provided, the customer service and aftercare.

One of the top places for our grooming. Rates were also reasonable. They allowed us in the grooming area which was very helpful and comforting for us. The staff took care of our cat and was very kind and gentle. Our last experience was horrible at local community center per shop. This one is definitely our go to place for all pets needs.

Their so bad, i went to them twice to order some warms for my pet, i asked for 200 pieces of warms and when i reached home i discovered the warms are much less and most of them are shells (no wonder my meerkat is finishing them so quickly). I called them and complained to them , 3 different persons talked to me, they told me they will call me back and no ones called, despite their high prices for everything, 200 pieces of warm cost 100dhs, i found 1050 pieces of warms costs only 150dhs

Worst pet shop, never go there... We bought an indian ringneck parrot from their shop at a highly overpriced rate (this is what we came to know after of course) we initially requested for male specifically and it turned out they sold us a female that was severely sick. The bird was not eating and didn’t have the energy to move since the beginning which lead us to suspect that there is something wrong... after 2 trips to the shop, the staff was constantly assuring us that its normal and it needs time to adapt to new environment. The bird didn’t survive for more than 3 weeks. We were taking extreme care of it and cost us more money as we eventually took him to a vet 2 times where it was hospitalized and died after 2 days. They sold us an extremely sick baby bird for 5 times its original price.

After sale is so bad!!!!!We specifically double confirmed our cat tree would be assembled on delivery at the check out counter to P. - when it was delivered it wasn’t assembled as the guy said we didn’t request for it.2 hours of fighting later (and being called liars about it) we hired another company to come and do it for us.

I went to get advice on high quality protein base cat dry food and I was so pleased and surprise that one of store assistant (Mazaffar Ali) was so helpful. He took his time and guided me through the brands and nutrition compositions. He would not rush me and answer all my related questions. Extremely bad customer service. Old Philipino staff in the reception didnt even bother to acknowledge or greet the customer same goes with the other staffs acting so busy when the shop has no customer! I asked for assistance finding ear mites drop for my cat and they kept on referring me to one staff and another until I ended up browsing since they didnt want to assist. Highly not recommended!

Extremely rude staff. I bought a litter box for my cat and when arriving at home realized it was broken from one side. When I went back the next day to exchange, the manager asked me several times if I was sure it was already broken when I bought it (???) and presuming constantly that it was in perfect conditions before leaving the day before. Then told me to go upstairs and get another one from the shelf and bring it downstairs. Staff must be terribly busy as at least the manager was doing nothing at all!!!Obviously I requested somebody to bring the litter box, and I received to my dismay a little lesson of how to open and close you see madame? gently, you close it gently so it doesnt break again.. in the most patronizing attitude ever. Observing from the glass window upstairs grooming is not very friendly either, I would never leave my pet there.Staff definitely treats customers rudely and I strongly do not recommend this place. Dubai has wonderful pet shops and owners to invest my money. Never again.

Very busy location however it is quite easy to find, parking is quite easy to find as well. Pet zone has items for every pet that you can think of. I easily found items for my cat that I wouldn’t be able to find at other clinics or pet stores. This branch even has clothes and toys for your pet. Absolute pet heaven!

I do not recommend this pet salon. The staff wrestled my senior cat as if its a psychiatric patient. It was even me who suggested to put a plastic cone around her neck. almost half of the grooming seesion the staff kept on grabbing her neck when he could have used a leash and attached it to the plastic cone. Definitely a traumatic experience for my cat.Poor service. My cat was screaming all throughout and even peed on the table many times. There was an instance they dragged her across the table. so I had to stop them and did not continue the grooming session.

Theyre currently in construction- but I visited this pet shop a lot when I was a child. The animals were fun to play with. The place was clean- cleaner than most pet shops around. Their dogs are well cared for and most are pure bred, so are the cats. Thing is, I visited them again, the price of their products definitely havent changed- have gone higher in fact. Their small animal cages arent cleaned properly and very dirty- plus lack of ventilation for the fact that theyre using tanks and not cages.So, they need more improvement but the staff are very friendly and sweet. No problem with that. Its just the expense and cleanliness.
