Offers:Love the variety of services they offer. Monty tried the daycare and bath. He is such a picky and on edge boy but he had a great time during the daycare and the bath. Came home satisfied and energy well spent.Service:Everyone was friendly, professional and responsive. Monty is quite picky with other dogs and the receptionist and handlers listened attentively to the instructions I gave and they handled Monty well during the stay.Location:The location is quite far from where we live, however I think its worth the drive for the peace of mind and Montys comfort.Experience:Monty had a great time, loved it and had no problems at all.Price:The pricing is very reasonable for the service and peace of mind that you get. They also have packages that you can get for repeat visits.Highly recommend them :) Will definitely visit again.

We were very happy with the care and service our puppy received on her staycation with House of Paws (HoP.) The staff at HoP, from the start, put us at ease by clearly explaining what we needed to bring for our puppy. The HoP staff also sent us videos and pictures during the week so we could see our puppy at play. I would not hesitate to bring our pooch to HoP for a playdate or another staycation. I am happy to recommend HoP to anyone looking for the same.

House of Paws is always so amazing. I love their service and their staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I was so scared to bring my dog at first because he barks and freaks out when other dogs are near us. He keeps improving every time I bring him to House Of Paws. I love this place so much and I highly recommend it for anyone that has a pet.

Great Place. I had never left my kitten in a pet boarding before, and i was very concerned about how they would take care of it. They were very professional and updated me every day with videos, photos and replying as soon as i had some doubt. Certainly i will choose them again whenever i need it!!!!

They are incredibly friendly & helpful to owners (especially new ones such as us!), you can REALLY tell they are dog people. They take excellent care of our Loki and he comes home happy and worn out after a fun day with his friends. Its so nice to know that he is always in the best hands during the day.

We took our 10 mths old Maltese, Benji to House of paws where he was 1st assessed by Mr Mustafa who gave us a very detailed report about Benji which was helpful.His main issue was due to lack of socializing so we are leaving Benji for daycare at House of Paws where he is socializing with other dogs and people.The staff at House of Paws are very friendly and keeps us updated with videos and photos everyday. Benji is also comfortable with them.

I sought out house of paws after a bad experience with other Dog school. Cici was kind enough to offer me 1 day free trailer for my dog. To my supervisor my dog came back differently. Before going to house of paws my dog used to bark at everything ( people, animals, etc.) , he pee & poo everywhere with no obedience at all though he went for training.With that said after my dog came back from house of paws I was surprised no incident at all, he listened when we tell him to stop or go your bed. He played a lot & enjoyed his time at house of paws to extend when he came back home he just wanted to slp. I appreciate the update I’ve been given through out the day with pictures & video. Acutely in one of the photos my dog had big smile on his face.I highly recommend this place.

I used to take my dog there for boarding but i will no more after the last experience , i got back my dog sick , her condition deteriorated and i had to hospitalize her, no bacterial infection was present in the tests, the only reason the doctor thought of was of overfeeding because of negligence , i had given them 3 days of extra food and they returned the box to me empty, they were insisting they were measuring the food , maybe they were but i wonder how the 1500 g of food finished while she was supposed to eat 1125 g. Either their weighing machine is broken , either the last morning they saw that there was still food left in the box and they did not waste time to weigh and gave her everything, this is when the diarrhea started, the result was 4 days of intense diarrhea and vomiting, no eating, no drinking, loss of weight , lethargy and hospitalization for 3 days and a big hospital bill. And when i challenged them with proof that they overfed her, they did not dare reply back.For me its over, i will look for another place.

This place is great! I was able to drop off my dog for evaluation on the same day I called and inquired. They kept him the whole first day for FREE of charge. The grooming service was perfect, Ive never had my dog smelling that good.My neighbor referred me, because I was so confused about a daycare/boarding service to use in Dubai (there are so many options) Staff is super friendly and welcoming, and they send you pictures of your dog thought the day, highly recommended.

The best groomer in Dubai for Yorkies! 😍 they’re boarding service is amazing. Differently than other places, when I went in for the first time they showed me everything and while my dog was there they were sending me everyday a lot of photos and videos ♥️ House of Paws is the only place where I’m comfortable leaving my dog when I travel!

I recommend House Of Paws to everyone I meet with dogs! From the very start of my experience with them they answered all my questions quickly and professionally and I feel my dog is in safe hands. As a dog owner i have tried quite a few daycare centers in Dubai, but my experience with House of Paws has been nothing short of amazing. They are the best in terms of standard, professionalism and the manner in which they take care of dogs.Its a clean and well laid out facility with an outdoor area too, the staff are friendly, helpful, responsive, flexible and very knowledgable, and most importantly, the dogs are very well cared for. My dog Loki loves his daycare sessions at House of Paws and is so happy when he gets back home. I personally love the fact that they keep me updated on what my dog gets up to during his time at daycare by sharing pictures and videos throughout the day.Thanks team HOP, you guys are doing a fabulous job!

HOP is such a nice place for pets. Earlier my Floyd was scared of other doggos and he doesnt play much at daycare. Fabulous service, with the most caring people. Luna my Golden retriever loves her day care playing with her friends (fluffy and human) she comes home happy and tired. For a weekend away Luna stayed in the safe and caring hands of the staff. I truly believe that she has more fun than my husband and I. I would recommend to anyone with a dog or cat as the service is second to none

I had an impressive experience with House of Paws. This was my first time to try their grooming services and I am wowed. The owner came to take my dog personally as the company car had a small issue. The hair cut was super professional, my dog smelled wonderfully and got all the compliments from strangers on our walks :)I highly recommend them and planning to use their daycare soon.

Our dog was so happy with this place that he didn’t want to leave!As a pet - owner I can’t complain about House of Paws- communication was always prompt and friendly, they delivered exactly what they promised and most importantly our puppy was happy with his experience! We used the ‘pet hotel’ service for 7 days, and the whole experience was smooth and easy. I took a tour of the facilities beforehand and everything was super clean and comfortable, they have a small outdoor play area too and take the dogs outside for a few hours everyday. The team sent me videos of the playtime every day which was a nice touch, and our usually energetic puppy was a lot calmer and more obedient after his stay so that’s definitely a plus!

Very friendly staff, made my puppy so comfortable. They keep me updated on how my puppy is doing through videos and pictures. They have great packages and single day rates. Cici who works there on the front desk definitely knows how to welcome both the parent and their canine partner. Thanks alot guys.

I totally trust them with my mini Schnauzer, he loves going to stay or visitBest groomers in Dubai. They take so much care and the results are amazing. I feel like Im taking my child to visit his doting grand parents when I go there.

I always use house of paws for my three cats for grooming. Their prices and quality of service are fantastic and the best I’ve used in Dubai. Pick up and drop off service during lockdown is also a great service

The staff is very reliable and quick to reply. They share video updates about my dog and she seems to be happy when she goes there, even though she’s picky. My only problem is that she’s always thirsty when I bring her back as if she hasn’t drank water for long and runs to the bathroom as if she’s been holding for too long.

My friend recommended it to me and what can I say,,the service is beyond the miles !!

We love House of Paws for our doggos grooming and daycare. They regularly send updates when our Charlie spends the day/night and he is always happily tired after a long day of playing. The staff clearly loves animals and as such take fantastic care of them. We definitely recommend this place :)

House of Paws is THE place to take your dog in Dubai. Its clean, the staff is very caring and knowledgeable, and the dogs are very well cared for. Its everything you want in a day care/kennel for your pet. Stress free for owners and dogs.

I love the fact that they have a perfectly formed system. From handling your fur baby to introducing them to the pact. You can only see them from the cctv and of course they have a perfect reasoning for it.Need I say more on how clean the place is. Watching from the cctv, saw how hands-on each of the staff are on the babies and on cleaning the place. At least I know now where to leave my baby when I need a place where she will be taken care of.

Spike, our best friend and family dog, loves spending the day with the friendly staff at House of Paws being primed and pampered. Its a great break for him and helps us when we have daily chores or need help with an overnight stay.

The staff is very friendly and accomodating the best I’be seen so far.We had our Coco for grooming and daycare and was very happy. There are some kennel boarding offering cheaper boarding options but nothing compares to the facilities that house of paws has to offer, its clean, no smell, the play areas are well sized, they have an outdoor area where your pets can play as well. The rooms are of good size and i feel very comfortable knowing that I will be leaving our Coco for 2 weeks with them. Highly Recommended
