We send our Frosty to Fetch the staff is really helpful, professional and kind. I wouldnt even think about sending Frosty to another daycare.

I highly recommend Fetch! Unlike other places were your dog will be in a cage all day, at Fetch dogs are out all day playing together and with handlers. I have a small dog and a big one, and the handlers treat them both really well.Only advice - Make sure your dog has its kennel cough vaccine. This is not just for Fetch, but required for any boarding place.

Great daycare and boarding recommended by a very good friend of mine. Fetch is so accommodating, friendly, makes you feel at ease and genuinely love dogs. The amount of handlers to dogs is absolutely fantastic which makes me so confident that my dog is in great hands and that no dog there is never neglected at any time.The different activities they have on different days is also great as it gives the dogs something different to look forward to each day, and once again keeps them stimulated which is the most important thing.It’s so great and refreshing to see another place in Dubai which has such a high handlers to dog ratio, unlike some which only have someone there for the sake of it. The handlers also truly care for the dogs as you can see both when you’re actually there and also in pictures, and don’t just sit there on their phones the entire time and don’t even glance at the dogs.Fetch keeps your four legged fur children stimulated, happy and engaged which for me is the most important thing for a daycare and boarding facility. 5***** A+++ 🥰♥️🐾

Our dog Porter loves Fetch, he runs in without hesitation and is always warmly welcomed. It has been great for his socialisation and we believe that because of this contact with other dogs, he does not over-react when meeting dogs when going for walks etc. It also tires him out so we can have a rest! Dee and all the team are fantastic, Fetch has been a lifesaver for us!

I have to say that my experience with Fetch has been nothing short of amazing! Was very nervous leaving my darling dog anywhere while I had to travel as I have never left him in any boarding facility and was worried he may not eat or be sad.But the activities planned by Fetch over the holidays was more than I could have imagined and was well worth the price I paid for the boarding. My furbaby was so happy mingling with the other dogs in a safe and monitored environment, plenty of fun Xmas activities including photo shoots, meeting Santa, Christmas stories being read out, movie night and so much more. They kept sharing the photos and videos online and I was so happy and at peace seeing how much my darling was enjoying - rather than some places that just put the dogs in the kennel and just let them out for walks etc.I can highly recommend these guys and will always be using them from now. Great place for my Yana to stay. Such friendly staff, well laid out Daycare and so much fun for our little ones. Ball and bubbles day was so much fun to watch.

Excellent care for our fur babies

I really like this place and the staff but unfortunately my dog was not described completely truthfully in his Report Card. My dog is the absolute anti-cuddler and was described as very cuddly to a handler which raises trust issues for me. However, the owner has since been in touch and went above and beyond to try and resolve this issue. Fetch is a fine place, they just made (what to me is) a big mistake. Hopefully an anomaly.

Whenever we pull up to Fetch my Frenchie is desperate to get out of the car and runs straight in forgetting all about me, he absolutely loves it. The staff at Fetch are so caring and trusting that I never worry when he is there. I cant recommend Fetch enough to any do parent looking for daycare or boarding for their fur baby.

I was an old customer when the business name was Daphne’s !!The new management was rude and not helpful, not sticking to the rules.Escaping from clear answers.There was many dogs who are not spayed.False day care reports.Opening a business is always related to earn moneyBut to earn the money you should respect your customers

My husband and I absolutely loved Fetch! Lovely and very knowledgeable people, not to mention, patient ☺ Leaving our pup for a few hours for the first time since weve had him was quite hard but they walked us through everything hed be doing and showed us how the meetngreet session worked, which was totally awesome. Their daily schedule is super cool and fun and we cant wait to take our lil guy back there for some good and clean fun🐶❤

I’m an anxious furmom with an anxious pup. And I don’t trust anyone else aside from Fetch to look after my boy. My boy absolutely loves Fetch! Fetch’s owners are very passionate about their business and you can really see the love and effort they put in the quality of care towards their customers, their staff and their facility. The staff are well trained and you can see that they really care about their fur legged customers. Not only do I get updates through social media, I also get a report card every time i pick my pup up and the handler personally tells me what my boy was up to during his stay. The facility is immaculate and massive too! I love knowing that my boy can socialize with his friends but if he gets tired and feeling grumpy (which he is known to be once in awhile!) , the place is big enough for him to find his own little corner and rest. The staff engages him in activities but makes sure he doesn’t over exert himself. They have movie days, tennis ball days and bubble days! So I know that my pup maximizes his stay there instead of being just at home bored while I’m at work. He also comes home smelling sooo good! I definitely definitely recommend Fetch. ❤️

Like no other! Best dog place in the world. Theyll take care of your furkid like you do and a very well supervised facility with full of people that really cares for your pooch! Theyll update you with report cards and very personalized like a family away from home. I wouldnt recommend any other place except fetch dubai! This is not a paid advert but im a genuine customer who keeps going back for their service and confident that my furchild is well pampered, in fact, too spoiled with their team more than us, the furparents! Really well done guys! Keep it up! And i hope you get all the other dogparents moving to your facility to experience how gentle and caring you are to our dogs! It is our playful PUGuiao’s 🐾🥊 first time to be in a Doggy Daycare and Boarding Facility and Fetch Dubai made it really fun for him and for us fur-parents. PUGuiao learned to socialize and made a lot of fur-friends. 🐶🐾 The staff are very accommodating and the “meet & greet” is a great help in making our fur-baby feel at ease with the other fur-friends. In such a short period, PUGuiao enjoyed playing with Rog the pug and his handler Arvy. Ms Charyl was very gracious in providing updates from time to time that made PUGuiao’s stay in Daphnes Play Centre now Fetch Dubai worry-free. Fetch Dubai has different activities everyday to make the dogs’ stay in their facility an amazing experience. They even have photos of each fur-child and a report card to keep the fur-parents updated with the progress of their fur-babies. we would definitely come back here so PUGuiao can have playdates with his fur-buddies and we highly recommend this place.
