Both the gentlemen, Rahul and Akash, who did the pest control treatment were amazing. Very good impression on their first visit and inspection. They examined in a very accurate way the house, garden, roof and air conditioning ducts. They found gaps on the roof... they put traps on the roof and inside the ducts, and also boxes outside the house.They will come back in a couple of days and check. Will see the outcome and further action.

Concept were on time (which is somewhat of a rarity in Dubai) which was pleasing. They had serviced the same type of villa so knew the areas to focus on, and did some additional areas when asked. I did have to ask questions about the traps and the gel treatment....I feel this should be offered up without prompt.Concept arrive with proper PPE - including overshoes - something else I have not seen much of here.Pleased with the service overall.

This team have been nothing short of fantastic!!! They are so professional, their English is brilliant so they actually explain in detail what the issue/s are which really helped me.
