This place is conveniently located within the mall so your parking is sorted. They serve delicious Irani cuisine, all the food tastes very fresh. The manager at Arabian center mall was very efficient. Prices are steep as compared to the quantity

Very disappointed to see the condition of the restaurant, a manager to take the orders and place the order at the kitchen, and 2 cooks to do the rest of the job, I ordered the food today, and i had to eventually cancel the order, the bread served to me was few days old and when inquired about that, they clarified that the cook hasnt turned up for the past few days and the bread was old. Humble request to the management, either take up things seriously and run the show well, else close it down as it affects their brand name

I love this restaurant! They serve complimentary bread and green salad platter that consist of rocket leaves,mint leaves,walnuts, olives,feta cheese, and pickled veggies upon arrival.I used cobone vouchers for my meal. This cobone deal is still on. You can save upto 50% on the bill by getting the vouchers. The menu card prices available on Zomato website for this restaurant need some updating as these are different from the prices mentioned on the Menu card at the restaurant.I had the following dishes:Lentil soup:  It was non spicy and tasted good.Mixed salad: Though they serve basic salad platter complimentary but this 4 in 1 platter was really good. It had hummus, mutable, tabbouleh and seasonal salad in it.Mixed Hatam salad: consisted of  dolma, humus topped with grilled meat, feta cheese and green mix salad. Loved it!Arayes: Arayes is a middle eastern grilled pita bread stuffed with lamb mince, onions, tomatoes and spices. It was very delicious! But they forgot to serve fries with it as it was shown in the menu card’s Arayes picture.Kabab Koobideh:  Special Iranian kababs served with rice were very juicy and tasty. They make the best koobideh kababs!!Tikka and kabab:  Marinated lamb pieces served with rice were nicely grilled.Falooda:  It was very chilled and refreshing!Overall it was a nice experience. Seating facility is good. Walls are adorned with beautiful paintings. They also have family cabins for privacy. Our server was kind and friendly. Very nice Persian restaurant with authentic taste. Very often I am visiting here with my family. Hatam Mix Grill is highly delicious and recommended. Staff are helpful and service is good.

Its just oaky, not what is it used to be.Food quality is average, Kebabs missing the wow taste of before. Same goes for the riceLamb chops was burnt around the edges with traces of charcoal.

I use to place orders online and I have always been satisfied about the quality of the food. Today, for a change, I decided to take away from the restaurant as I was passing by the same area.Quantity is less than online delivery, much more rice than meat. Moreover rice is poorly garnished, almost just white. I pointed the exact item on the menu while ordering through the counter staff repeating the order again. It was not easy to communicate with the staff as well. Very disappointed.

I am a frequent customer at different branches of Hatem restaurant however I was shocked by the poor food & service Quilty that I have experienced tonight. Usual persian bread is not available and meat that was offered is extremely hard & not fresh as if it is being recooked as well the salad was mushy somehow. No wonder why we were the only customers in the entire Restutant !!!🤮

The staff was very rude to us for using entertainer and they wont let us buy two dishes and use multiple coupons which we had asked entertainer and was ok to do and we had taken in other branches. The person who took our order was vert rude. Their food is good

Super slow staff . We went to eat there today and no body approached us to take the order . We waited for 5 minutes , later we called someone to take order, he said he will come , we waited and waited ...He didn’t come . The restaurant was completely empty ( no customer was there )and still the staff was nowhere to be seen . We left the restaurant.

Average food & ambience. Surprised to see that same staff is used for table cleaning and to serve food. The staff didn’t even wear a glove or wash the hand after cleaning the table, they just got busy with another customer, serving water.

High price less quantity specially in grills. All pictures on menu are 10x zoom in actual its 1x. Food quality is okay not recommended for subcontinent food lovers

A very good iranian food restaurant in town. Alomst everything they serve is well cooked and tastes real good. Their kebabs are the best. Specially Yoghurt kebab, shishli kebab, joojeh kebab. They make the best lamb chops and i personally like their hummas its yummmm:DIf you are going with friends or family like in group do order mix grill it would cover much items.

I visited Hatam for the first time in Arabian Center. I ordered Mix Tikka Grill since the description in menu was 2 skewers of Mutton Tikka, 2 skewers of Chicken Tikka and 1 skewer of Chicken Boneless; I also ordered Seafood platter since Mix Tikka didnt suppose to have any seafood. But when they served the Mix Tikka Grill, they gave the same seafood items that were also present in Seafood platter. This ruined the dining experience of some of my family members who dont like fish and were relying heavily on Chicken items. Im not sure if it was a mistake of Hatam staff or they didnt have the chicken items which they swapped with fish. Im giving 3 star rating only because they serve complimentary salad platter and bread which was quite good and filling.
