My experience was good, I tried this restaurant many times and I liked the food a lot especially Sultany Kabab, prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly, atmosphere is nice. There are separate tables with curtains for families which is more suitable for many Arab families. They serve complementary green salad and lentil soup before your meal and black tea after you finish your meal, recommended place for groups and families.

It was ok for Iftaar buffet. Not much options in Buffet. Their grape juice tastes like cough syrup. Very small and congested place.

Excellent kebabs! I really love the flavor of Persian Kebab and they do it so well. I ordered 2 sticks of minced chicken and meat with rice and they served it with soup yogurt, salad and freshly brewed tea. Their large serving, taste, price, dining ambience and service makes this place one of my favorite restaurants in Dubai.

Wow, really a hidden gem in Dubai. Excellent Iranian food. Even the locals come here for dinner. Portions are large and you get also bread and dips, and a complimentary lentil soup and a complimentary Iranian tea and the end. Prices are very cheap for Dubai standards. Staff very helpful and professional. If you are in Bur Dubai and you dont want to eat expensive, go to this place.

I dined here every iftar this Ramadan so thats 30 days in a row. The food and service were impeccable, they only use best quality ingredients yet their prices are very reasonable considering the high quality of food served. Thoroughly recommend for individuals and families alike with 2 private family dining areas.

Great restaurant, the food was excellent & the service great. I had the Chicken Tikka with saffron & the barberry rice and it was delicious! Their salads were nice too. The owner & staff were welcoming & kind. I highly recommend this restaurant

Simply Super. This is a great restaurant serving exceptional Iranian food. The meat is so tender that it dissolves in your mouth. Service is excellent, and the staff are all welcoming. The prices are exceptional as well - exceptionally cheap, that is. As well as the dish ordered, you receive free bread, free soup and tea after the meal. Fantastic value for money and well worth a visit!!!

One of the best iranian resturants in dubai.What i mean is the quality food in addition to the warm hospitality which represent iranian culture.Tried different dishes here and i do recommend those who are trying for the first time to eat :kobideh with riceAnd if you are not into rice then you can order tikke masti or joje kabab with breadUsually parking is available in that area so no need to be worried about that and as it is mentioned on board Fridays they do provide buffet.

I stopped by the outside shawarma stop where the smiling Egyptian host offers a sliced of the best grilled cut for taste testing, a touch of service goes a long way...The tasty chicken and fresh bread makes this an authentic stop, served by an authentic shawarma chef and set a pleasant tone for what lay ahead in the restaurant.I walked in and asked if there was something along the lines of a rice dish and out came the menu. The Zereshk rice with chicken took my eye. While I was waiting, I was offered a tea, served in the authentic Iranian way with genuine cubes of sugar.While waiting the host was charming and invited conversation. The ambience was stylish, middle eastern and very comfortable. A warm welcoming atmosphere and excellent English speaking host.When the food arrived I could smell the rice, it was complimented with a salad, yoghurt mint and soup too.On arrival back at the hotel, the dish filled the room with the aroma of the highest quality long grain rice and cooked to absolute perfection. Each grain rolling and dancing around the others, some bathed in saffron, the rest plain and seasoned perfectly. The chicken was a small size for extra taste, glazed and cooked to perfection.As it was a take away, I am looking forward to dining in and enjoying the rest of the menu over the coming weeks. Not over priced at all, ambience was middle eastern and food authentic Iranian. Portion was quite large.Best cooked rice to date in Dubai, as only the Iranians can!

Clean restaurant ,the shawarma is amazing, but the kebab they add to much salt on it , no parking, the location is in burdubai the most crowded area in Dubai. 3/5

Menu is small enough with only certain dishes available on certain days. Food was not piping hot when it came out but it was ok. They give everyone a bowl of soup (we think it was a type of minestrone) and free naan bread with feta salad. This did not appear on the bill. On the other hand the 1.5lt bottle of water we didnt ask for was charged for 5 DRN (less than €2). The food was good, tasty and fresh. The juice was freshly made and really really good especially the cocktail one. Value for money was excellent.

Price is reasonable, and they provide side dishes free of charge and at the end a nice tea will be served.

Exquisite traditional iranian food. Have tried some of the best known iranian restaurants in Dubai and can say that their yoghurt kebab is amongst the very best in Dubai! Excellent service. Very reasonable pricing. Good-sized portions. Recommend!

Ive tried alot of persian restaurants and i could say caspian was one of my best experience, so had to leave this review for them as they deserved it. The food was so tasty and well cooked, the staff very welcoming, really felt like home.

Good service provided from staff, there are free soup, salad, bottled water, naan bread and tea. The lamb was delicious and i recommend eating the fish and lamb. The staff was caring(when you order too much, the staff will try to recommend other dishes or order less food.) and always wear their smiles.

Having ordered from this establishment a few dozen times, always for home delivery, the most recent visit was just one of half a dozen visits in the last 4 years. And I was reminded, food served on your table always tastes better than home delivery. Small establishment with a very comfortable ambiance, akin to a small cafe, the food never disappoints. Kebab Qoubedah - Mutton Sheekh Kebab with rice is an all time favourite. Not so quick on theService, but they more than make up with the warm welcome.

Food was okay, price was fair but service was poor.I dined at Caspian ome early afternoon so it was very quiet so I asked a table for one by the window which was declined for no apparent reason (that particular table was free for the next 90 minutes). I would not dine here again as I did not feel like a valued customer.Overall I would only recommend if you arent bothered by poor customer service.

They serve both meat and chicken shawarma there.For your best experience of taste try dining in the restaurant so that youll feel the crispy n delicious shawarma in the city with really affordable price.Its just 6.25 when i had latest on 13-03-2020.I wish people try atleast once to know how real shawarma taste will be.I tried both meat and chicken. And my highest preference will be chicken for its taste n juicy chicken 😍

Very welcoming healthy and Tasty as well!Ambiance is good and tea is must have after meal.I believe this is the only place in the area to serve meat shawerma!Their Meat Shawerma is fantastic and mouth watering till last bite and its cheap too.I would like to correct some comments here about this place: most of the food served here other than shawerma are not that dirt cheap as some of the comments says here. I can say Its medium. But the food is very good and have a big list of trustable Iranian varieties.

There you can eat tasty food with a lot of side dishes, which are offered free of charge.
