Food was okay, im looking forward to try the Iranian food next time! The server was fine and very accommodating! The place was so accessible and close to metro and bus terminal.

This Iranian restaurant located in between Baniyas Square and Union Metro station. They have outdoor as well as indoor seating. Shawarma is the only thing stopped me to taste from here. They charging 6 AED for shawarma. It was okeyish, normal chicken shawarma with less mayo inside. Normal and spicy options are available there. Shawarma served with Lebanese Mix picklesNot recommending for second time visit

The waiter was super slow and forgetful and was reminded to bring items like knife and fork for the salad.

Delicious Iranian food!! I ate the steak kebab & rice, delicious! I clean forgot to take a photo of the amazing dish🙈The dish was served with a wonderful super fresh side salad, I was very impressed with this.The only downfall to the restaurant is there is no wifi or place to charge ones phone.

Good food and the service is quite nice here. Wouldnt recommend to sit outdoors especially during the summer. They have a good variety of Arabic, Chinese and Indian cuisines. The shawarma is quite especially the spicy one and reasonably priced for AED 7. While they do advertise alot about the chicken strip combo, it isnt so great in taste. The Indian and the Chinese cuisines do take their time to be served but are well prepared and are yummy in taste. If you order for an Indian chicken dish you are served with this amazing complimentary naan and it is pure yum.

Esfahan Beriani.....the moment anyone hears BIRYANI, the aromatic lure of of Lamb (PREFERABLY) , Succulent and moist, the perfect mixture of spices and the long grain Rice comes to mind. This is, however, not so. And thank God for that. A meat Patti set right in the middle of Arabic bread quarters and quite resembling a flower is what is served. And it is, for sure, very enticing and deeply addictive. Besides that, now they have a collection of meals, bit that doesnt add value as Ive been a regular at this eatery for 15+ years. Once tasted, never forgotten.

Good service but most importantly very tasty food and big portions for a decent price. We ordered 1 meal for 2 people and it was enough. They give side salad, freshly backed bread,soup and spiced yogurt as complimentary dishes. Recommend to try at least once, they wont disappoint.

Spotted this restaurant on the way home after a busy day of work and ordered a shawarma. I highly recommend their bread. The bread coming along with was so great that I forgot about my chicken and fries already

Good food, great service by friendly waiters, very cheap: soup + salad + dish (I got biriani rice with lamb) all for 37 AED. Food taste and quality were average. Definitely does not taste authentic.

Very bad restaurant. Unhygienic shawarma. During my visit, I saw that the shawarma guy blew his nose clean and then continued making the shawarmas. I immediately trashed the 2 shawarmas that I had purchased. Horrible experience.

One of the best Iranian restaurants in the UAE. Place is a bit small, but service and food quality is what you should be looking at. DONT FORGET TO TRY BIRYANI ESFAHAN from the menu, you will never regret. But make sure youre hungry as the portion is quiet big

The shawarma man his name is amjad he is rude. Not profssional at all. Sorry for this old resturant to have this guy.Laughing at the customer. Not polite at all.Amjad and igor.And at the end my sandwich was ready but they didnt even call me to take it for few mins.The treatment is like we dont care customer. Very tasty shawarma prepared with Iranian bread and some good Iranian kababs to try here. Enjiy the outdoor seating during lunch or dinner and try the tea after food. The service needs improovements though.
