Hatam is always good. Grill is amazing. Staff is friendly as well however the place needs serious renovation. Maybe because most of the orders are for delivery they dont care abt the restaurant.

Dear Hatam Management, cost cutting in your restaurant doesn’t mean putting one staff to serve more than 20 tables! She is a human-being and deserves to rest! Kudos to your waiter!

It used to be my favourite in food court. Last experience was awful. Gummy meat, gummy bread, no hummus and watery cola. Never more

Literally the worst 1 of the worst restaurants if it wasnt the worst. Not this branch specifically but all the branches Literally the meat is all burnt and coal is stuck on the bottom of the meat and the taste is worst the ever...the rice smells so bad me and the family we so close in vomiting from the smell....when I went to the workers I told them about the bad good she didnt give it any attention and the worst customer service ever...WORST RESTAURANT

Staff are doing their best but they are not qualified at all, food was good and large portion meal, Lamb chops came with too much black pepper.

Went out with friends at Hatam Jumeirah,Taste wasnt great, food choice was not great( granted we were late for dinner).Price was not worth the experience. They even charge 25 for hammus which taste like stale and which was supposed to be free with grill.Overall, a BIG NO for future outing.

The food was certainly below average.The lentil soup was cold, and the kababs were just too dry. The tandoori chicken suggested by the waiter was also really bad- it was not at all spicy and the chicken leg was really small- ( smallest one we have ever seen in our life). The rice that came with the meal was hard and cold too.The place started to smell weird too in a while- we all just wanted to get out of there asap.All in all- a very bad experience. Went for a similar meal at Pars yesterday and the meal was so good- we should have just gone back to Pars (we paid almost the same price for a really bad meal today).We will never be going to this place...

(This is for mall of Emirates Hatam branch) Excellent ingredients, good quality meat, salads, but best of all their customer service is wonderful. The employees working there are very kind, friendly, generous and all that with a warm heart and smile.

Service level is very poor. Waiters call bell does not work and waiters does not check for more order. Very casual attitude waiter (Asian).Manager has tried to make up waiter bad service. Do not recommend this branch.

I had taken some of my guests to Hatam for lunch. We went through the menu and placed the order. Lunch arrived in a few minutes, an assortment of kabab dishes. It was average compared to some other Iranian restaurants at this price point. Don’t get me wrong, average is good. I don’t mind average. Coupled with good service average can be a really nice experience.What made this a bad experience is what came after. In every Iranian restaurant I order for black tea at the end of the meal and I did the same here. I asked the waiter who was serving us and he said he would check and let us know. Moments later he came back and told us that they do not serve tea at this branch he also went on to say the other branches serve but not this branch. I noticed he seemed hesitant, how strange I thought but his hesitation could be because he was worried about disappointing us. Never the less this sparked my curiosity, I needed to know more and therefore I went to the guy at the cash counter. Guess what his response was, “We don’t have stock, I have placed an order but ithasn’t arrived yet”.Two things come to my mind. First, how can they run out of tea and why not pre-order when stocks are low. Wouldn’t that be better than disappointing customers? Second, why did their stories not match?

HATE THIS PLACE! Very very rude service, actually there is no one to serve I had to go get the menus my self and beg the waiters to come and serve us!! Even though we went during iftar time and as the picture shows the place is completely empty!!!! The waiter is extremely rude and he doesn’t even respond when I speak to him personally!!! I told him I’m going to write a bad review and he couldn’t care less! I attached a picture of the guy that was so rude and I asked him several times to give me the managers number and he refused! Never coming here again and the worst experience ever!

The waiter insisted to write an view after we finished immediately and we were in hurry, also he was stairing on the phone to see what we gonna write! He does not know what privacy is! But the internet data was not strong, so we could not write our view there.Also there was no wi-fi in the place!Also we asked for cold water and we got it room temperature.Also the bathroom was very dirty, you can vomit from the scene.For sure I will not go there again.

The resteraunt smelled, the waiters were untrained and the food was the worst of all hatams branches I have eaten. Usually I love Iranian food but this place is a terrible experience and total waste of money.

Flavourless, too expensive, everytime we ask something on the menu its not available, the menu claims they have free refills on fountain drinks and ice tea but they dont. Dont get the fruit cocktail it tastes terrible, wont be visiting again.

We asked for spicy food and said they will make it spicy but when it came just non spicy and we ended up wasting it.

Excellent food however ambience, service and staff need an uplift. Good quality food and so delicious. Pricing average to high for what you get but definately authentic.

This is a nice place for some good Iranian Kebabs. It is one of the first places in Abu Dhabi where I have tried these kinds of kebabs and they were really good. I got the Joojeh Kebab, the Chello Kebab and Kebab Sultani along with Hummus. The taste is good and I would go again if Im around.Ambience: This place is setup like a fast-food chain. The seating capacity is average and the atmosphere is that of any fast-food kind.Service: The service is slow but I think it is worth the wait. The staff is great though.Food: The food here is good. Everything we tried was tasty - no complains. It is flavourful just as one would expect while eating out.Location: The location was easy to find. Parking is plentiful in this area as well.Recommendations: It is a nice place to go to once in a while. I have visited a few times and don’t see a reason to not go again.

Restaurant needs to be fully maintained and change everything completely .. The rest of the restaurant inside the rest of the bathroom and God Azza Paul Paul Fayha Valham bathroom and continued to have you and the bathroom is old and Jaes and eating what we asked disappointed the rest of the branches of the restaurant Hatem live, which Yaboh wind and dirt and asked soup clear money before Two months Mahtotha fridge and heated and Iaboha us short this section of Hatem restaurants is a shame!
