Philip Smith did a thoroughly good job of selling our property in the Emirate of Ajman. Different laws from Dubai Emirate but he negotiated all the requirements of No Objection Certificate, Land Registry ,meetings with our buyer, transfer of title and receiving our agreed price and safely transferring the money to our Uk account.We authorised Philip to have the cheque made into his name and he transferred the money into our account. This was better than a previous Dubai sale that involved a Managers Cheque sent to the UK bank and then posted back to Dubai for further authorisation..Full marks to Philip and his team.. a job well done ...
