I will not recommend this office anymore. I have given my degree certificate to this office on 13th April 2019 for attestation from India. Today morning I received the certificate back. I thought they were the best service provider because within 2 weeks I got my certificate back. On checking the certificate i found a big pen marking on the front side of my degree certificate. When I enquired the office they told that it was not their fault. Everyday they are handling more than 300 documents and they cant check each and every documents. So sometimes these type of mistakes will happen. This is the way they replied to my complaint.Now the loss is for me. My degree certificate, my career and my life is wasted due to their careless behavior.

Extremely unprofessional, atrocious work ethic and absolutely terrible customer service. Was promised the attested document in five working days, and it took more than three weeks. No updates were provided in the interim, timelines kept getting pushed. Because of the delay, my wife had to travel back to India and reenter on a new short-term visa, which was an additional cost. Absolutely no apologies and regrets from their staff - disgusting behavior. Stay away from these guys and use AuthXperts instead.

Total waste of time. Sent a query 2 days back than had to call back to know the status. Didnt replied instantly but said will call back in 5 minutes. After half an hour when followed up again said the guys is on break so call back in 30 minutes.No one read the email and the customer service keep saying they are busy and keep letting you down like as customer you are not at all important!!!! Will not recommend them AT ALL !!!!
