Karachi City Restaurant is one of the oldest outlets of Karachi Darbar (KD) in the whole of Dubai, and the only outlet run by a management based out of Chennai - serves Idli, Masala Dosas and more. Yes, KCR is the only outlet of KD that serves Idli’s I’ve been told.The place is set really well and reeks of the old Dubai charm. The management has done pretty well to maintain the restaurant in very good condition.The menu is priced very reasonably and the portions are very filling.We had their Paratha (ordinary, 1 AED) with Channa, Kheema and Mutton Paaya. Paratha and Channa are the golden combination preferred by many. Kheema Paratha is another delicacy.Mumtaz Kabab is a delicacy and a must try.Gulab Jamuns were yet another delicacy, rightly sugared.KCR is a must visit outlet of Karachi Darbar.

Good and quality of service was excellent.I reached their around 11:30 PM, but what amazed me the staffs are really good serve the food on time and kept serving on time...I appreciate the same and expecting the same should continue forever...Food 😍💯✨😋😋😋

Very good seves and food

I ordered breakfast today at 10:00 A.M. It is hardly 5 min walking distance from Restaurant to my building. Normally i go and pick the food from the restaurant. Today i had horrible experience. I waited for half an hour after ordering the food and i called the restaurant to check the status of the order. The guy told me order is out for delivery. I waited for one hour and i called again and cancelled the order. After one and half hour i get the call from delivery guy about inquiring the location. I told him i cancelled the Order. Insha Allah This is my first and last Order to this restaurant. I normally order from Saravana Bhavan for veg food there delivery is very fast. I will not repeat same mistake again. I will look for some other restaurant.

It was one of the top restaurant in Dubai I love Karachi city restaurant foods! But now management should seriously look into their restaurant no clean smells bad on the family area! Take care

Pakistani roti was good, peshawari chicken was spicy and fresh, served in a kadhai at table, overall i felt affordable and delicious family restaurant. On next visit will update more.

I came here with my friend for dinner at night.Its really inexpensive. We ordered a lot and ended up paying 20 dhs each.It was a delight to eat and the food tasted really good for the money.Id say its good value for money.The hygiene and cleanliness could take a hit, but it doesnt matter when it is the money that counts.
