Some really amazing food and service in this place!The meat was soft and tender - and we tried all 3 chicken, beef and mutton, the pulao rice was flavored well.Truly a gr8 food experience, a must visit for food lovers.

Tecom is flooded with restaurants, however a place serving good Pakistani food was a miss. This place cooks up a good fare of Pakistani cuisine. I would personally recommend the Mutton in Green Chilli lemon Gravy if you dont mind spice. Value is great as well. Highly recommend!

This is the worst ans poor management restaurant I ever had in dubai. They took place the ordered . Deducted from my account and without not knowing they cancelled the my ordered . I was waiting an hour . No notification, no responses. Specially al Barsha height Branch is getting worst . Specially Branch manager is very rude and doesn’t listen to client . I hope founder of this chain read this comment and take actions with the Irresponsible team leader to maintain their quality and hospitality as before.

Tasty traditional Pakistani Cuisine . The staff is very helpful with guiding you on choices .The menu also has a selection of choices to match the Pakistani pallet . The chicken Biryani and chicken korma was excellent While I stayed with Channa Daal and Nan Roti . All dishes were flavorful. The restaurant is basic and fairly small with seating for 6Tables of 4 and also some outdoor seating that would be preferable in the cooler months. Paid roadside parking is available The prices are very reasonable. For delivery Copper kettle can deliver free in the Barsha heights Tecom area otherwise they charge aed 5 for delivery

Pakistani cuisine for me is still a mystery and I explore various dishes from various regions every single time I visit Pakistan. But the food from Lahore is my favourite till now because it’s very similar to the food I have grown up eating back home.I visited Copper Kettle to try out the Lahori way of preparing Pakistani Food. Whenever I go to try food at a new restaurant, I always take recommendations from the server because they know their best dishes. All for starters I tried the mixed grill platter which had an assortment of various kebabs & tikkas. All of them were very well prepared and marinated. But my favourites were the chicken tikka, the fish tikka & chicken seekh kebab .I also tried the chicken roll which surprisingly was prepared in a wheat parantha and not a fried one. The chicken was juicy and the sources inside the role with tangy as per my taste. The potato Nan was served fresh out of the oven but the filling was too spicy for me. The salt Lassi Was served generously but lacked the right amount of seasoning.The egg fried rice which was for my son was absolutely delicious and was totally approved by him and us.For the main course I ordered the Mutton Peshawari Kadhai with Rogani Naan. I really like the fact that the curry wasn’t too spicy and had pepper as the main ingredient. The mutton was cooked really well & The curry had the right consistency. The kadhai tasted perfect with the rogani naan.I also tried the Chicken Lahori Handi with garlic naan. Because I personally prefer mutton over chicken, I wasn’t a big fan of the chicken being boneless. But the curry tasted exceptionally well and bird seamlessly with the garlic naan.I have grown up eating a lot of vegetables back home and Lahore also has a similar food culture. So I ordered their speciality vegetable dish Bhindi Masala. It reminded me of the same dish my grandmother used to make. This dish tasted good read bought the naans.Although we were too stuffed to eat any deserts part like a typical Asian restaurant, they did not want to let us leave without eating anything sweet. After their recommendation, I tried their Gulab Jamun And I will so glad I did. I have very high standards of this desert and it’s very rare that I find this tasty in most of the restaurants. But as they made their Gulab Jamun in the house it tasted very authentic.Our server was extremely hospitable and recommended us the right dishes which we really liked.Taste: 4/5Ambience/Decor: 3/5Service : 5/5Value for Money: 4/5

Copper Kattle is good pakistani resturant. they are good choice in mutton and chicken kuris like karahi and pesbwari etc. but there rice are not good at all. they are always expensive and according to the rice item i cant recomend. although good in mutton and chicken karahi dishes

Food delayed more than usual. restaurant ignored my note to put butter on naan. when i called inquiring about the delay and requested for the second time to put butter on the naan, the restaurant refused me (even though i offered to pay extra). they said that they were too busy and i should adjust this time and next time they will honor my request. I will adjust this time by not ordering from them the next time or anytime in the future.

Easily the best place to eat Pakistani cuisine in town. Everything on the menu is really delicious. Arshad bhai is very kind to provide friendly-best customer service. 10/10.

Food was good but please note that they do not sanitize the tables once guests leave. We went on Thursday evening around 10pm we have learnt that they just cleaned the tables with tissue paper. When concern raised they have cleaned with sanitizer or some chemical but not sure if approved by municipality.Be aware even for delivery !!!

Pakistan food is awesome must try but they need to work on their Chinese Couzines overall it was great and ya they have valet parking just in front of their restaurant so just give them your car as you won’t find parking there.

No Covid-19 safety protocols, no table cleaning, no gloves and safe seating rules means it was over crowded. No customer service and most importantly no taste at all and over priced. Never invite or bring your families here. I ordered and waiting for my order and they served 3 customer who came after me. I experienced the worst and saving your life from their disgusting services.

Food taste is superb, but the service is poor, specially when asking to deliver... pls improve your communication and delivery service. Requesting you to not to lie when you cannot deliver the order on time. As this will impact your business like today. Ive waited for long time to get my order in Suhoor, as they said the driver is new and went to deliver in different location and later driver called and informed that his motorbike petrol finished and he will arrive shortly however, i need to cancel the order due to suhoor time is running. pls be focused. Went to sports city branch . It’s a new outfit . They put a lot of oil in their food but chicken biryani paratha and bhindi was good . Hope they can put less oil in their food . People are very conscious about these things these days .

We discover this restaurant near to our hotel and we really loved it enough to come back more times during the week.Compare to the other restaurant in Dubai,the location is not fancy or particularly sofisticate but when the dishes came they are very very good very healthy and the service is very smiling and helping all the time.If there is a restaurant that I will remember from my holiday in Dubai, will be this one!Thanks guys!Davide

Very nice food. specially mutton hara masala, nihari and Dum qeema. sweat carrot halwa.. very delicious. I have enjoyed too much while my stay in TECOM.

Not a good iftar package.. infact when you arrive 40 minutes before iftar and they say iftar combos and finished, trying to rip off what customers come in. Not a good iftar experience at all and quite overpriced.

Affordable prices, ok food.

The food is good but the restaurant opening timings are ridiculous specially when it comes to breakfast. It opens around 11 am which is late as compare to other places. Therefore I strongly suggest that they should open a bit early, maybe 9 at least for breakfast.

Restaurant is ok but no respect of customer, the staff is very very rude. I will never go again first time I went there and I have seated 10 minuets with dirty table and no one came to me to ask the order, waiter even did look that someone is sitting there . First time ever I have eaten this delicious okra i.e Bhindi with piyaz masala. in any restaurant in dubai. I had guests over and I wanted some vegetarian dish to be included. Its a bad experience, if you ever go to any restaurant they offer salad and raita as a complimentary, but copper kettle dont, their staff is trained just to justify prices of salad and raita, dealing with customers not satisfactory
