Dr. Elsa was recommended to me by a close friend who had only wonderful things to say about her. Right enough, my entire experience throughout my pregnancy was great. She is warm, approachable, professional and reassuring. She pays attention to the tiniest details to ensure her patients are comfortable in her clinic. She also has an amazing sense of humour and never misses an opportunity (even in the labour room) to lighten up the atmosphere with her hilarious jokes.Her team at the clinic are another bunch of lovely people. Always happy, cheerful and ever willing to assist. Her receptionist Joy was exceptionally good at her job with scheduling and rescheduling appointments, keeping us well informed of what to expect at our next appointment and also reminding us one day prior about our appointments. She also never missed an opportunity to make us feel at home in the clinic.Karla, her nurse, is another wonderful person who was always gentle with blood tests and injections. She would always check on me when I visited the clinic, remember issues that I emailed her for between appointments and ask how are you now Miss Monisha?Overall, it was a great experience at New Concept Clinic and will always be highly recommended by me.

Dr Elsa is the most amazing OB/GYN. I have been a patient since 2012 and she has seen me through 3 pregnancies. And with each one my regard for her only increases because of how professional she is.During each delivery she makes sure I am listened to and informed and is nurturing and kind when I get stressed and tired. She manages the whole situation in a way that makes the whole experience amazing .I honestly feel like she is more like a friend than a Dr. and can discuss various issues with her, which is very important to me.She has a very no-nonsense approach but still very caring and takes her time to answer all my questions and concerns.I also love the nurses team. Dr Elsa is absolutely incredible! She supported me through my pregnancy, answering all our questions, allaying all our fears and helped us bring our baby into the world beautifully and seamlessly. Ive been seeing Dr Elsa since before I was pregnant, and I cannot recommend her highly enough.If you want to enjoy visits to your gynaecologist (even for pap smears!), Dr Elsa is the way to go. I honestly dont know where to begin with the praises for Dr. Elsa; the incredible doctor that she is. I have been going to Dr Elsa since 2015 and have always received the best advice and medical guidance from her. I was hesitant of delivering in Dubai due to the high percentage of C-sec but due to the current Covid situation, I haven’t had the chance to travel out of Dubai. I visited several doctors (4 Doctors) until I found the perfect one. Dr. Elsa is an amazing doctor, I never imagined having such a positive and wonderful birth experience with my 2nd child. The experience I had with Dr.Elsa was truley wonderful. From day one, she put me at ease. She took the time to get to know my husband and I and at all times was reassuring and honest about my pregnancy and labour options. Due to certain reasons, I was advised that a c-section would be the safest option for my baby and I. She explained why, but never put pressure on us. I had a very good experience at dr elsas clinic , she guided me very well and took care of my health and preparations for delivery , I could not have rated anyone better and more professional than her. She has enormous experience in maternity and personally I felt a great sense of comfort in her. I delivered my 5 and 6th child through her and I’ve been immensely impressed and happy with her . She has a strong sense of caring towards her patients. The staff at her clinic are also very well trained, informed and receptive to feedback , they’ve been very helpful throughout the whole process.
