Unfortunately i am not allowed to take and post pictures or I’ll definitely let everyone know how everyone is treated here. No Covid precautions or gaps in the lines, Been in the queue since 1PM and told to come back at 4:30PM just because there are many people inside. All they saying now is that there system is down which is working for some people apparently. We took a day off from our jobs just to come here and the mismanagement and unwillingness of help is just off putting.(this is me writing before even getting a token) Please try and go to Al Barsha or any other notary public instead where people are more helpful and professional.

Today the experience was terrible. The waiting time for payment was more than two hours. Out of 10 counters only 2-3 was working. No manager on the floor. Very disappointing with such public service. Worst I’ve ever seen.

I had to issue a power of attorney regarding my personal vehicle and visited the center early in the morning. I was well attended and impressed with responsiveness and professional attitude of all staff! No time wasted, great quality of the services provided.Thank you!

I hold this place in high regard and respect .After a whole day’s running about , this place made me relax and smile . The security person on duty was kind and helpful . Mr Ibrahim Obaid the notary officer is awesome and compassionate , always smiling inspite of a heavy workload . He responded to my email within one hour !!!! Another officer on the registration counter was also good … most important they all had a smile on their face . Thankyou so much

Very slow service, security pass people he knows before other clients without token. Took me 1h30 mns to notarize a document.

Today i visited to grant the POWER, very slow working and zero tolerance, but looks busy while chatting each-other and on phone call.

Today i visited that place for giving the power of attorney to my cousin brother, i am feeling very happy because of its so fast no delay no waiting in lines the service is very fast it takes few minutes.

Almost 45 minutes to complete transaction. 10 payment counters only 3 open.

Went to notary and they will not sign OR stamp documents from other countries. was trying to get a proof of identity form signed and they insisted it wasnt legitimate. ended up having to ise one of their office atestation forms and mot sure if it will work 😓

I have had to get a PoA certified for handover and dealt with Ibrahim Kaabi/Kabir who was incredibly friendly, professional and efficient. I was absolutely blown away with the responsiveness and efficiency when it came to completing the needful, within 5 minutes of my initial email I received a call and within 10 minutes the process was completed. I will be collecting the document the same day - i truly have no words other than WOW!!!! Cannot recommend Ibrahim enough.

I put my weak assessment of the building in general when you enter (after long walk in the heat of the sun from remote positions) there are no queries and do not know who to ask about the sections and services are very, very many spend your time circling around the huge building and when overheating there is no public places to sit However, cafes must be paid at a price of AED 15 to AED 20 for a cup of coffee. Apart from that the services within the departments are fantastic
