Possibly one of the worst pvt agencies responsible for attestations etc. It will take a minimum of 3 hours for anything to get done. Although the staff are courteous and efficient they look incredibly overburdened by the sheer number to people who avail of these services and the horrible staff to customer ratio.Indian Embassy should do a better job vetting these centers and holding them responsible if they arent able to increase their infrastructure to cope with their customer flow.

Surprised!!! ... After reading lots of horrifying review ratings .. I decided to try my luck today 8 Sept 2021. I also observed notes from people on timing and rush . So i decided to reach there by 7:30 am so that no hassle in finding parking and get a token as early as possible. After parking I went up ( 2nd floor ) saw a ques of 15 to 20 ppl waiting outside to take a token . They started giving token from 7:45 am based on my purpose category i got token #12 . The receptionist will tell you the list of documents needed based on the purpose category . For all process your original passport with visa is a MUST. you can take printout thru email and copy in the office. I waited for 15 mins to get my turn. There is a visual display and audio announcement. it took about 10 mins for my work to finish including courier form filling . So my work got finished in 25 mins ( from the time I got the token ) .. So my recommendation is visit early and leave early :) ... The person in the counter was very polite and helpful ...

Hi.I went to have a power of attorney signed .If you go at 7.30 am sharp get a token and have all documents ready as they say in website, everything is smooth.I got mine sorted in less than 30 minutes once you enter office at 8.00 am.The staff working are courteous, informative and doing the best they can.Special thanks to officer sitting in counter number 1 on 14/2/2021. I got my documents in post next day.One star less due to difficulty in maintaining social distancing in office.

The phone contact service is currently abysmal and needs to be improved. Either no one responds to the phone or one is unable to get thru the ONE listed number despite trying continuously for hours. This is a service related organization and management should realize that these offices only function due to its customers. Customer service should be improved, phones should be attended to and most importantly staff should be information and polite. Please add more phones!

After reading the reviews about the processing time the previous day, I went prepared and reached by 7:30 Am in the morning. I was surprised totally as I was able to park in one of the free spaces right in front of the building at that time and I was the 2nd person waiting. By 7:50 most of the staffs were reached and by 8 exact my number was called. Got everything done in 20 mins. Just make sure you have all the documents mentioned in their website including any originals if mentioned.Document : Dependents Sponsor AffidavitPayment : Card (2 Percent extra and dont expect any change if you give them cash )Delivery : By courierI would only give 4 stars, but the extra one is to make up for their negative reviews

Longg waiting hours. Please visit them only if you have minimum 3-4 hrs to spare. They have so many customers and they work until 10am on Saturdays (ramadan timing). Only 4 employees to cater to 100+ customers waiting. Better to use public transport or else you will end up paying for parking which is hourly. Good luck to everyone visiting this place.

I have applied for authenticity for my certification since 2 months,neither I am able to contact them through the customer care number or whatsaapp number given in the site, nor I get any updates from their side. The only thing I am left with is the printed bill. No SMS or email. They are still accepting only cash.

IVS Global Services handle attestation of documents, certificates, legal papers, signature etc.They are painfully slow, everything takes forever to get done. I was there today at 11:00 am and got my document in hand at 4:00 pm. After receiving the documents found that the Consulate General had forgotten to sign one document, another 10 mins went in that.They dont have any pick up or delivery service, the applicant is required to visit the IVS Attestation Center between 08:00 am to 02:00 pm, to apply. You can pick your documents up after an hour and half after applying.Dubai office is located at 201 & 202, Business Atrium, Oud Metha, Dubai. Its Opp Al Nasr Sports Club. Phone: 04-3579585. Sunday to Thursday.Parking is painful to find and its Paid of course!

Absolutely slow. People coming in between & the staff take them. Queue system is there but still people get in between. The counter staff shouldnt take anyone without a token number. People queue early morning from 7 am onwards with their number coming only around 11 am for a simple attestation, which is a wait of 4 hours. Especially counter#5, where the lady looked new who kept asking her next colleague for various queries. For a fast & high pressure job, one mustve been trained beforehand. Whilst giving the token they must ensure that all paper work is in order as many times people can be seen running around to get copies etc thus wasting even more time. An online system should be implemented in order to avoid such long wait. Theres no social distancing what so ever when standing in queue as the place is quite small compared to the number of people they service. Even inside the office, people crowd around the couters. Again, its a small place to accommodate so many people. The system can be made better. Currently they have only 7 counters. Im sure that can be increased even further to at least another 7-8 more, making it like 15 counters to expedite the work. Much of the work can be made online & just verification can de done at the centre.

Not a good experience in this place. There is no proper system in place, you have to wait for a minimum of 3 hours even with a token. There is no limit of time each counter takes with a customer and sometimes it can go up to half hour per counter. Very unpleasant experience. Didnt feel like I was in Dubai but back in India.

The reason to rate it 4 is only because their website has a whatsapp number and they replied after 3.5 hours. In the meantime i visited them and even got the task completed.i think the charges are too high. Also, on their website it states you can the the Power of Attorney on a stamp paper. But, you have to provide it to them. I wonder how a legal stamp paper be available to people settled in abroad. Also, if i have a stamp paper readily available wouldnt that be a scam or false document?All in all it was ok and swift service if you reach by 12PM.

No social distancing. Very unhygenic place.The fast track service cost 150 dhs and still the agent attenss to 2 and 3 customers at one time. Forgets to give me my passport, when i asked she grabbed it from the side n gave it to me without even checking if it was the right one. She left her place with imp docs n people around her desk...

I wish I could give this place half a star or even give a ZERO star.Cleanliness - the place was filthy despite COVID-19, there were used tissues and papers everywhere including offensive smells.Staff - Except for two or three staff, NOBODY knows what they can/cannot do. After waiting for more than THREE HOURS, I was told a service cannot be done at the counter even when a token was given to me after I explained exactly what I wanted.Customer accountability/respect - ZERO! Sanjay Gupta tries to leverage respect from paying Indian citizens by using his position, which is appalling to say the least! He has NO respect for any of his fellow Indian citizens, refuses to allow customers in his office and comes outside his room to simply dismiss the customers.Waiting time - 3-4 hours average. There are six counters available however only 4 were working with few staff taking breaks as much as they like.Directions to the place - There is printed paper hanging in a plastic filing sheet by the side of the lift in the building that says the floor where IVS is located, its all very badly managed.Office space - The place is EXTREMELY small and narrow. Given the COVID19 environment, social distancing cannot be followed in such a place. Even the office rooms of the staff were not even 2 m long, it was too small to even fit two people.Overall, I was DISGUSTED with the way they treat their customers especially in Dubai, UAE where even the local government offices have happiness meters but IVS Global that has been contracted to act on behalf of the Indian government fails terribly! Such a shame.Even if you try to confront them about the issues and obvious lack of concern for the customers, they quite ignorantly ask you to take your business elsewhere, as they know they are the only one in UAE that has been given this kind of power over Indian citizens, and unfortunately they have misused it to their advantage.

Very worst service, all are wrong details. Their main business is document copy/printing and commission from courier, they don’t accept card, they don’t give exact details about charges, they have token system but influencers sitting inside the room send peoples directly to counters, receptionist is deaf & dumb, they never pick up your call, etc.... I suggest Indian embassy to take an action against this. All these worst experience I have faced in just 1 day and one type of service, I don’t know how they serve and treat peoples for various services, overall zero star!!!! Learn professionalism

Token distribution is done on site. People queue up in close proximity to each other starting 7.30 in the morning.Very unhygienic, especially during a Pandemic. Though Indias PM is promoting Cashless India, this service provider for the Indian Embassy only accepts Cash. They charge a 2% fee for card payments (which is illegal as per Visa MasterCard regulations). Because surcharging on card trxns is illegal, they dont mention it anywhere. Yiu get surprised when you pull out your card to pay. And there is no ATM in their Dubai premises.

Reached around 7:45 a.m. and frightened to see the queue of approximately 100 peoples.However once staff is there at 8:00 a.m.; they make it ultra fast.3. 6 Counter for processing the rush and by 9:00 they relieved me.4. I was there for MOFA Attestation (For which Dubai Consulate Stamp was needed and IVS is the authorised agent for the same).5. You can take the token from Q Ticket as well.6. They are not giving the document as of now at the noon (Old practise); Now they are courier the documents (Charges 31.50 AED) which you will receive by next day.7. Long waiting time (on an average 3 hours) as only 5 staff on the counter to cater to 100 plus Indians visiting every 2 hours. The office doesn’t have enough space and social distancing couldn’t be maintained during COVID time.Their website state some document requirements and when I reached their staff asked for additional documents. I had to go back and return next day at sharp 8am when office opens but still there were people in que and it took me 3 hours to get an affidavit processed. Horrible service. I request management to address these issues ASAP.

Avoid this place if you can during corona virus. They allow 100s of people inside the hallway, not maintaining social distancing. The security did not check our temperature and allowed us inside. The staff was not wearing gloves as well masks were not properly worn. The staff was as always very rude. They never answer calls and you have to come visit them for smallest of queries, and when you reach there, they say no as they have very limited number of tokens that they issue. I dont trust that really.anyways, good luck.Thumbs down IVS global and Indian embassy for having such a pathetic service provider onboard.

Worst management. No social distancing or even basic temperature check at entrance at this covid time. Still following the token system, and you need to wait for hours ( I waited for 5 hours) just for an attestation. GOI and embassy staff seriously needs to relook the way it is functioning. It may not be appropriate to compare with vfs or other agencies, but definitely not even basic standard as on date. Considering the various sections of people visiting, it is advisable to have online appointment and token system.

I would suggest to reach there early around 7.15 - 7.30 am to get in line. The door opens at 8.00 am and then the tokens are distributed. I was checked for temperature at before entering their office. The process went smoothly and I was out in 15 mins. The documents will be delivered via courier the next day.

Dear IVS please change courier option. DTDC has very poor service/ network and Franchise in india are very low quality and unprofessional. They show “out for deliver” in Mumbai for two days a very important document and it comes after 3 days. They don’t have any contact number in india because all franchises are poorly coordinated. It was a good experience today at IVs india global centre, unlike the reviews on line.The line was long but moving reasonably fast.Others lines at many places move at the same speed, like immigration border control at many many locations across the world.7-8 counters were working against suggested 4 counters stated in other reviews;The person at reception n another person floating in the room to assist, were very efficient n kind.The system was great, unlike the reviewsThe balance change money was normally not available and this is not unusual if one travels widely. So one should have adequate change in ones hand.All the staff was keen to help, unlike the reviews stated on line.Others persons visiting were also were quite happy - we spoke to 4 persons, all were happy. Some minor complaints are always there in life but they are not real.Nothing less than a 5 star from 2 of us who visited IVs, Oud Mehta, Dubai.Some improvement can always be done. But we 2 were happy n glad with the courtesy, efficiency, desire to help, fast service n very much different from most of the comments posted.We have taken the time to address each issue listed in the reviews given by others n any meaningful detail had been covered by us.We do hope that the service is like this on 24 out of 26 days a month. One must give some leeway for human errors in life.We say IVs at Oud Mehta has a good set of staff. No one is perfect. Not all are the same. One should go by the general feel n atmosphere.

IVS Global An ultimate office for injustice and mismanagement from the point of issuing token to till getting the service. I have visited last week for power of attorney attestation, while issuing token they had told me it may take nearly two hours but I got my things done after four hours. In between I found that one lady outside from that office is working as agent and she is getting service done directly from service agent.

Amazing service and efficiency.It says they open at 8:00 and they opened the door around 7:30 to start letting people in and get tokens.Lady at reception was very well mannered and helpful.First token was called at 8:00 on the dot.Brilliant.I had a document missing and all were helpful and said no issues and they would wait till the person brought it without me loosing my turn.Then procedure was efficient and hassle free.Well done !!!!

All Indian consular services are done here. It is advisable to call ahead and have an idea about all the supporting docs you may need for the service required. Only cash is accepted for payment. You get a number at the reception, wait your turn and then present the documents needed. They normally courier the attested document but you can opt to return in the afternoon to collect the document.

Expect mad rush. I went for a normal attestation there as this is the only place. For some reason our consulate dont do this anymore same like passport applications and others which has also been out sourced.!So reached there at 9am and got token number 163. 4 counters which moves slower than a leech. I has previous called them to ask if there is any rush and can i take an appointment but they said no need as there is no rush. At 1pm i got my turn!!!They only courier the cerrificates so you can not collect them in hand no matter how important the document is! Which means you got to pay courier charges, typing charges, attestation charges and then tax. Then they still need hard copies of everything inspite of crosschecking them physically. So be ready. No wifi all you get is a iron chair to sit. Half a day for something which takes hardly 30mins. I just wonder why cant our embassy do all this in an organized way and not outsource everything?!

I had a great time with IVS global attestation center today. User name Arun (im not sure his name in the fee receipt is mentioned Arun).Best time to visit for the attestation : second day of the weekBest hour to visit : early in the morning.Office opens at 8 am but you can go early and stay in quee. Always carry a photocopy of all the documents and soft copy in email. They always help you with modification (if mentioned name not as per your documents) at the spot. You can share with them in email.Due to covid-19 they will courier you the original documents (previously it was available to collect in the noon from their office)

Terrible service. For 1 they never pick your calls. They keep the phone engaged so as to avoid the calls. 2. The staff are very rude and condescending. 3. Way too crowded.Ive never rated a place 1 star but their service is terrible.

Very bad service. I have submitted my documents in March to send to India for verification. Two weeks back they have collected additional AED 100 for DHL service. They didnt send it yet. No response for phone call or email. Its very sad IVS.

Poor customer service.. Visited for second time, after waiting more than 2 hours I still couldnt make it happen. Reception made mistake in giving token so I have to wait another 2 to 3hours!!!No appointments,no covid safety distance,no assistance from staff.I wish alternative place to attest documents.
