An attestation process took an entire hour today because the token system was not working and and the employee at the counter had some attitude problems. I waited patiently for my token number which never showed up and eventually took another token from the information/reception desk. When my token finally showed up, the employee at counter 4 called for the next customer ahead on the queue in a manner suspiciously too quick and once more I took a seat quietly and waited patiently. However the worst part is that at the end when I reached the counter the employee was extremely unprofessional and was addressing me with an undue attitude asking whether he had called my number and that I was “late” when he called which is not an appropriate way to address a customer nor is it not true as I was at the waiting seats right in front of him. In addition, the token was in front of him and he could have checked his system but chose to act rude for whatever reason. It was an unpleasant experience to say the least and does not represent the Dubai Government professionalism and Excellence I know and deal with at other establishments in the Emirate. The other personnel at the Information, reception, Notary Public, Aramex and Accounting desks and counters were all professional and helpful but after a lot of patience, one interaction has left me disappointed and spoilt my view of the entire establishment.

One of the most horrible experiences, had to wait in line for almost an hour just to get a ticket and then after I got the ticket I waited for 30 minutes!!!!! Not organised and the employees were very slow plus most of the desks were empty!!!!!!!!!
No one picks calls . No response on emails . Sent so many emails to Directors also. Waiting for response for past 15 days for simple POA application. Never expected this place to be so bad as I always find Dubai Govt very efficient.

You feel public service is re-engineered and redefined when you visit such places.. such services, though might be simple, make a country a place of choice to live at.Keep it up and all the best
I went there for NOC notarization for the purpose of kids visa to be sponsored by wife. You need to head to the typing centre next to Dubai courts office and they will do the typing in Arabic for 40 AED. Then proceed to the Dubai courts reception. The receptionist will verify the documents and give you token if everything is in order. Note that you need to provide the Arabic NOC declaration (3 copies), original passports and its copies,marriage certificate copy etc.for the notarization of NOC from husband. First the authorization will be done at counter 15.He was very decent gentleman and we were very impressed with his behaviour.Once it is done, go to the counters 1-14 and wait for your turn. There you need to make a payment of AED 370 and complete the registration.They will give you 2 copies of the notarized NOC. Please note that they accept only credit card/debit card payments.
Public notary is very helpful the admin staff are very slow and careless about people waiting

Iam waiting from 10 till 10:50 no employee to notarized my documents when i tell the reception she say they will come in 10 mins this my last time i deal in this place
Called the reception of court, got confirmation that the Online POA department will be open till 8 PM, but when I visited the place at 7:10 pm, the lady at reception say Its closed come before 5 pm, when i tried to explain I had a confirmation that the desk for online POA would be open all she says is come tomorrow....

Very very slow. I do these type of transaction few times a year and I know the time frame it takes. Whats takes me 5 minutes took me 30 minutes. All my three partners were like why did it take so long.Need supervisor.
When going there,Dubai court staff will tell you that theyre system is down and they cant help you.

The reformer in the Center for Conflict Resolution of the Center never failed and performed his job in all honesty and sincerity to the fullest extent; The man is polite and his manners are very very high, familiar with the laws, and he listens to all parties equally and does his best to solve the issue and settle the dispute with minimal losses for all parties. We should not be afraid to advise and guide the future until we fall into the same problem. I love the sincere and sincere thanks and appreciation of the Dubai government and courts for this pioneering and wonderful achievement, wishing them more progress and success under the leadership of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, may God protect and preserve him.
