Artificially, man made lake, but feels very natural.there is a Love lake, as a part of it, is in the shape of two hearts bonded together, in its ariel view.As the theme, the lake makes you feel lovely, romantic if you are with your loved ones...Al Qudra Lakes is very calm and quite. Love visiting as much as possibleSmall and large fishes can be visible in the lake. Calm and cool place.You can spend your time your family and kids..

Beautiful manmade greeneries and lakes.. Awesome spot for viewing sunrise and for camping.. Barbeque is also allowed here. I suggest reaching here by late night and stay until 7:30 in the morning.. If you love birding and photography, youll never be disappointed

Nice place to visit and pass time

Its very nice creation in the middle of desert.. very enjoyable place with family and friends.

Perfect place to relax on a weekend. My daughter had been craving to go for star gazing so we decided to go here late in the evening. Its about an hours drive from Al Nahda Dubai. There is a Last Exit at the last roundabout before you enter the dirt road and also a Petrol Pump. The weather was perfect and the sky was lit with stars. It was a bit surprisng to see the number of people there as I havent seen this type of crowd in pre corona times as well. Constant movement of cars meant lot of dust. So make sure to park or camp away from the dirt road. There are lot of small insects near the water during night, so try to keep the food covered. Its a place where one can spend an entire day. So pack your bags and food and head out with family to spend some quality time together and enjoy the outdoors.

Nice for family gatherings ... be sure to bring blankets for camp stay in winters .

Prepare your lunch and take off with family. Reach there by 1pm and find a camping place near one of the many lakes around there. Enjoy your lunch and by 3-3.30 goto love lake and enjoy rest of the evening. Kids and elders can enjoy the lake with lot of colorful fishes, beautiful swans and other birds.(Restrooms only in P1 and P2 area, be prepared before getting inside)

Fantastic experience but there are no washrooms

Firstly the concept of this lake and pond is beautiful. Its kept and made in a natural way. Its 5km inside the desert. The road to the lake looks natural sandy but hard surface and motorable for small cars as well. There is no lighting so absolutely natural. Love lake has KOI fish. Lots if birds around. One can gaze at the stars as the surrounding is completely dark. Its open 24hours, with BarBQ and camping allowed.

Great place for family and friends trip

The wildlife preserve is perfect to spend a few hours away from the city where a wide variety of birds can be observed. However, camping, barbecuing and setting up campfires are no longer allowed at the lake and it is no longer dog friendly. Makes it a place for a picnic only. Need to carry your own food and beverages as there are no outlets at the actual lakes.

Nice outing if you want to have an oasis feel. Some parts are man made but looks natural. Get a barbecue going and enjoy a picnic. Also, you dont need an SUV. I even saw Yaris parked there..

It was a great experience, looking forward to do it again 😀.

Good for camping. Not good to go like park no big trees to cover from sun. Small small trees are there. Winter camping will be good. Small animals are there. Still they are developing this area. Untill lake you can go by car. But after that u cannot use car too much sand.

Its a camping site; but tents are not allowed. It took us 2 hour to build and we had to take it down. You can observe many species of birds.
