I would give the Manicure and pedicure service at Tips and Toes a 4.5 stars. But I would give the service 4 stars because the manicurist and pedicurist that attended tome service provided me the bare minimum in service. No offer to use the nail drying bar or water/tea/coffee or slippers to use. Imust however mention Marilyn, who was not even attending to me, but after my services offered me the use of the nair drying bar, provided me slippers and also told me about ongoing offers. Thanks Marilyn. I would come back for the mani/pedi because their work is good.

I have always been a customer of Tips and Toes. It was my first time to go to JBR branch. It was an easy access as it was just infront of the tram. Upon entering, youll feel the cozy vibe and welcoming vibe inside and by the staff. I was excitedly welcomed by the staff and I felt comfortable immediately. One of the main reasons I love tips and toes was the cleanliness of it, and the JBR branch was meticulously clean as well. I availed the Vitamin C manicure and pedicure and to my surprise, my the actual treatment really exceeded my expectation. :)I was really pampered from beggining to end. The hand and feet massage really relaxed me. I felt that my nails were really clean as well after being manicured. Truly, I will recommend tips and toes to anyone who wants to be pampered. Their staff are well trained and very kind. Surely, youll get more than what youve paid for. You can check their website for some promos too!

I had tried the JBR branch . They are really quite & profession. I had enjoyed their Massage Package.The price is in the middle, it can be less with another Massage as an offer.The place is clean. The attitude of worker ladies is nice . You may to check the availability & to book.Wish them all the best.

Two days after pedicure half of the polish on my toe disappeared. I wasnt doing anything special, so assume the polish quality is really bad. Surely wont be coming for pedi again.

Have always been a loyal customer to the branch in Jumeirah, but since I stopped working this is the first time Ive been to the one in JBR. Highly disappointing. Charge me wrongly, when I was confronting about it, was passed on the phone from one person to another. For a reputable company I expected better customer service.

It has been around 1 year that I am doing my nails here and they are SUPER. Marylin is great in gelish manicure. staff are very nice and environment is really clean and relaxing. Really recommend it!!

This is my number one place to get my nails done, the service is amazing and they always do an amazing job. I love that they often have one person doing my toes and one person doing my hands at the same time too so its extra quick. Highly recommend!

I went there to get a manicure and pedicure and after they had me sit at a station and took my drink order they said that they are fully booked and to wait for the next shift. Well there was about 7-8 technicians standing around with nothing to do and if they are fully booked then why have me sit at a station to begin with? There was only 3 customers getting their nails done at the time. Definitely not coming back here again

The ladies there are amazing. They offer free valet parking and its perfect since JBR is always very busy and its difficult to find parking. I never had a bad experience with them but I suggest to always book an appointment before hand to avoid disappointments.

I am done with Tip and toes, they are less and less professional, i got a fungus there. The service is very low it is not like before... and you pay 1500 dh for a membership and they dont have enough staff, they do not have any slight of customer service skills... before was the best place to do your nails now it is the worst... I will finish my membership and never again... and I really dont appreciate that I came in yhe reception almost tell me that I have to come back as they fully booked until 12 am while there were 2 clients inside. I insist to stay and then they could take me if next client does not show up. She reply you will wait longtime... what is this????!!! After less then 5 min the 2 clients left and she finally installed me for mani pedi by magic she has 2 technicians availaible. Since 40 min I am sitting here. I have not seen any client who came in... this is it, you can not treat people like this, and most of the time despite my membership monthly treatment I add on always products or another service like my eyebrows. But today will not do my eyebrows here. Finish never again. Will finish this membership and will not renew the experience again. Service sucks, technicians are not smiling and not friendly as before. So sad to see this place going down... I have been a regular client for 4 years. But I guess it is time to move on. Never been treated so bad. We are the 19th of April, I am at JBR salon and I came in at 10.07 i am still here. It is the most awful service I ever had. Very painfulCant wait that it will finish

I am a regular and the service is typically great. Everything from manicure to massage is excellent quality. Stay away from the new waxing girl though, shell get you scarred!

Love what they did will my lash extensions and nails. Rachel and Roda did a Very delicate job. But unfortunately wont come back cause their atm machine is too old and cant read my new chipped credit card and its very annoying.
