I had the appointment yesterday (28.05) at 7pm. It was from groupon. Girls were polite and I can’t say a bad word about my pedicure. However my manicure feels disappointing. My nail artist didn’t push the nail polish till the end, so it looks like I don’t have fresh nails, but rather 1-2 weeks ones. In addition, she was rushing so much putting layout after layout and left so much polish nail under my nail! I’ve never had such experience. To be honest it feels bad to be wearing nails which look not fresh and not accurate.

Very clean ambience and the staffs are very nice and professional.. highly recommend.. ❤️

I had the worst experience with eyelash extensions, my eyes have felt burning and red that lasted for more 3 days , and I went to pharmacy and got treated ,,, the cheapest kind of glow and plastic lashesNot recommended at all unprofessional .that my first time and last time

Wow I had an amazing experience yesterday at the salon! I got my nails done and I got so many compliments. By far my favorite nails Ive done, they look incredible! This is a great salon and everyone there is super nice and friendly including the owner who is so sweet. The salon is so clean and neat, they sanitize everything, the service is 10/10 and they wont keep you waiting. Thanks to Maricar who is now my favorite nail tech :) she did a flawlesss job on my nails, she is super talented, sweet, and friendly. The receptionist is so lovely too! Ill definitely come back again for even more services. Highly recommended

One of the best waxes Ive ever had in Dubai hands on. They use hard wax for Brazilian and under arm. I am giving them a 5 star for how meticulous my technician (Len) was. However, two things to point out: The service was unnecessarily long - it took two hours (Ive had excellent waxing experiences elsewhere where the service was no more than 45 minutes). Second, they have a Groupon available for a full body wax - they stated I could only use a Groupon with them once and can never purchase again. This has never happened to me in Dubai. To my knowledge, as long as theres an offer on Groupon available I should be able to buy the same service every month or two months or however many times. Ive done it multiple times with other places. This is like saying I cant use entertainer more than once at the same restaurant!

I am all about nails girl and a place that perfects my nails I will love it for ever and Ten10avenue is one of them !!!

The gelish manicure chipped after 2 days. Bad quality. Had to redo it in another salon.

The best service i have ever got.. The lady who did my lashes was a pro.. Highly recommended place for lashes. And the ambiance and the staff was supper nuce and friendly.

Cozy and relaxing place but make sure you will inform them aheadif you opt to deep clean your cuticle coz they won’t ask you before your scheduled booking. You might be surprised that they don’t know the service. One of the receptionists was rude. i wasn’t able get her name coz it was almost a closing time.

The best wax in Dubai (and actually ever)!Just a shame about the customer service. If you don’t want people to use Groupon and have an attitude when they do, may I suggest you take yourselves off Groupon. You’re supposed to want customers to come back - not resent when they do.

I loved the way Usha did my waxing, she was patient , always checking if I was comfortable, was gentle and professionally efficient. My waxing started on given time .Would definitely recommend them

Their service is very good but their customer service ruins the whole experience unfortunately. They were rude and claimed to not have any available timings when I said I had a Groupon and they would not stop calling me later to offer their services which is extremely annoying when you are at the office !

The staff at the salon were absolutely lovely! I booked an appointment at the end of the day and they agreed to accommodate me, even though this meant they would have to close 10-15minutes later than usual.Mary Ann is wonderful, she has great attention to detail but is also very efficient at what she does! I would definitely recommend them if you want to get your nails done 😁

Just a warning. Do not give this company your number. They will call you and harass you over and over again and will not listen when you tell them to remove you off the call list. Good skills but rather dishonest.Positive:- Skills of Therapists are good (I did gel nails and normal pedi)- Environment is nice, perhaps one of the nicest in Dubai that I have been toNegative:- I was informed at time of service that removal of gel nails come with the service (and they knew it was an Entertainer offer), and when I called in two weeks and mentioned my name and they said ok to come in with no mention of cost. Was slapped with AED50 for removal of the fingernails. When I asked them about it, they said there is no free removal and that they will give me a discount for the next set of gel nails. AED50 for removal is higher than most salons and they didn’t even bother to buff or file the nails.
