Great location in DSO Souq Extra. Lovely and friendly staff members. A range of services are offered. I usually go in for a manicure and pedicure. Though I tend to bring my own nail polish, they do have an extensive selection of colours to choose from.

I have been in their DSO Branch for classic manicure and eyebrows. Whole experience was chefs kiss. I loved it and they also give me discount on the next visit. Staff is super friendly and nice.

It isn’t pleasant when your beautician get so friendly that they start picking their service mistakes as your faults. So I had been a regular customer to this one person in the salon. This day I came for service and her waxing ways were more painful than previous times. When I asked her to do something, she blamed it on me - ‘because I asked to switch off AC, because my skin is such, because ...more reasons.’When I insisted that I am not blaming her for it and that she doesn’t need to keep putting that it’s my fault, rather be a bit more gentle...she didn’t understood possibly and started arguing mid session by possibly comprehending a few words like ‘blame’ and ‘argue’.WE GO TO SALON TO FIX WHAT WE CANT FIX OURSELF WITH GENTLENESS & CARE. NO ONE WANTS TO VISIT A SALON TO BE FAULT PICKED ON OF THE SKIN TYPE AND HAIR TYPE - JUST FIX IT!This whole thing was so unpleasant, I had to drop the session mid way and cancel the other services I booked for.Definitely not going back.

Went there by recommendation for classic pedicure, the girl was very nice and did a good job, but I came next day bcs she missed to cut nail at 1 place and it was painful and all red around there. The receptionist couldnt colve the problem, asked to come after some time, after I did come back, said that other girls are not enough professional to do it🙄 and the girl who did pedicure just day before is on vacation, thats super weird.

Great salon price is expensive and they font have any offer like others but still the girls doing a good job

I got my facial done here by Rachel. Their products are amazing and refreshing. Rachel did a very good job and I would recommend her. She was very gentle and gave the best massage. I had a wonderful experience and would love to come back here.

I am using DIP powder manicure services in Loft in Vasl Vita and always was satisfied with their service. Since they’ve introduced the same service in DSO branch I decided to try it. Even I asked lady who was doing manicure if she is really confident to do french the result is horrible. All tips are uneven and lines are blurry. Not mentioning that my cuticles hurt. And it took more than two hours (I was not offered even a glass of water).At the checkout I asked if they think this is right the response was ‘man but the product is really nice’ and they charged me as normal. I know the product is nice but you shouldn’t provide the service if your staff is not trained properly. Never coming back again.

Worst facial cleaning ever ! I dont recommend it at all ! The lady is not experienced and she doesnt know what is she doing ! So dont take the risk to do facial cleaning, my skin was awful!Pedicure and manicure services are fine plus the massages ! But facial definitely is really bad !
