Best place to visit near Umm Suqeim, Burj Al Arab hotel area. Free entry and the police officer was so friendly. Displays some of old things used by police like speed cameras, baton, guns, uniforms and many things more. Takes around 20 minutes to view the museum.

A newly developed concept showing some of Dubais history and present police force. Outside they showcase some of their different police vehicles that are currently being used and get changed from time to time but they also have some more traditional vehicles on display. Inside has numerous old photos and they show some of their technology that had been used in the 1970s. The museum is fairly new but being developed at a rapid pace with more things being displayed every time.

Enjoyable and informative. The policeman who was there was very interesting to talk to and super helpful.

If you’re interested in the city’s police force, it is definitely worth visiting the Dubai Police Museum. Opened in 1987, the museum showcases the development and progress of the city’s law enforcement.The museum aims to help the police build better relationships with the public, document their achievements, as well as educate the public on how law and order is maintained in the city. There are three halls, filled with old photographs, exhibits, weapons and equipment.Some of the weapons on display date back to 1956, when Dubai’s police force was originally formed. Handmade items by prisoners are on display. You’ll also find the large and awkward looking computers that were first imported into Dubai for use by the police, one of the latest technologies at the time.

Visit today, November 16, 19 and at this place, the Dubai Police Academy, there is nothing like a car except two land rivers.Everything was moved to the central police office near the airport.Or you have to request a visit via their website.
