We were so scared that the move was going to be a mess just like many times we move but this time with Rapid move it was actually amazing from start to finish. The guys were so flawless and smooth to detail, they wanted to be clear on every detail even when we arrived at the new destination they made sur e everything was done according to our setup and went all the way to make sure we don’t have any outstanding requests undone. This is the best and worthy to pay movers in town. Rapid Move has helped me and my family to move from the old place to the new one. We used to stay in a 2BHK plus maids-room so its expected to be messy and a lot of stuffs to move but with Rapid Move we just finished everything within a day! That was unexpected! RAPID MOVE CARGO, the only name you need to remember when it comes to relocation services. I am very happy that I found them. Excellent customer service by Ms. Anne Crissel due to her on point coordination from inquiry to job completion. She was very professional and helpful to all my requests. They offered a free site survey and it was done smoothly by Mr. Zeshan who is also very friendly and nice during his inspection. The team came very early headed by Mr. Saeed, they were scheduled to start at 9am but they start moving our boxes prepped outside an hour earlier upon their arrival. I was surprised to see the progress in just few mins that they start packing, they were very fast and at the same time careful on our stuffs. I literally just sat down and just guided them which ones to pack and where to place the items. They are well equipped and very organized. They were very patient and helpful to all our requests. Weve used Rapid Move twice in the last year or so. First when we moved houses and the next was to have a very large mirror moved from a friends house to ours. Moving a large & delicate mirror is no small feat but these guys make it seem so effortless. The job was executed again with calm, professionalism, on time at a reasonable price. We were very happy with the service provided. The booking in was seamless and the customer service lady, Cristina, was always quick to answer all of my questions and organise everything ahead of time, such as having boxes delivered for our clothes. On the moving day, the huge team arrived promptly and worked incredibly quickly to pack up our entire apartment. In the new house, they unpacked, reassembled all of our furniture and communicated well with us as to what we wanted where. They also did a brilliant job at putting up curtains and blinds, shelves and pictures, to our exact requirements. They were very careful with all of our belongings, wrapping everything thoroughly, so there was zero damage. Communication was perfect. They were polite and courteous and checked in with us regularly. They were especially sweet and patient with our toddler who kept trying to ‘help’! We would definitely recommend this company for a complete hassle-free moving experience and excellent value. Thank you!

Overall excellent quality of service. We had more than 9 moves across the world and Rapid move was one of the best experience we had. Rapid move team was extremely effective on doing the move in terms of speed, quality, attitude, reliability, trust, professionals. On top of being affordable. The guys turned up on time and worked quickly & efficiently. They were courteous and polite and nothing was broken in the move. Curtains, light fixtures and pictures were put up in the new house and things unpacked with all the boxes/ paper taken away. Will use them again for sure.

Loved their service- very efficient and smart and well groomed guys. Very careful with the items , packing everything properly!! Nothing was damaged during the move.Plus handy, fixed the curtains, chandeliers.Two times I already used their services- and very happy.

The worse experience ever.1- They didn’t dismantle IKEA brand new cupboards only removed the sliding front doors.2- The magnet silicone on the edge of the sliding doors are missing.3- One Rod hanger got broken without informing me.4- A Crystal side table was taken to be fixed after damaging the wire and never back.5- The labors requested to keep the empty cartons aside to be collected. Still here.6- The quotation was for dismantling & mantle but they got tired. I had to arrange.Never trust the fake reviews.

Efficient and fast -- true to their name Rapid Move. Furniture and all other items were all well-packed and handled with care. Our move was hassle free because of them. And also they were on-time! They actually arrived earlier than the set time. Would definitely recommend them!

I cant believe how nice and professional they are. From the minute they walked in I felt comfortable. Sayed and his team are soooooo wonderful. This post is a couple of months late but I hired Rapid Move at the beginning of July. They did a fantastic job on moving all my things and setting up my new place. They would ask before placing anything in my new apartment and it was done quickly and efficiently. Have used many moving companies before but Rapid Move take pride in their work. Rapid movers are by far the best moving company we’ve worked with in Dubai. Used them for the second time and they were friendly, fast, very careful with our stuff and affordable. From the minute i called to ask for a quotation, the staff, Ms. Sessyl was so courteous and friendly and was able to find a way to set a moving date most appropriate for me. Few days before my booked moving date, i called her again and ask for rescheduling due to some issues and Ms Sessyl was so professional in handling such misfortune and rebooked me in a jiffy on my preferred date-change. The movers were on time, even 1 hour early and in a good working mood. No time was wasted from packing, wrapping, transporting my stuffs, unpacking and reinstalling my pieces of furnitures, curtains and art pieces. I will transparently mention the advantages and disadvantages:Advantages :There is no delay.A sufficient number of employees as needed.The presence of all the requirements for transport and packaging.Full knowledge and a specialist in jaw and installation.Great care to pack things perfectly.Putting things together according to what they are inside the previous house so that you do not lose the same previous arrangement in the new house.Before the deal comes the person in charge and watches what you want to move in order to assess the number of people and the number of cars.The staff is very nice and they have great honesty.The responsible manager is very sophisticated and professional.Even the second time, they paid the value of purchases from someone because I could not come in person to pay the amount and the amount was 1200 dirhams.Their prices are very excellent compared to the rest of the companies, as well as even if you compare with the people who stand in the street and are totally unprofessional from previous experience.Defects :The most important flaw that happened to me: When using papers for packaging, stationery is wrapped in the same way. This is a mistake because the weight of the stationery is light and thus it is possible that you think that the packaging is empty and it is on the contrary inside it is a certificate, bills or paper letters, it would have been better to show a specific carton or at least a bag, Whereas, without my knowledge, I had given a testimony because I did not feel it was inside the packaging, but I noticed at the last moment.The other defect, and it may not be a defect for some people, is that the employees are looking to get bakchish in return for their work and every person according to his point of view, I do not offer bakishish, but I do not skimp on providing drinks, food and good handling.
