I moved my 3 bedroom apartment to Saudi Arabia. Their rate was cheapest I received. They did my packing and paperwork . I felt secure and smooth. They were responded to my question through whats app always. Even if I call late night they answered my phone. 5 to 7 working days they promised. They delivered with in that period by Gods grace.

Worst service!!! they damaged 100% of my stuff,Lot of stuff from my baggage is missing. They steal branded items, and even my kids toys from the cargo.When i checked with them they told its not their responsibility They make holes in cardboard boxes and all the materials were damaged due to this. Please dont use their service. They have been charging extra money for packing and they dont have any professionalism to deal with the customer.Unprofessional cargo team. They dont have any ethics. They dont have any coordination between their staff hence we were not able to send complete items as they promised

Worst cargo service, they cheated us, they asked my complete amount in Dubai to door delivery in India but when my cargo rechead in India, they asked some extra amount Rs 15000. and not ensure the delivery. The baggage was opened midway and all the clothes, and other valuable items were completely destroyed. When I tried contacting post that, the company has been non-responsive.Extremely poor service. The pickup was handled unprofessionally and I wasted an entire day in the anticipation of them to come and pick up.

This company is the worst thing that can happen to you when moving your things.Payed 12.500aed..initial deal price was 9.000 of course they were asking for more later on.I received my staff after 4 months when I was supposed to receive it 45 days later ..spoke with consumers affairs...police and a lawyer I ve done pretty much everything and then I received my staff broken and damaged...when I spoke to them they said those are minor damages so you have no insurance so they just keep ignoring me..dont ever use this company if you want you things to arrive safe.

5 star experience! I wanted to move my baggage and some furniture from Dubai to Amsterdam but I was already in Amsterdam. I expected this to be a nightmare scenario but with these guys, it was the easiest move Ive ever done (and Ive moved many times). Excellent communication, transparent, competitive price, quick, I genuinely cannot recommend the services of this company enough. I was kept informed about the progress of the delivery at every step of the way and when the truck arrived in Amsterdam, the guys delivering were brilliant. I think the biggest surprise for me was how well everything was wrapped and packaged. The level of care that went into shielding the items made me realise this is the only moving company I am going to work with from now on. I have sent a cargo to India on the 30th oct,and still have not received it.Its 6th January Today. They just say its pending for clearance in customs and now they have stopped answering my calls.I really doubt if they are genuine.

The packing was done nicely and professionally, and i received all my items with very few damage so far, only a few non valuable glass decorative items were broken. BUT , 1st issue was that i received the items 1 month after i was told i would, 2nd, i was told that they had already sent the clearance to the company dealing with our stuff (in greece) and after i went there the clearance wasnt sent and i was charged extra for the warehouse for being delayed after some stress and struggle to get the clearance. 3rd, the company that they deal with here was one of the most ridiculously expensive ones,and i was charged more then the shipping just for handling fees(excluding customs and warehouse). And the communication from their side was horrible and unclear. So overall, i definitely do not recommend them to anyone at all

I am suggesting each and every one please do not use this cargo. They are not professional and worst service. My friend suggested me to go with them because his a mallu and the people work there mallu as well . They don’t know how to speak and the name called moideen he doesn’t know what is talking about. If anyone has a issues with cargo not reached please go to Dubai municipality and complaint against them. they will help you all out .

Update 23/01/2020: All positive reviews are fake and by employees of company. Got items after a long wait of 120 days, many in damaged condition plus one full box (No. 6) is missing, plus as time passed by, every few days we realize some items that we packed are missing, definitely they were purposefully removed or stolen to make the baggage lighter! Company refuses to compensate for missing & damaged items. The missing box(No. 6) had crucial items which were expensive. They didnt deliver the box initially, on multiple followups they later delivered a chair that was part of the box. I asked where is the full box, how did you take a chair out of it and deliver it alone? They have all evasive answers, saying the box had just the chair. They had thrown the box and taken out a chair! I made a big mistake enticed by their cheap initial quote of 3800 AED on inspection, which was cleverly raised to 4465 AED at the time of packing. I had no option but to pay at the last moment as we had to vacate the house. And did I pay extra to get the items damaged, crucial items missing, that too after a long wait and chase of 120 days?Please dont go by positive reviews. Three of the 5 star reviews are by employees of the company (such as Fazeel). As of today, the company is refusing to pay for damaged furniture and silent about missing items.All my friends who sent through other providers have received their stuff in exactly a month without significant damage. For me, I was just unlucky to have selected TGM. I will follow up with Department of consumer affairs with a complaint for sure.

So unprofessional staff and do not trust this. They dont deliver on time and staff doest know how to speak to customers while asking about the delay in delivery. Also No tracking number or website details were provided. I havent received my things yet which was picked up 10 days ago.Someone named Moideen working in Dubai was giving excuses like website is down, not in the office now etc. He is so unprofessional and told me he dont have to answer me everytime I inquire ans even dropped the call while I was talking to him.I hope none of you would like to go through such a disaster.

Pathetic experience.I coordinated with the main office and spoke to Mr. Fazzi, after which they sent a person named Moudin to survey the goods that needed to be shipped to India via door to door service. Mr. Fazzi offered one rate and after the goods were weighted by Moudin he applied a totally different rate and on questioning him and confirm that his office has confirmed a lower rate Moudin did not bother and kept arguing , calling me a liar and just left the site confirming he cannot ship the goods to india and when I call the office back and talk to Mr. Fazzi he has no clue on what was happening.These guys are only sweet talkers, u cannot trust their services and expect your goods to reach safely.It was a pathetic experience that I do not want to remember any more.

We used them to move goods to Australia when we migrated. They did not do a good job. Basic things such as spelling mistakes were plenty which lead to multiple documents required to verify identity and also change those details. Airway bill was not provided to us. We had to call the shipping company multiple times. They marked our items as commercial even though they were personal effects this led to a lot of issues with security clearance and customs. I do not recommend this company.

Very prompt service- from sending quotations to picking up luggage (51kg) at a days notice. I did not avail packing services or container, though. Helpful and cooperative with paperwork. Priced moderately well. Luggage reached me within 20 days as promised, no hassles and no breakage. Packing boxes were covered by them with water proof material. The delivery boys charged more tip but thats understandable for the service provided. Highly Recommended.

It is so easy to complain. No one is really interested in appreciating. I used their service for moving my personal goods from Dubai to USA. I got the least rate after checking with 7 or 8 companies. There was 16 packages about 600 kg goods. It is too hard for me to pack alone by myself. I was doubtful and double minded after reading some reviews here. Once I give the shipment, I was completely satisfied. Most of fragile stuff they packed in bubble wrap. Even though they told me there is no guaranty for fragile goods. By mistake there was some currency in one of the hand bag I give to them, they found it and returned to me later, even there was some other prohibited item as well. It means they are careful to ship the goods. Delivery they promised 5 working days. I got the shipment within 5 days.Modern word people are too busy to appreciate and too fast complaint. Complaint I read here only damage that can happen during international shipping it is quiet understanding there was too many people involved during international shipping. It is not logical to complaint the shipment in the origin alone. Anyhow I found them reliable and committed.

It took 4 months because they cheated the agreement of amount of money I have to pay for customs.Their packaging and moving are very worst. My electric oven, photo frames , cooking utensils everything broken very pathetically...so much losses ...Please dont depend on this company..if u will depend, u will not get any of your things properly....This is my personal experience ....Their customer relations, packaging, moving, etc that much worst...They dont know even how to pack things properly..Worst company...

Now i am afraid about the status of the things and i wonder if we will get all the things. I asked how to rise a complaint but they just dont reply. Awful. I was told 30-45 for dubai to india move. After 60 nobody contacted. It was really difficult to get to them and all they had was useless information. DO NOT GO FOR THIS COMPANY

I have sent cargo thru this company from uae to portugal. Cargo was received in damage condition. Did so many follow up but they do not respond at all. Now this is already six months but still no update. Very bad service. Do not recommend others to use this company.

I shifted my personal belongings (including Washing Machine, LED, Microwave, Computer Monitor etc.) from Dubai to India in early May-2017 through Air-freight, was charged 6.5 Dh/Kg as overall weight was around 300Kg. Im mentioning my experience for you to take informed decision:1. On Washing Machine : Bubble-wrap, followed by cardboard was being wrapped around washing machine while packing at home. (This didnt look sufficient for transportation purpose) On raising this point, they said it was preliminary packing , and main packing will be done by them again in warehouse, : However when it arrived at destination, I found that no further packing was done, and it rendered crack on washing machine, and front door also became loose.2. I insisted them to put fragile marking on Box containing Personal Computer and Washing Machine to which they said that they are generally putting Fragile marking at their Warehouse, on all the items. I believed them. However it was discovered that, in none of the items FRAGILE Item was marked.3. Out of 17 Boxes (pieces), 8-9 were packed by me beforehand, and rest were packed by them. As per Airlines in destination , many boxes packed by them were recd. in DO (Damaged-Opened) condition - this is also due to improper packing. It is suggested that you pack your belongings in small 10-15Kg boxes rather than they packing it in big 30Kg boxes.4. My total weight, which they measured based on weight / volume (and considering higher among these) was 368 Kg (Gross Weight), however Airline Bill (charged by Airline to TGM) showed only 331 Kg (Gross Weight). When I confronted the person and asked them to refund the access amount charged to towards 37Kg extra, favorable answer was not recd first. Ill be sending formal e-mail to them for refund, and will update under review section)5. Insurance : During inquiring phase, we were told that Dubai Government backed insurance shall be provided at 2.5% rate of declared value of goods, however when person came for packing and we talked about insurance, he said that you have to deposit additionally 25% (TWENTY FIVE %) of declared value of good now to avail Dubai Government backed Insurance; he also added that TGM, by default provides insurance to items they handle. However, when they provided their Invoice, there was not mention of Insurance in that. This may leave customer with no legal re-course in cases of theft / damage.6. Make sure that you supervise the packing of sophisticated items, I had had to intervene to insure proper packing of my personal computer (which was clubbed along-with other items in 30kg box).7. Storage at their warehouse : Upon my request, TGM stored items at their warehouse for few days. Delivery was timely.5. Behavior of personnel - OK, but they seemed to be in hurry. 1 item (Rod was left, even through it was told to them earlier), and later when we asked to club it along with other packed item, they resisted to pack it. As it was small item, we agreed to leave it there.It is imperative and strongly suggested that you discuss and finalize every aspect (packing, insurance, documents for insurance, what is not covered in insurance, free storage, if any, method of calculating weight (weight or volume)). And wherever possible, these should be mentioned in invoice.
