We have moved 3 times with these guys! Would highly recommend.Theyre efficient, courteous and were careful with our belongings. We moved over 2 days this time due to covid restrictions, and it was far less stressful than doing it all in one day.

Professionally packed all of our household stuff and everything was received in very good condition including fragile items, despite of keeping it in storage for six months. Always responded to queries promptly.

Excellent hard working team of guys. They arrived with a great can do attitude and just made it happen. Lots of communication too asking about where things needed to go, reassemble ect.This was all done at a very reasonable cost. From Mr Saeed in the quotation section to the pack and unpack team these guys get it done.

The worst moving experience ever!!! I will never call this company’s services and tell this about everyone around me. They didn’t deserve half of the amount they asked!!!-What kind of a person put toothbrushes and clean towels together with a dirty toilet brush! Are they brushing their own teeth with a toilet brush?-Many broken stuff. Some parts of the bookshelves are not assembled, they just left 2 of the 5 shelves on the floor.- Some of the things we asked to fixt to the wall are not done (nothing extra, same stuff as the old place)-Shoes are damaged because they didn’t put them in the box, they threw everything in.- We left them alone for an hour because 2 yeara ago they were actually good at this and we trusted them and this is the reward I guess.The biggest reason we called this company was they did a good and honest work last time we worked. They packed some of the stuff better than us. But this time it was the worst moving experience we had! And we travelled around the UAE a lot. Definetaly not recommended!

Excellent service from the team today.Mr Waris was in charge and has his team was organized and packing very well. They cleaned up after themselves and always asked any questions about items and also made sure we didn’t pack things we shouldn’t take!!

Packing of the house went very well. The problem arose when our shipment arrived in our new country and 10 boxes (including a kitchen dining table) were missing. Absolutely no help from the Pack n Move team. We paid for door to door service with everything included. Pack n Move shipped our items without getting insurance in place so we have apparently no come back, not only that but also tried to get us to pay for taxes in another country that was not our destination country. 9 months of trying to get answers we have given up. Would not recommend for international relocation at all.

The pack n move team were very polite, clean, and respectful. They packed all items with utmost care and had a clear understanding of materials, packing techniques and methods to ensure that everything was packed and transported safely.I also used their painting services to handover the old villa back in good condition and they did a great job for a much better rate than their competitors.I highly recommend them.

They are not good. They win business by under cutting prices and over promising. They then make excuses for leaving the moving half done by saying there was more stuff than expected. Moved 2 years ago with them.

I was very hesitant to use this moving company due to some poor reviews, however after speaking with a manager I was assured my move would be fine. After taking a tour of our 4 bedroom villa we were given an extremely reasonable quote (especially compared to other companies such as E-Movers). On the day of the move, 10 movers arrived and successfully packed our entire home and moved it into the new house in one day. All furniture was correctly rebuilt and we had no incidents of broken or missing items. However when it came to clothes, personal items, and some kitchen items we chose to unpack these ourselves due to COVID-19. If we had them unpack everything, I suspect it would have taken an extra day to accomplish. All in all, it was a successful move for a great price and the moving guys were very nice and competent, we made sure to buy them all lunch as they were working very hard.

We have just used this company to move from Dubai to the UK. They arrived on time.checked that we had all the correct paperwork very efficient at packing our things carefully. The men were very polite and I couldnt fault them in anyway. I would definitely recommend this company

Park N Move just moved us from a villa in jumeriah 3 to a villa on palm island. The service was excellent. I shifted last Thursday with this company but unfortunately I was completely disappointedThey Quote some amount but they again charge me extra for extra car and also they didnt finished the job and didnt open the cartoon and didnt put on their placed in new home because their time ware finished and they asked extra charge for next day with high value.So overall they didnt finished the job properly and they leave us with huge number of boxes which put me on trouble and after three days still haft number of boxes is not opened yet !!! this was worse shifting in my life

The company is very quick and responsive. I must give a specific notification about ( waris . umair . usman .) He was very particular in packing and storing my items to prepare for shipping. He organized everything from start to finish. I feel very relaxed seeing and kmowing how he managed everything.

I have taken a deep breath and put my thoughts in order to write this review. Used them last week so everything is fresh in my mind.1) Smooth salesperson who spoke good English which made communication easy.2) Assurance that the move would take two days because of the restrictions in the points of departure and arrival. This sounded realistic and very reasonable and reassuring to me.3)Quoted the *highest* out of all the 5 companies I invited into my home to give me an assessment which included 4 hours of handyman service (as a separate feature).My Experience1) Packing ok. But unpacking was not. Staff seemed switched off and anxious to leave. Some workers were okay.2) On the second day, the team seemed to be unwilling to unpack with us and dumped the boxes without following the instructions here and there. Obviously, there was total confusion and as soon as it was 4.30, I could sense the switch off.3) The company is very money minded and negotiated extra money for everything including 200 dhs to pick up a sofa from a place on the way to our destination.4) The handyman deliberately lost 4 hours doing minimal work so we would have to pay extra. In the end, he put up the porch light, the TV, two sets of curtains and two sets of blinds in 5 hours.5) We discovered that our Apple keyboard was broken and there were deep scratches on our brand new Samsung fridge.6) Our boxes are lying unopened here and there throughout the new house and I have had to hire two men to come and help me unpack and lift those boxes. Some things can’t be found.My Final WordThey are smooth operators. All talk, money-making enterprise but no real dedicated professionalism. I regret hiring them.

I had used these guys few times in Dubai moving apartment and they did a good job with packing and unpacking. So then I decided to use them for their “door to door International shipping to UK” it is the most unprofessional service I have ever seen!! First of all the sales guy lied to me telling me I will receive my stuff in MAXIMUM one week by Air Freight. Then 4 days later they told me they were waiting for the ship container to be filled...what ship?!? I had specifically paid 1000aed per box and asked for AIR FREIGHT in order to receive my stuff QUICKLY!! And here I am exactly 19 days later I still have not received my stuff and unless I chase them and nag them they don’t even bother giving me any update and I have not ever heard one apology so far for their rubbish service!!!!! Never ever use this company for international shipping

Ameer and his team were very fine at their job. They took good care to pack each item carefully... were very patient even inspite of we having a lot of stuff. They were very courteous and eager to help. One of the most striking qualities are they were very trustworthy... they gave us every valuable that they found astray in our house. Keep up the quality service.

The worst movers I ever dealt with. In the following week I discovered that they broke a leg of a side table, they scratched the top of a very fancy wooden table and a handmade granite chessboard is missing. The worst of all is that they tried to hide all these issues and when I raised the matter with the supervisor I received no feedback. Do NOT work with this company.

Pleasantly surprised at how well they did their job. Moved my stuff from Dubai to Saudi Arabia. The price was reasonable, cheaper in comparison to the other companies. I had a door to door service and for most part it was smooth sailing. Would recommend to others.

I would give Pack n Move star rating less than 1. Over a month ago, we met and confirmed the shifting date, time and price. Less than 2 days before shifting the Pack n Move manager calls and cancels the shift with a lame reason. Very unprofessional company and management. The so called manager has openly also asked me to share my honest opinion to others. Beware of dealing with such unethical companies who do not honor their commitments.

Pac and Move movers are one of the professional logistics we have ever used, we are Pac and move customers since 2014.we used Pac and Move for our moving IN to our new apartment and OUT,We also uses PAC and Move for our Storage for the last 3 years now.and counting...

Not a professional at all.1st many items left behind.2nd broken bed, unfixable. They did not inform me they tried to hide it with some tape.Definitely not higher them for anything.

Usman and his team did a great job. On time. Fast. Very careful with packing fregil things. And for reasonable price. Couldnt get any better.

Do not use these guys! They stiffed the US company on the customs and transportation fees for my car, and used a shipping company who added a $600 Seasonal Adjustment Rate to us to extort out a total of $2400 additional out of us. This on top of the AED 24,000 we paid them! Go with someone else!
