I moved my residence within Dubai and happy to say that Movehub did a great job both in terms of carefully packing the stuff and assembling back in the new villa. The move started with Ajith doing a survey. The shifting team was led by Ali, who coordinated it very well, working hard along with the team. The handy man also did a good job of wall fixings etc. Overall it was the best team that we had in the past 3 moves. Highly recommended.

They arrived earlier than stipulated and worked very lightning fast packing everything…delivery was in stages and each team member is assigned a room. Mr Khawar, the supervisor, ensured he was reachable whenever we needed to ask something. They advised us about a wardrobe malfunction in the apartment and sorted it out for us even when they had finished their tasks. Well done and thank you so much team.

Was recommended MoveHub by a neighbor and I have to say they did a good job. But not great.My previous moving experience was with Emovers and that was my benchmark and looking back they set a pretty high bar.The good things: theyre efficient, clean, quick (maybe too quick) , and careful for the most part.The not great things: they quoted 2 fully enclosed trucks however they provided one enclosed and an open top truck which they covered with a tarp... theyre in a hurry, they finished the move 90 mins earlier than max time, but then I realized that the final bits of packing and unpacking were a bit random and rushed... but youre so overwhelmed by their speed that you dont notice these things until after they are done. They were also not the most gentle with their trolleys and had some minor damage to door thresholds, but nothing major.Their handyman however was precise clean and knowledgeable in hanging the curtains and other things in record time.That said, Is the step from move hubs good to Emovers Great worth the 1200 aed difference in the quote? My answer would be no...So Id recommend them as they do offer good value for their service. But just be aware of the not so great stuff. You could relax and let them have at it, but dont expect perfection.

PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!!Here with another update about my situation/experience with MoveHub Dubai. It has now been 3 months since they came to our apartment in Dubai to collect our goods for relocation to Toronto, Canada.As you may have guessed, we do not have our goods yet. I had to contact their local agent to get the truth after they lied that our furniture would be here by August 3. Now, I am being told that the most realistic timeline is end of August so that that will make it 4 months, an unreasonably HUGE difference from the 45 days initially promised.Honestly, this has been such a traumatic experience and being 8 months pregnant in a new country I would not wish this stress on even my enemy! Of course they take their time to respond to emails and youll be lucky to get the truth out of them.Also please note that whatever price they quote you is not accurate, they will add at least AED3000 once they have your things, so you have no choice but to pay.Will continue to give updates about my experience at this point I am just praying the goods get here before my baby arrives otherwise well have to buy everything all over again.I plan on taking legal action against them and have engaged lawyers in Dubai because they cannot get away with treating paying customers like this!

Got in touch with the company after a friend referred me. They are professionals without doubt. I’m sure my consignment is in good hands. Relocating back to my home country, so had quite a lot of stuff. The team from the sales person who came for the survey to the team who came to dismantle and pack were super professional. The goods were packed securely. Will put in a detailed review once I get the consignment cleared at the final destination.

Our morning started well, with the team of guys working really fast packing up our 2bed apartment. Great help from Manpreet who kindly reassured me and answered my questions. However the clean up after unpacking everything was not what I expected. Packing tape, plastic wrap and used masks lying around. A little disappointed.

For the price paid I was expecting a lot better service. Was promised a certain quality transportation of my belongings and instead they used open trucks rented from al-quoz to move me. Open air trucks with some of my most valuable plants and couches exposed to the sun. Lots of issues with the actual move itself and no one from the company even tried to resolve my problem. I will never use them again or recommend to anyone. Beware.

I have to update my review because I am growing increasingly worried about working with MoveHub. They came to pack up our home for relocation to Toronto on April 29 and said that there would be a 45 day lead time on the goods.After furniture collection they stopped being responsive. You have to call and text over and over again just to get a response. When you do get one everyone is blaming someone else and passing your case to the next person.It is now May 25 and they have told us that they do not know when our goods will leave the UAE, so were stuck in limbo here. We cannot start looking for a permanent place to live until our goods have left Dubai.Please be weary of the company and dont believe all the reviews. I chose them based on the reviews but Im starting to doubt their accuracy.

No-one told us we had to apply for a ToR for the country that we were moving to! It was only when the shipment was due to arrive in the country of destination that the receiving shipping company contacted me for a ToR number. Very disappointed at the service I received from Move Hub. When I mentioned the ToR to Move Hub it was dismissed as well it was your responsibility to get it. Yes, I would have applied for it if Move Hub had told me. Also, check to see what they put on the packing list as the descriptions dont make any sense.

They seemed good at the beginning. They came on time and started packing well. Slowly we discovered how bad the service was. They broke several of our items and actually rendered our mattress unusable. Springs in it broke because of them folding it in half and while they tell you they have insurance, they dont. Only thing they offered me was a second hand mattress and kept pulling strings by saying this goes out of each workers pay. Using them ruined our experience, was an absolute nightmare and actually made us pay more... for less. BE CAREFUL!!!

Did not have high hopes on the packing and mover till the time they came.Few companies in Dubai stick to the time given they were on the dot when they said they will be there 8 am .The packers and movers crew was super fast and highly efficient with the fragile items.My whole house items were packed moved and reassembled in 8-9 hours.Highly recommend Movehub for the speed and handling of the items.The owner called me to get a feedback after the move and was super friendly as he was my school mate.

Had a great experience using movehub. We had a short notice relocation Dubai to Ireland. We had a really accurate quote made by Sonny who was in constant contact over the week .Then on the day of the move we had two packers, Serafin and Mansour, who did a really good job .we moved 6cbm but only personal valuable items and they were packed so carefully .also we were advised along the way of when there was space to add more items to boxes. Id really recommend the company and the price was great .
