He had a friendly interaction and was helpful in showing the items and was also checking up the shortlisted products for any discounts, warranty etc..

Staff has no idea what they are doing they just exist there they should be educated on their inventory and how to communicate with other humans in an appropriate manner, if you are going there be ready to lose a couple of brain cells.

If i can give half star i would , the worst dealer ever i hope yamaha take the dealership from you , the dealer are almost empty they dont have any motorcycle and if they had they will increase the price in my experience when they used to have VMAX they Increase the price 20k over the original price !!they dont have the full yamaha lineup even if you want to order they will refuse i will never deal with them ever again i will try other gcc dealers and i will make sure to get this to Yamaha Japan .

Some sales people here doesn’t have idea about what the showroom is selling , don’t know the RTA requirements to register the bike , doesn’t know Jetski registration requirements, he you can’t buy the Jetski with credit card if half amount it’s ok but not full amount , the same dealer but in Abudhabi accepted credit card .

I shouldnt have bought a brand new motorcycle from this company.I will review it as one of Japanese.I know that Yamaha is one of the best motorcycle manufacturer all over the world.But this companys service is totally messed up.Im completely disappointed.I bought it in Ramadan which is holy month of Islam and normally many company has special offer or some discount.But its only 5% discount and no helmets nor groves.Theyre not able to save customers time.They cannot be in promised time.One of a salesman said to me, youll get your bike tonight.But I could get it 2 days later because it was still under process.He taught me a useful word for some reason and Its not my fault.As he say, every mistakes or losses are not his fault.After 1 month more I got my bike, its been broken. The bike has no responses.I couldnt figure out the reason why I cannot power on a brand new bike.Its urgent because I cannot commute to workplace.Thats why I called Yamaha soon, but the answers are only technicians are not available today or Ill try to do my best.If I would be in same situation at the highest point of mountain or the center of desert, I couldnt do anything excepts die.I bet they dont know a word After service.For me as Japanese, customer service is most important in any industries.Its same as safety.Ill never agree with Al Yousuf motors about customer services.I cannot trust them anymore.

Doing my regular maintenance in Yamaha motorcycle workshop. Good but slight pricey. Not much of added value they bring to a level that can drive you to do services outside.

Non existent customer service! Called them to see prices of a pair of boots and the operator kept on shouting “I cannot hear you” then she got fed up and said “happy new year” and closed the phone. Unbelievable.

This seems to be the only showroom for a Yamaha bike..and as informed by on of the staffs.. It can maybe take a time limit of one month to almost a year to have a model you request for. There arent many bikes on display.. There wasnt a bike expert for any assistance except a sales person...

Huge place. For motorcycle accessories, really cheap 3rd class quality and extremely limited variety. This place should be a pinnacle of performance parts and accessories, even if its Yamaha exclusive. But no, its hardly there.For new bikes, Yamaha prices for both New Motorcycles and Maintenance is considerably higher than their rival Honda or even BMW.And staff doesnt really help you with much as they are packed with other customers, as the place is mostly crowded.

Nobody assisted me on the showroom floor although I walked in with my whole family and staff were standing around. Parts purchase process across the road at back of dealer was also not easy.

They should pay more attention to adventure bikes and comare the global market price as their prices are higher than US ans EU.

Their bikes are older stock and they dont really bring in the new stuff, but their accessories store is pretty good and when they have special offers can be very price competitive.

I have to say first that I have only had experience with the motorcycle section, and reviewing as such. Also, I always dealt only with Mr. Andrei who is always helpful and will go out if his way to make sure you are getting exactly what you want.

I sold my Star Bolt R-spec back in April 2017, hoping that within a few months the 2017 FZ/MT-09 would be available at the showroom, and that was after call to the dealer saying that it would arrive sometime in June.After following up, the sales person said it would arrive after Ramadan (early-mid July), I call them again letter to know that it may only arrive by August or September.I hope that it ends here, but no, we are now in mid-November, and they still dont have a 2017 model bike, they still dont know how much it is going to sell for, and they , the year is coming to an end and they are still displaying 2016 models as this is all what we have now.I hope that they become more active in their sales as it is really frustrating and making me think of getting another bike from another dealer.

Im an advanced motocross freak and have purchased multiple items from the YAMAHA showroom. I have to highlight what a disaster of customer service this is here. 1. They have 2 sales ppl only for the cathergory of motocross wear and equipment which are honestly useless. 2. I purchased multiple items here and one of them has either a defect or is malfunctioning, my camel bag has leaked both times used in the desert, and thats a horrible experience. When I come to raise this point to them, they are unable to assist. A manager called Saad sitting in Sharjah should be working in a supermarket instead - has no skills to be selling high end expensive motocross gear. I will pursue my complaint until I either get refunded or the camel bag charged or repaired.

Was a proud owner of a Yamaha r1.till I visited the workshop and gave the bike for a check up.i had purchased a new rng kit from the accessories store of Yamaha itself.when I collected my bike back there was no engine mounting guards (missing)//bolts and scratches .Also the price quoted for a check up was not the same as what I received during the bill (over charged)It only left me with a negative experience and a bad taste in my mouth as a owner of Yamaha.

Worst dealer in UAE. Customer service is worst. Also, they have the most incompetent garage in UAE. Dont even buy something from them you will just regret it!
