Consultant Lucy, just hang-up the phone, saying that Mortgage finder does not help clients, if you already have an existing approval from the bank.Well, all i have asked was, if there is a way to increase my loan with another bank based on my existing approval and if developers are offering zero down payment options or payment plans.Just dont entertain clients calls, if you are not willing to provide services.

Not recommend unless you are desperate to get a mortgage. Paid a hefty sum for so called service fees. Ended up doing and running around to sort things out. Mortgage advisor is just clueless. Zero knowledge of the process and procedures. And the best part, while writing this review, he is still thinking that the process is still going on wheres I have actually completed the transfer of the property with the help of my agent and the seller. Sounds funny but thats the truth.

I was extremely happy with Mortgagefinder, specifically Brandan, who really went beyond what I had expected. It is easy to underestimate the red tape that is required to get the bank to provide the right document, keep timelines, etc. Brendan handled all of that - I am absolutely amazed and very grateful for all the help provided along the way.

I have dealt with Ian from Mortgage Finder in March 2020 and we closed on the house in May 2020. Ian answered every question i threw at him and was able to guide me through the process. Most importantly, Ian then did all the calling and running around with the bank while i had the time to concentrate on my work. I was informed of where we were at along the way. I personally think they deserved every dirham charged as my time with work was more valuable.Recently i have been in contact with Jemma Joy for some information regarding a possible new mortgage and she has been very helpful and provided her time professionally. If you have over a 100 hrs in your life to be wasted on following up with banks over and over again, then this is not a service for you. Having lived in Dubai for a long time you come to accept dealing with banks to be generally a bit of a letdown even for basic things and almost all to be equally incompetent. It’s not unusual to be told one thing by the folks at the banks only to find out the information you’ve been provided is inaccurate by someone else at the same bank. Dealing with Mortgage Finder takes that element completely out and gives you the ability to assess your options independently with your mortgage consultant. One of the things that we really liked was how Brendan could very quickly do simulations for us using the mortgage products from the different banks. He was also very effective at managing the various parties involved thought out the process once we decided on moving forward with the house to ensure all parties were up to date and things progressed along as quickly as possible all the way to when the property was transferred to us. All and all a great experience.

What an amazing and professional experience I had with Mortgage Finder in general and with the advisor Brendan Kennelly in specific. Before I reach to Mortgage Finder I was lost between banks more than a month, Brendan helped me to find what I was looking for in less than 30 minutes! His professionality, quick actions & response, proactiveness is something amazing and make the full purchase process to be done in short period. Brendan used to answer my calls, whatsapps, emails all the time even during weekends, and always he used to explain everything in details and make sure that he bridge any gaps that I might have in the purchase process. I really recommend Mortgage Finder and Brendan as they will save your time and guide you with the clear steps that will save your efforts.

I would never recommend these guys to deal with, they charged me 5000 aed to get the pre-approval while there are no such chargers with other mortgage dealers or banks tough. Unfortunately I came to know this fact a bit late. Not advisable at all and they are so many mortgage dealers out there with 0 charges as they take their commission from the bank.

I contacted them to get a mortgage and gave them my bank details as they said this is part of the procedure. Then a day after I contacted the same consultant to cancel as I changed my mind regarding getting a mortgage and he said ok. just at the end of the month I discovered they cut from my account nearly 2000 AED for heir service which I did not even get. I contacted them and spoken to the consultant and I told him that this was fraud, he rejected to refund my money.. Not recorded at all!

Called to enquire about getting a mortgage. Advisor ended the call by acting as if call was breaking up and putting himself on mute. Guy is either rude or too impatient for his Christmas break. Website is modern and easy to navigate.

I had to follow with Consultan all the time. I don’t mind if they charge for there service but they should offer something for return.Reason for going through them on a first place was to get advice and solutions but on the end I haven’t received anything.I guess if you are easy case they would take you but if they need to put any effort than they don’t bother.
