Hi sir my name is sujan KUMAR biswas today is 15/6/2020 I was trying to sending money but that gentleman who was assist me he was very rude to talking to me I just asking sir shall I send money and he was very very bad BF me to talk to me and try to send me other exchange to send money he are showing me very bad attitude then I came back not sending money from them it was very bad experience for me I never seen this kind of bad customer service in my life he is not helping thank you sir

I used to remittance from these exchange Security guard Mustafa was very helpful and very polite of talking and he used to help me for sending money to my home country because of him only me and my campus friends go there for transfer of the money the management of the exchange is very horrible they are very arrogant staff they do not how to respect the the customer me and my campus stop sending money from that exchange because of bad behavior of the staff and the security Guard use to work there he also leave the job so we had stop by going there.I strongly recommended CEO of the company Please take serious action against the management if not you may loss more customers thanking you

Very poor service . Crowded . No AC . Took 45 minutes to collect money

I just love this exchange for every month i may transfer money from here to my home the transfer rate is very good with other exchange.The security guard of the exchange MR.Mustafa was very pleasant and very helpful guy but unfortunately he left the work from there.From that onward i was also not going for remittance because all the management of this exchange is Kerala peoples with me my camp Friends use to send their remittance to there home country like India, Pakistan. After security guard MR.Mustafa left the work from there me and my friends are not going there to send the remittance from there because working in the exchange is all kerala peoples and they did not know the hindi,urdu,and proper English.That was the reason me and my Friends not going there
