Pure Satisfaction customer care first thing the security guard who is standing near to the door is awesome the way he approach the people is overwhelming because working 12hrs and been active is tough...One mr pradeep help to get over my concern with the transfer within 10mins the problem was sloved.The staff over in al quoz westzone branch is active and attentive.i will refer to my friends and colleges to make transfer on federal exchange particularly this branch.

Not good service me send money on 01/04/2021 but money no transfer and they are not return me my money iam very very disappointed

Very disappointing service. my friend already sent the money last night to be transferred to my ENBD account. they said i should get it next day but its already end of business hours and still have not received the money. now they are saying they will check an will let me know again tomorrow. very slow service.
