Im so sorry to write it but this branch has very low customer service with very low knowledge about their job. I dont recommend this branch to any body. They didnt do my request beacuse they didnt have information or they didnt want to do any thing. However after 2 minutes walking in other branch infront of Mall of the emirates they did it for me.

Convenient for currency exchange while being in a major department store, money wire transfer is offered through multiple international banking systems, for example even though Western Union sends money to same countries as Cash Express, the transfer fees are way more than triple for Western Union yet Cash Express is a flat 26aed. Cashiers find advise you of this little piece of information. You have to know it yourself.Also lacking proper English language communication by many employees.

Terrible customer service!!!The manager of the branch is totally unhelpful.We made an exchange of a considerable amount and we requested a proof of the receipt by email.They asked us to pay 70 dhs for this and than they kept transferring the call.We requested the same thing from another exchange and they did it immediately.Is there anyone taking care of the customers in you company?!

We’ve been experiencing a lot of issues with this Al Ansari Exchange branch. They cannot provide properly the services we’ve been requesting. They are insisting to use their payroll card even we’ve been requesting 3x for a payplus card. It’s a waste of our time to keep going back to this branch just to settle these issues.I AM NOT RECOMMENDING THIS BRANCH AT ALL...
