Had been at this Samsung Experience Store for a battery replacement for one of my old Samsung Galaxy device. They had mentioned in advance that I have to take a backup and remove any data from the device, and need 3 - 5 business days for the process. Also do make sure they have the spare available in stock. They have online repair status tracking on the Samsung website itself. I did receive a call back on the 3rd day to collect my repaired device and did show me the old battery. Overall a great experience. Really recommend.
I am writing this review as I was impressed by their sales guy by name Mohamed (srilankan). he was patiently explaining all aspects of the product I was looking for (mobile phone) even though the store was full of customers, very rarely you find such a service these days in any store for that matter.
We visited this store after going through a couple of others. We were met by Ahmed Dur, a very pleasant, calm and patient Executive. He not only explained the options of the tabs available, he also shared with me the use of the various features.Ahmed is very professional and knowledgable and he is an asset to the team. There were 3 other executives that surrounded the cashier, and were not on the floor. While another 2 executives dealt with other customers.I wish all stores have awesome team members like Ahmed Dur in their team.I recommend all of you to visit him and give him a shout out from us.Ahmed Dur, you are deserving of being a Manager as you have all the qualities in you. All the best with your career and thank y ou for the outstanding service.
Worst store for service . Their staff is lack of technical knowledge . Visited 3 times for different issues to report by samsung note 9 is overheating while in a call . They checked and said it is fine until it is 40 degrees heat . Next for the same phone it got little flickering in the screen and after few hours the display is gone . Visited the same shop they informed the mother board is gone and asked aed 1450 to replace as my phone is 13 months old and out of Warranty. Then I kept the same phone unused to 2 months then it started working fine since Dec 2020 till now it is working fine. I dont know what diagnosis they did.Now for my active watch 2 has burnt my hand . They checked for 3 minutes and said it is fine no issues with the watch . Very poor service . Dont visit here
It was a more than wonderful experience for me a few days ago and its still in my mind until now, I do not know about the latest Samsung products and I thank the employee Bashar Bashir, he is really an example of the expert employee, he provided me with wonderful information that I didnt know about the new devices, and my next step is to become a Samsung family after using iPhone for five years

No product knowledge. False promises. Worst customer service. Take their own time. Manager is never available and you have to wait 24hrs to get a response from store manager.Please go to other stores or other retail outlets.

I went there just to get my Phone Repaired, the staff there was very helpful Especially Mr Vaseem he explained me about the exchange option and explained me everything that one needs to know. He is very professional and has a great knowledge about the Products, I bought the new S21 plus and headphone as well on his recommendation.

In coming few months my wife’s birthday is approaching and was planning to buy her a new phone since I am an apple user I was curious to know the insights of rivalry company I visited them and was greeted by this gentleman named Ahmed dur and matter of fact, I got so convinced I am going to buy a new flagship as a surprise for her. I havent used Samsung for so long but I think I have missed many new features which my ‘iphone’ doesnt support.Long story short I had the best experience of the Samsung store in Dubai thanks Ahmed dur for demonstrating the device and its features to the best.And yes surprisingly! they dont BS about any of their competitors.
I bought S21 + and sales person strongly recommend the glass protector AED 170 and protector with 1 year warranty. The glass protector broke after 1 week. I visit the store to fix it or replace under warranty and without looking, they said its broke from you and not cover under warranty. Rude staff and unprofessional. The glass protector outside is not more than 100 but I buy from them as they claim to be Samsung store. This is not Samsung store and its harmin store with v bad customer service.

This afternoon I purchased a Samsung s21 ultra from the Samsung shop in Mirdif city centre. The staff were first class showing me all the opinions and helped with choosing accessories for my new phone. If I need any Samsung products in the future this will be my first stop for the great service that I received there.
Very bad service, staff in this showroom trained not to tell any information in case of problem, I have gone through a very bad service and no one was even Welling to tell me who is the showroom incharge!!!Apple stores are far more professional and capable in handling customers experiences and expectations.
Highly disappointed by the service from samsung, on March 2021 I have bought an washing machine from Mirdif City centre, now I am facing some issues with the machine which is unacceptable, I have contacted Samsung customer care service several times as well as visited the store to solve my issue, but I am getting false statement that they will send technician or they will replace the product. Its been almost one month I am following for the same frequently. So what is the way to report them in higher management.
I bought the new s21 ultra i got the latest watch 3 free with that, which i found the best offer, sales staff is very friendly especially Mr Vaseem khan he is an amazing human being not only he helped me buying a phone he transferred all my data from my old phone to new, i would definitely recommend samsung shop in mirdiff.

BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK.must have managed a 3.5 rating through friends and family !!Technicians dont care for your situation/ expense. 4 visits to fix one phone within 8 months of purchase & extended Samsung care (500 AED extra) . Technicians are untrained and unprofessional. The glass dome screen broke first. They did not process a refund or replacement since it crossed one month (not informed beforehand). The phone (Note 20 Ultra) stopped powering up suddenly. Worst phones with worst service centers, they call it IP68 flagship phones but when you go out and show them how bad and cheap devices these are then they will hide in there collar. Fraud! SCAM!! be careful!!! never buy from this company!!I bought Samsung tab 6 lite, it takes 5 hours to charge, they refuse to do anything. First technical agreed to replace tablet or try new charger, and asked me to come back in 10 minutes, when I come they change their mind, they said this how the product is sold!! they ask me to make complain, and got sms, 1 hour later, I get another sms that the complain was canceled!!These are scammers and all their products and offers are SCAM

Recently visited the store in Mirdiff with my friend, I dont have a plan to buy Samsung phone & buds plus, but the way Mr Adarsh and Mr Vaseem explained me that was amazing, excellent customer service with detailed information.
Samsung showroom supposed to give more competitive price than any other dealers. But, it never happens.I dont know why......
If there is lower rating I would give. FAKE PRODUCTS. I bought White STONE screen protection for 220 AED and in one week only full of scratches and bubbles. Visited the store but no one care!! They did not accept replacement even. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Worst service and technicians ever, they can’t solve the problem with my washing machine since 15 days now with 3 home visits, 100s of calls to the center wasting my time, and their genius technicians are playing the guessing game with the issue and replacing parts that have nothing to do with the problem just to take your money !! When you ask for any manager to talk to the answer is NOT available!!

The Arabic guy whos working as a customer service is not confident enough to answer any questions, even the sales team after I purchased a Samsung galaxy note they told me its not working and replaced it and again they asked for the ID. what a silly waste of time they did.
The staff are so unprofessional and not honest in giving answers!! I went there 3 consecutive days to get something and till now I didnt get, although the staff confirmed every time that it will be ready on the following day. Now I had a Galaxy Note 10+ which gives 50% of it functions. It works as an old Nokia. Definitely not recommended.

I have good experience Samsung service center technical team. I am facing one issue with my S9+ battery discharge fast. Just did factory software then the problem will solved. I think the issue is phone ...... normally peoples imagine that......the problem is only third party application....... thanks ..... I am appreciate service team

Bad service, service representative tried to get out of fixing under warranty and I paid for repairs out of pocket. Complaint to Samsung call center is useless and they said they will reply to me withing 10 minutes then they denied it saying you have to wait for 2 days. Official service centers and call center are not proffessional which reflects the management.

I was told the sale will finish on Saturday and when I call back on Saturday they said that the sale finished on Friday. I was about to buy 2 TVs of there latest model but not anymore. When I asked to speak with the manager they said he will call me back instead of taking care of the customer.
I dont blam ppl working in the store they are trying to help but I blam management of Samsung,my mobile is under warranty and the screen color started vanishing from down to up, they put the reason as (IMPACT DAMAGE) so it wont be cover under warranty as per Samsung policy, where It didnt fall... Im a big fan of Samsung but the service and the manipulating happening for 500 AED it makes me feel sick of the service... now I can understand why ppl are switching to other Android brand...Apart from refusing sending me a report by email...
Every thing is unclear , when you call you hear a price when you go you get different price when you collect it you get third price, hidden charges and nothing is clear, just expensive rates , not compared to apple service in any way, I better stick to my iPhone mobile and forget about Samsung or even buy amazing android LG or Hawaii but for sure don’t like dealing with those again

Worst service ever ...I bought a brand new mobile G5 and before completing one year i had an issue with the screen..And i knew from friends and people working in samsung service center that this is a common issue with this model...when i gave it them to fix it they start looking for scretches to avoid repairing it free of charge...The funny part that the girl who received the phone told me that they will send the mobile to service center to check and confirm and this takes 2-3days ..the second day a guy called from the service center and sais that he saw the phone pictures (the mobile was still in mirdiff and was not sent to the service center)So based he took his decision that the phone has scretches and cannot be repaired free of charge...he sais we should pay 500 AED ..Unprofessional people who just focus in how to make sure not to repair anything as part of warranty...i will never buy anything from Samsung...I will post this and share it with everyone on social media to be aware when dealing with this service center
