Staffs are responsive and friendly. accommodate my phone issue right away. even requested for home delivery.

Their service is good.. the only issue is with the location because the building has no customer parking and RTA parkings are 95% full everyday

Nothing good to say about these guys. They quoted me to change the screen on my Galaxy Tab S5E, and sent someone over to collect. Next thing, they say they need the password to get in to the pad. NO YOU DONT! - besides, all my sensitive info is on there as well as access to my bank accounts! You dont need the password to change the screen! So instead they do a factory reset and delete everything, before saying they cant change the screen unless I pay another 350AED, bringing the bill to AED1,260 when I can buy a new pad for AED1,380! They then said theyd only return the pad if I paid AED60 transport costs! These guys are incompetent, they are liars and they are criminals. AVOID!!!

I sent my xiaomi vacuum cleaner for service mid of February and just today I was able to collect it after they fix it on my expense as there was no warranty on this vacuum cleaner, which is weird, my experience was really bad as it took them two months to fix and there was no communication from there side and I have to keep calling to check about the status every week, this should be fixed within one week as per there promise when delivering the vacuum cleaner.

They claim that they can fix Xiaomi phones but they cant. They flash the mobile and give it back to you without checking the hardware. They dont have spare parts and the operator is rude enough to call me a lair. Not willing to do anything to change the customer opinion of them.Came all the way from Sharjah 4 times. First time to deliver the phone. Second time, to recover the data. third time to remove the screen lock because they didnt tell me that they needed to access the phone because they only told me that they will format it. Forth time to collect the phone.

Poor customer service. It seems they are only behind money by the name of inspection charge. Also lacks in terms of communication.

Do repair that are not working. I had my phone now in for repair 4 times and the problem still exists. Now the warranty is out and they refuse to do a repair. Seems like the strategy is to fool customers with useless repairs until warranty is void.front desk seems unexperienced at all not even knowing any technical basics. Bluetooth was completely unknown to them.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. The repair technicians seem to lack the analytical skills necessary to troubleshoot phone operational problems.My Work Order number was 139411. The phone was returned to me with the following note - FOUND PROCESSOR FAULTY........BEYOND ECONOMICAL REPAIR. I subsequently spent a few hours deleting a few of the downloaded apps and then reset the phone. It now works beautifully.

I was given my phone for display change on 10-05-2017 they took 16 days of time to fix a display and they charged more than 60% of phone cost . eve though there were not done the work in professionally and i received my phone in a worst condition . what is the use of sending the phone to comtel unless they cant repair the phone in a good way , they have charged me 550 Dirham.for changing the display .after changing the display i found may variances in my phone like , volume button become harder and camera button harder and power key hard to press . this is very terrible i dont why sony cant able to handle the customer concern by his own way . comtel is thief . i suggeted friend never purchased a phone in which u r getting warranty from comtel . i sufferd alot with comtel . they have been hold my phone for 16 days without any replacement . when i meet to received my phone i straight away denied to collect as it was found in a worst condition than before , so friend never go for comtel warranty . for comtel i have one word for them black sheep in a white coat .

On 27th of november 2015 i brought an HTC 826 phone with comtel 2 year warrenty.In two days the display become a mirror image and slowly the whole display had gone. Now am going to comtel service centre and ask them to replace the mobile.

POOr service,i handover my phone to replace the battery ,and they gave me the phone with dirty screen( some sticker marks on it) when i ask them to clean it and give ,they are saying then i will loose the logo on it ...Funally they had agreed to replace the screen by their cost.

Very worst service center , ladies dont want to help costumer very busy with their mobile .there was only power button issue , they charge me 850 Dhs to rectify , this is after 10 days replay . Rectified from outside for 20 dhs!!! Very poor service

Bought a phone which was Sony and CLEARLY stated on the box it was 2 Years Warranty, after Just over 1 year the phone died and when returned to them by the seller (AD Co-Op) they called me on the phone (lady name is Jill) saying sorry sir warranty has expired and you need to pay 800 AED to repair the mainboard of the phone, i was like WTH !! I got over 8 months left, she said sorry sir its clearly mentioned on the warranty card ((INSIDE THE BOX)) the warranty will cover only labor costs ((NOT PARTS)) your second year, I told her this was not even clearly mentioned nor even inclined on the box IN ANY WAY as it had a huge sticker CLEARLY STATING 2 YEARS WARRANTY NOTHING MORE !! she give a silly marketing excuse (we mention it on the warranty card) i said how the hell am i supposed to see past your stupid box and find this out if you are Not clearly saying so nor mentioning it, so go figure the rest of the conversation....Rubbish practice by new businesses here in the UAE take advantage of consumers in a very bad manner !...

I gave them my Sony tablet to fix the screen they returned it with extra broken screen and dead tablet. They r Sony certified center but they couldnt fix a Sony tablet.. very bad
