Edit: physical damage has occurred due to the gap between the screen and the frame which is caused after your service. i visited another technician with my ipad and he has mentioned the same reason. your team said ipad screen is of higher quality, which broke with just a pressure of my thumb.Their quality of work is not worth the money they charge, they will change the screen of anything you give but the device will be return ed with 100 other issues, a roadside electronic repair shop does much better job with 60% less charges. Not recommended at all!

I will never recommend this to anyone around me. I had very very bad experience. within span of 4 months I spent AED 1225 for iPhone LCD, again it’s not working. My phone didn’t fell down. While operating suddenly got dark screen. even I trying to explain them the issue they don’t hear. They said the screen broken inside it won’t fall under warranty.

Very Negative experience….Poor customer service especially after the fixing was not 100% successful.My wife’s iPhone XS screen was replaced by them with an Apple Original (as they say but it does NOT look original) AED 580 but after 24 hours the screen was not functioning.Called them to report and they now asking me to come to their workshop other side of town.Delayed customer service and keep us waiting for response on the query.Only Positive:Very quick to come and fix device at my location and take card/cash payment for the first time.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this. Very very poor service. They just added additional damage on the screen of my laptop and did not fix the problem. They asked 350 for nothing but more damage.

Called them for iPhone 6s battery replacement. To my surprise the guy came on a Friday. Took only 15 min and finished the job. The price was very reasonable considering it was done at my home. The person was very clear that they do not provide original battery. I am quite impressed and will recommend.

I messed up my phone charger and was in desperate need of fixing it, went to a bunch of shops and most of them said i needed to pay up-to 1800 DHS and as a college student I couldnt just do that. I called them to check on my computer. The service was prompt and everything was very smooth. Then the computer wasnt working again. the owner of business called me, he was extremely defensive, would not let me finish what I have to say and instead started this screaming match. I was in shock. I hang up the call and could not comprehend what just went on!I cannot comment on the workmanship, however I can certainly say that the gentleman wasnt trained in customer service and basic manners at all.

I have changed I-pad screen.But only 1 month and a half after fixing, it was broken again(edge cracking).I think its not genuine. I didnt drop it. It really bad quality!!!I think you have to repair again.

They are most unprofessional and one of the worst service providers. In their web its given that they will repair ps4 in 30 minutes, but when I went there, they are saying it shall take 2 days just to diagnose the problem and when showed them their own website, they say its not done anymore, Technicians are not available at the site. Worst fixing service I have ever dealt with. If I could give negative stars I would. If you want a good service that would fix your laptop or device quickly and efficiently don’t give them your device. You won’t get what you’re looking for trust me. I gave them my laptop and they told me they will finish the diagnosis/inspection the next day. The next day I called asking what’s wrong with my laptop and they told me tomorrow we will tell you.They kept saying come tomorrow in a rude way as if I’m in the wrong. The laptop stayed with them for 8 days and at the end I didn’t get anything except some stickers on my laptop that made it dirty and lost petrol going there. They said we couldn’t do the inspection cause your laptop is a new version (even though it came out 2 years ago). I mean you could’ve told me that the next day at least.

One of the worst service providers. They said technician would contact me in 24 hrs. Technician contacted me and he kept on changing the visiting time more than 10 times for 3 days.. I was fed up of waiting for him and finally said good bye. Dont ever contact them anymore for your phone repair. Should be avoided.

My watch was repaired within 2 days and looks like new post an accidental screen crack. They are very responsive on WhatsApp. The delivery process can be improved but all in all I would recommend to anyone.

I received my Lenovo L340 Laptop today from 800Fixing. After trying many other services. They were the only one who managed to fix it. It was a motherboard problem, and the team managed to fix it. Picked up and dropped the laptop without hassle. 5 stars!

Perfect service! Delivery in a timely manner, no faulse promises. Knew about them through Apple Dubai (believe it or not). Highly recommended, definitely going back for future fixes.

I sent on my laptop for repairs they promised 10days fix but took 3 weeks and couldnt fix it. They identified it as a chipset problem then now a GPU problem. Some bad asthestic damage was done to my laptop HDD caddy (60 deg bent screw holes) and removed some plastic that hides screws on the screen and of course they didnt charge since they couldnt fix it. I cant rate their fixing but i can say they dont handle devices with care. Nonetheless they are more friendly if you call them directly. Whatsapp they ignored me most of the time. The main reasons for this bad review is damage and unfriendly staff on whatsapp more like moody.PS: I forgot to mention they returned my the wrong laptop the first time an hour later bought my laptop back. I had to convince the delivery guy this is not my laptop.

800fixing took my computer with promises of a 1 day turn around and assurances of support. Once the computer was collected, they went silent - no updates and no information. after 1 day had passed I chased them for information and was told that my computer was not yet ready. After 2 days had passed I chased again only to find out that my computer was with their courier who would arrive at my home after 11 pm for delivery and that I had to go out late in at night to get cash because they neglected to mention in advance that they do not accept credit cards. Find an alternative service provider!

Have a very bad experience give them PS4 after 48 hours when i call they said we are repairing mother boards and send back my ps4 when I plug in it was dead completely then they took again and fix after that i chacked with somone else to repair they said that hard drive is dead means they changed I complain but no response at all

I whatsapp this company and they responded immediately with a price for the work I required. (210aed to replace an iPad screen) Courier was arranged for next day, iPad was picked up as scheduled and returned the following day good as new. Highly recommend and would use again.

The batteries they use for laptops have issues and are likely to be fake knockoffs. Also, not happy with their service, they are always late and do not respond to customers fast. They also give different prices at different times. Would not choose them for any solutions.

Absolutely recommend! I had a shattered surface screen and 800 fixing was very responsive and quick to fix it. Pick-up and drop off at my hotel was without issue. There was a slight defect on the first replacement but they addressed the issue immediately. Great team :)

So i used this service for a new iphone screen and whilst they are able to get to you to fix the phone they use poor quality parts - my screen went again within one week - they then replaced it under their warranty - which then left other damage on the phone with the Bluetooth not working. All in all they will trap you in they use poor quality parts so in the long run you end up paying more and wasting time - ill be raising a DED complaint. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Bad quality. Replaced my Apple Watch series 4 glass with them (490dhs). There are scratches all over the frame, within the glass, and brightness control doesn’t work. When asked to fix it back to normal functionality, no response.Only good thing is their pick up service 🙄

Bad experience, I brought my device to fix buttons but when I received it started to freeze. When I brought it back they said motherboard is damaged. I suspect they damaged my device. :( I will not go back to this place again
