This gives me a typical feel of the American apple stores, keep it simple and classy. Better location right at the entrance. You need an appointment if you do not wish to queue for long cos the number of people allowed inside is limited due to the COVID-19.

Best apple support, for apple support definitely go to Dubai mall branch. Smart, skilled, talented engineers, super supportive and helpful. Amazingly fast, from now on it is the branch Ill always go to. I cant remember the name of the engineer who helped me, but Im really thankful 🙏 ❤Unlike mall of the Emirates, I can hardly say they have customer service, apple mall of the Emirates was terrible. I wouldnt even trust then with sales, looks like someone hired punch of people from GYM and Instagram instead of customer support.

Got an appointment as walk in customer, I agreed to wait to be served within 45 minutes. While I was waiting to be served queue my appointment got canceled I’ve informed the concerned staff (Breena) she asked me to wait at the sitting area and have listed me back. Again I’ve been asked to wait for 10 minutes. Unfortunately, Ive been waiting for another 30 minutes!!! Spoken to the duty manager and she informed me that it might even take more than 2 hours waiting!!!!I recommend Apple management to invest more into customer service and customer satisfaction.

Perfect service and they are professional. We visited them today and when they saw my wife pregnant the security help us immediately and they referred to supervisor Tom. Thanks a lot Tom and thank you Zaher we left so happy appreciate your kindness.

I was a big fan of apple but not now after being spoken rudely by the store enterance security with the Dubai mall store.Eye opener.All the best guys I am not visiting again.

My iPhone was working almost perfectly fine though the camera is having weird vibrations maybe caused by the stabilizer. I had an appointment with a Genius, waited for 30mins and was then assisted by Ali. After explaining to him my issue, he ran diagnostics and everything was perfect. He gave a typical explanation that device is working fine and there is nothing wrong with it. I insisted so I had to let him feel the weird vibrations for himself before he was finally convinced there was indeed a hardware issue. He decided to send it for repair. I already expected to leave my phone for a few days while they fix it but to my surprise, Ali said it will be fixed in ONE HOUR! 😲 I came back after an hour and got my repaired phone. They had to replace the whole camera unit and the LCD as it had internal physical damage. And of course, I did not pay a single dirham coz it’s under warranty.

I had been to the apple store at Dubai Mall to service my ipad. The touch was not working .The apple genius just had a look at it and said it cannot be repaired . I need to buy a new one.I TOOK IT TO Minutes (a handy store)in Dubai mall, they just restarted it and it was working perfectly.

First day of iPhone 13 Pro being in store, we queued to get a chance to look at it. Got knocked out of the line being told “only reservations today, if you wanna browse you won’t come in”. Are you serious Apple? LOL honestly never coming back here. I’ll buy from Virgin Megastore where they let me browse as much as I want btw.

Nowadays online appointment is required to enter the store even for purchasing and services. Only allowing a limited number of people only at a time. Anyhow the service and hospitality is remarkable. The staffs are also showing the quality and standard as like the apple products. The interior and ambiance inside the store is so elegant and classy. Recomend better to do the service of the apple products from the store itself. The approach and services are excellent. they are much concerned about the hygiene and the sanitisation matter.

The agent was only to the point and not very hospitable. Just completely to the point ...no connection at all at an emotional level. Didnt feel any of the Apple promise at all.

Not helpful ! Queued chose a new iphone 12 pro, lady refused to transfer my photos and contacts from android. Said it may take 4 hours?! And the software may not work? Offered me a phone call help to do it after I had paid 4k plus!....seriously ?So I popped into Axiom in same mall purchased the same phone at same price plus free apple power pack took approx 1 hour and a half. Weenjoyed lunch while waiting. They called my husband when the data had transferred. I wonder was I unlucky with my assigned assistant? Or is this their service level? Surprised and extremely disappointed.

I did not buy anything from this store but the way it has constructed that is quite impressive. A different kind of apple store design from what we see regularly.It was too good to see that.I will not say it is a must watch place, but you can visit if you want.

As usual Apple stores are amazing to visit seeing the ambitios and supporting peopel arround, starting with spacious place to safety and security on entrance to ensure number of bisitors inside is safe, to the latest apple models of every apple invented tools and accessories, support is great, and being in Dubai mall make the trip more fun with ablity to hang out with family before and after visiting the shop.

I expected much more from the “genius” support staff!I went for a battery replacement for my iphone X which started to show degraded, while my request was attended to in a faster manner than I thought, I received my phone with a changed battery, but with a misplaced screen, mentioning it is not original and if they need to replace it , it will cost 1200 AED !!!After going to a phone repair kiosk, he showed me how the replaced battery was not positioned properly, thus not allowing the screen to fit. he corrected it for 50AED and now the phone is fully functional.Summary: I arrive with a fully functional phone, I leave with a broken one and a proposition to fix it for 1200AED.. I fixed it later for 50aed at a repair shop showing that battery replacement was not done right !!!

You have to make an appointment before coming to buy your iPhone. Good crowd control, they were just following the SOP during the pandemic.

Get ready for standing in a queue for your chance. If you are in a rush, then visit at a time when you can get easy access. Best to check with the guards on the watch.

You can find anything because all shops are there and open all day and late bye night. We had shopping in the morning and lunch in a good pizzeria then we were looking people skiing and we seen pingouins ! We had a hit chocolate and take time to enjoy the moment . Finally we went to the big toys shop and our baby was very excited playing with every toys, I did a little bit more shopping and we felt hungry it was 9pm!!!! This mall is very nice and easy to find what you want! There is also carrefour, luxury shops, sport shop baby shop lots of restaurant , coffee and a big food court 💚🎉💯

Excellent service provided by Apple. I would like to specially thank Ms. Dina as she went a step ahead to get my accidental phone replaced. It was not expected as the phone was crushed completely but she went out of her way and helped me by speaking to the store manager and arranging for the approval to replace my phone with a brand new one. I was glad with the service Apple provided and wanted to gift her something as a kind gesture being overwhelmed but she didn’t accept.It usually takes upto 2 days to replace a phone and i requested her that i would be staying in Abu Dhabi for my work for the next two days and she got an approval from her manager and helped me with this request as well.I would request Apple to appreciate her in the best possible manner and i am the happiest customer today.Apple products are the best in the world and today i can confidently say that their service is also the best in the world and i would recommend it to evryone.

Very bad experience and shocked how poor they handled my issue. I m a user since iPhone 5 and never had issues with customer service. But with iPhone 12 is very bad while the phone keeps heating and temp can Reach up to 40 and I have picturesAnd the guy at the store tells me I ran a check on the phone and has no faults

Nice people with poor capability of technical support!Good staff, patient and nice to the customer, However Technical team will not give any further assistance that you can get from google search!.A local mobile repair shop will give practical solutions.Even if you got Overly priced additional product / services, nothing will help you when it matters.They will ensure data privacy / confidentiality, but never ensure availability and integrity !!Good shopping experience , nice ambiance and one of the best view of Dubai mall from its balcony, that is the only positive difference that you get along with very poor technical support that apple is capable for!If they are advising an easy solution, please check for alternatives.If you are trying to get an apple product, please ensure that you have enough backup plans / additional device in case of emergency !!

Worst place to buy your apple productLong queue... Security at the door told mento go to Sharaf-DG to go and buy from there rather than waiting 45 minutes to enter the shop... And i have 5 month old baby with me where i couldnt schedule my visit nor wait approximately 1 hour with unexpected situation of my babyI ended up leaving the mall without buying what i want... And i dont encourage anyone else to visit the shopNote: i was motivated to shift my laptop to apple... But I will reconsider and rethink about this decision again before i shift to apple!!

Prices are in line with the worldwide pricing trends. Customer service is really good but mostly the store is packed so delays can be normal.

I came in 3 times to the store once when the IPhone 11 Pro came out and they were very nice to tell me what the best way to get the phone but I was in Dubai for a day.I came in yesterday to buy a watch the guy who dealt with it was very helpful as easy as the transaction is by deciding what you want but he was very Courteous.Today I came in to fix a non working iPad. Was supported by Osian . He said i will be called in 45 minutes and was take a care off in 15 and was amazing to deal with simple quick transaction. I really appreciate how simple he made the transaction. If you land with him for a repair consider yourself lucky.

Biggest apple shop in UAE staff very helpful , need to book appointment before visit , there prices is not lower than the market , its in dubai mall with nice view for the dancing fountain, staff very friendly and will try there maximum to help you they follow the Covid-19 regulations, you can walking but its depend on the traffic they might serve you

Thanks to Vadym whom taken time to explain the products properly to me. It was a great experience to be able to talk to someone and compare functions vs online experience. The only problem I had was my conversation was interrupted by some other Apple employee which I found it quite strange..maybe further train that employee on CS?Will definitely be back to Apple Dubai Mall in future when the new Ipad comes out.

Worst ever experienceI purchased my MacBook for 10k just few months back and it stopped working suddenly.They claim that my MacBook got damaged because of water, while my MacBook didn’t move out office , and I even checked the cctv camera to be sure no one while am away caused that, am sure 100% never had any water or any liquid,Am sure maybe because of humidity or quality issuesAnyway they ask for 4600 AED to repair, am gonna throw this laptop into garbage and I will never ever buy again any apple product.

Apple store at Dubai Mall, the land of legend of Electronics and for all electronic and most recent technologies from Apple Inc, too much choices of Apple products and so nice staff, very helpful and welcoming, too nice facilities, and also the store have Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall fountain view.
