Horrible experience. Ive been wearing tailored clothes for over 25 years now. I bought some high quality fabric after a long time and wanted to go to good tailors so that my fabric is not destroyed. Simply put.....It took them over one month to give me my one trouser after I went to them 3 times. Price I dont mind if the quality is there but Im very disappointed. I went to 3 so called Big name Tailors in Bur Dubai and all of them I found to be nothing else but just a facade of so called high quality. All of the shops tailors dont pay attention to detail. All 3 of the shops made big mistakes on first trials. One of them fixed the problem. But the other two....including Royal were just a very bad experience. I had a suit made with them back in 2001/2002 when my best friend used to own a fabric shop on Meena Bazar and then it was an ok experience. Now that Im older and have travelled the world and had clothes made in China, Bangkok and Singapore....I find this recent Dubai experience to be nothing but pure disappointment.For pure curiosity I went to a shop I found online in Sharjah who cost me half of what the Dubai shops charged me and they did a much more decent job of making a trouser.Now either I wait for my travelling to begin again and take my Scabal and Dormeuil fabrics to China and get some decent tailoring done or I have to risk the so called masters on the so called Saville Row of Dubai.To top it all off the trousers I finally got from them after more than a month have some stains on them. I finally tried them on and took off the dry cleaning Plastic and found the stains....Absolute Nonsense!!!

I’ve been a loyal customer of Royal for going on 28 years.They are very caring towards the customer and always give them what the customer needs. The quality of Tailoring is great and they give the exact fit. Both Mr. Pappan and Mr. Pradeep and Master Ramesh and Master Dilip and the rest of the staff are wonderful people always giving personal service to all. I strongly recommend Royal for anyone’s tailoring needs.

I have a terrible experience with Royal fashion tailors in Karama. I bought nearly 5-6 pair of pants. I gave them a sample pair of pant so that they make the exact copy of it. However it was smaller than the size I gave as sample. I even gave back 3 times for alternations. But still it’s the same and no change. They simply charge you so much money and do not satisfy the customer.

I am a regular customer at Royal Fashion near Bur juman center (Karama) I am surprised to read the comments from one customer, who is expecting “Free Service” for a suit he got tailored four years ago! Used to buying off the shelf suits in London. For a change I decided to go for a bespoke suite during my dubai visit. A Great Experience at the Royal Fashion Souq Madinat Jumeirah Branch, Polite and professional in their approach. A wide choice of fabrics with timely delivery. Above all a perfect Fit. I have to admit a bespoke suite has a different feel and fit to it when you compare it with a ready-made suits . I am a convert to bespoke suits now.

Im a customer of souq madinat Jumeirah and I find that Kieran the manager & Master Adil are not just my families personal tailors but they have become friends as well. I collect between 6-9 3piece suits every year along with shirts and trousers. Incredible to own bespoke clothing, but even better to add your own detail to garments.
